I wore one the last time I went to the grocery store (Monday). I would guess about 1/2 of patrons had them on.

I haven’t been to any stores in over 3 weeks.
My husband works every other week and only has one other person in his office. My husband works in his own room and does not get close to anyone at all (the other person does not sit in the same room). All conferences are virtual now.
I have not worn one in walks around the neighborhood but it is not crowded and we always cross the street if anyone is walking towards us.
We are picking up food for the first time Saturday from a Restaurant (it has reheating instructions with it) . We will call when we arrive and pop the trunk. I will bring a mask I have just in case.

I'm still working every day so I do have a mask when I am outside of my office. If I'm in my office, I close my door and take it off.

I went to the grocery store today, last time was 3 weeks ago. I wore a mask, I was surprised only 1 other customer had one on. It was early morning and not crowded but mostly elder people shopping. This county has only had 4 confirmed cases. I have several nieces and cousins that are nurses, working in adjoining counties with higher counts, that we have been making masks for their jobs. They are practicing safety and so will I. I don't wear one outside. I live in the country with no close neighbors.

If I had one I would wear one. I’m afraid of what’s going to happen if my governor makes it a requirement in my state. I’m hoping a scarf would suffice because that’s all I have.

For the most part, no. I've been successfully using Walmart pick up since January and they put the groceries into my trunk for me. I do go to the local market store but at 8 am it hasn't been too busy. I've yet to wait in a line at a store which seems to be the norm here.
I did have to go to the hospital the other night. I had a lot of pain in my side. Yay. Emergency centre at the hospital during a pandemic. My dh gave me a N95 mask from work and I brought a ziploc with gloves, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. Thankfully, most emerg was really slow, people are staying away. All is good, I had kidney stones.

Here in the UK we are still being told there is no scientific benefit to wearing them .

I made a whole bunch of masks. We wear them into stores, but, in my area of Utah, almost no one is, and, apparently, there are people actively mocking others who do. Because our Governor felt people in this state had "good common sense" (Spoiler: they really don't) he wouldn't have to issue any sort of shelter at home rule and it seems a majority of the population has taken that to mean, "we're fine, quit overreacting you snowflakes." So, we get looks, and probably comments we aren't hearing, but, even if all it does it keeps me from dragging my fingers across my face after I touch the dairy case, then it's a win. We also mostly stay home. I just saw a twitter post from a woman who said another woman mocked her in line at the grocery store for wearing a mask. She replied that she was an off duty nurse wearing the mask for other people's protection and would happily take it off for that woman. Mocker backed off real quick. Yeah, I saw a post about an elderly man who was grocery shopping with a mask on and a lady pulled out her phone, started filming him and bleating like a sheep. Klassy. Our state isn't supposed to peak for two more weeks. We'll see how well our "good common sense" works out then. I really hope that the efforts that have been made with social distancing works, but I also won't be surprised if he have a significant uptick in cases.

Walking around my neighbourhood - no. Dropping food at my mom’s with my car - no. If I had to go in to a grocery store / hardware store / pharmacy / other essential need around others - yes.

I wore one for the first time today. I don’t like them bc I’m a mouth breather so I feel like I’m suffocating. It was good that I had one on bc it was a free for all grabbing Lysol wipes.

The last time I went to the grocery store, there were fewer than 10% of people wearing them. This morning when I went, I would say it was a good 70%. What a change in less than 2 weeks!
When I take the dog for a walk, I don't wear one. But I don't get within 6 feet of anyone then.

I didn't answer the poll. If I have to go to the store, I wear one. When I took the dogs to the vet for their cytopoint injections yesterday and today, I wore one outside of the car.
When I walk the dogs, am out front with DS, watering my flowers, or in the car or van with the family for a drive I do NOT wear one.

We wear them when we go to any type of store. We don't wear them for our walk at the walking track. We just make sure we are 6' away from everyone and rarely do we stop to chat. There aren't usually more than 3 or 4 people on the 1/4 mile trail at a time.

People in my area have been posting on NextDoor to connect with people who are making them. If you are really desperate you can make one by folding a bandana into fourths and adding hair elastics at the sides for ear loops like this: youtu.be/j4G01s4ClIE

Here in the UK we are still being told there is no scientific benefit to wearing them . That’s too bad. I think they’re the only thing that will help stop the spread. The mask more stops someone from passing it on from droplets from their mouth, especially if they don’t know they are infected. So if it is a requirement it means all of those people who don’t know they have it (and everyone who does know) has less chance of spreading it. The mask is for protecting others, not necessarily for protecting yourself.

I went to the grocery again today (my once-a-week trip), and I have to modify my previous number and say at least 90% of people were wearing them. I was one of them, of course!

In NJ we are now required to wear them in the grocery stores.
