This week’s puzzle was a borrowed Eurographics 1000 piece titled “Smithsonian-Friuts-Seed Catalogue Collection”. It ended up being 998 pieces missing 2 pieces but that’s ok. It was a great Springtime puzzle to do. Attachments:

Still working on my dog puzzle. What does everyone do with their puzzles when they finish with them? Take them apart or frame them somehow..? Realized I had some messed up pieces this morning and I’m pretty sure my cat walked all over it. LOL

@gingergal we have an unfinished basement that we’ve started to do a puzzle wall. I bought frames on Walmart and Amazon. We just started to hang this weekend; it’s really awesome. I’ll post a pic when we finish hanging the current ones. We only frame our favorites, which seems to be all of them, but I have come across 3 over the past 9 months that I didn’t frame & passed on to neighbors/friends.

This one has been on my desk for 12 days. I normally do a 2000 piece puzzle in about 4 or 5 days, so this felt like it took forever. It's by Eurographics and is called The VW Groovy Bus. It wasn’t difficult as such, but because there is so much tiny detail, every piece had to be closely examined. It’s also available as a 1000 piece puzzle if anyone is interested.

Is anyone still working on puzzles? I finished the 3 I had. DD still hasn't finished the 500 piece one I gave her, so I am in a holding pattern (which may be a very long one!). Saw this meme and thought of all those working puzzles.

I let my 4 year old destroy it and help me put the pieces in a ziplock and then into the box.

Did anyone order when Zulilly had puzzles early in May? Mine were shipped May 8, held for clearance in Chicago for 10 days, and have been in MO, OH, and now Nebraska since Thursday. Any chance they will make it to MI soon?
I also have/had five puzzles ordered from Galison on April 8. Four have been cancelled since, and the fifth was supposedly shipped May 12. Still waiting, and Galison cannot provide any update. My first order from them in late March arrived in 3 days from order date.
I have been out of Puzzles for almost 2 weeks, even after exchanges with friends, and my own stock of 12 before the lockdown. (I have had a puzzle going constantly for 2 years now).
I am kind of irritated at all the new puzzlers out there. It is interfering with my zen time.

I know they were slammed and I told them I was willing to wait, but they said I would just have to reorder when they came back in. I have 3 on deck, but I need to make an order because they won’t last long!

I bought this HP 500 piece puzzle for $2 from FB marketplace. Took me quite a while as I like to spend a few minutes at a time. I’m working on a Eurographics Asian Lanterns one right now. Reminds me of my trip to Vietnam a few years ago. I bought a bunch from the Cat and Mouse store in Chicago mentioned upthread. Shipping was very fast, great selection, and the prices were reasonable.

Finished “The Cats of Charles Wysocki” 750 piece puzzle borrowed from a friend. It made me nostalgic for the first job I had when we moved here at an Art Gallery. We sold tons of Wysocki prints and limited edition prints. Attachments:

This was our most recent. The biggest puzzle we've done to date. 🧩 2000 piece with a watercolor vibe. Pretty cool. 🏙🚕🗽

Just finished this 1000 piece Asian Lanterns puzzle by Eurographics. It’s so pretty I’m reluctant to put it back in the box!

I love that one muggins! I just finished this one and there is an edge piece missing. I’ve looked all over for it, but it has either disappeared or wasn’t there to start with. My DD just commented that a missing jigsaw piece is a very specific type of disappointment, and she's not wrong! This is Eurographics Herbs and Spices.

This was a late Mother’s Day present from my kids. A 1,000 piece puzzle of my cats and late dog. I loved every second of it.

@gar that’s a lovely one too. I have the Mexican sugar skulls puzzle to do soon. I’d love to buy the others in that series. They’re all so colourful.

Warning alert
I received my puzzle order from Zulily today, placed on May 8. I ordered when someone upthread mention Zulily special. The three are absolute junk! Picture is nice, colors are good, but the pieces are the thickness of thin cardstock, and the cuts do not connect. They are all going back.
