I love scrambled eggs but I have never heard of this.
A beloved cook here called Maggie Beer put this recipe on IG TV today (search maggie_beer if you are interested and have instagram)
It sounds odd to me. Have you ever had it or heard of it? I am icked out by under-cooked egg though, I have to stir it round so everything is fully done

Ew no just no.
But on the other hand, I do put jelly( any kind) on eggs. But nothing goes in the eggs.

I’ll be a guinea pig and try it after I get groceries again. I love eggs about every way possible.

I love eggs too but I don’t think I’d like that combination.

I don't have scrambled eggs very often because I prefer poached eggs - although I did try a new scrambled eggs with miso recipe recently. I think it would be quite nice with orange zest - something a bit different. I was racking my brain trying to remember an egg dish (I thought) I made once with orange and lemon zest, but then I remembered it was Whipped Goats Cheese Crostini. Nothing to do with eggs at all! Although I guess you could whack a poachy on top.

Eggs and citrus are often paired. Such as hollandaise sauce with citrus. I think it could be tasty. I have oranges and eggs here. I might try it.

I don't think it sounds too bad. For me, it would depend on what you were serving it with, I suppose.
I made soft scrambled eggs with cream cheese stirred in for part of our Easter morning brunch. Eggs are generally adaptable to many different preparations.

It doesn’t taste bad but grape jelly makes the egg a kind of gray blah distasteful color Other color jellies are fine I just I y’all put them on the toast then put the egg on the toast

I have also made a sandwich with: fried egg, american cheese, and strawberry jelly on toast. Mmm... maybe I will make that for lunch tomorrow (but with raspberry since I have no strawberry).

Going by the grocery store on Friday to get heavy cream. It’s the only ingredient I don’t have. Will make for Saturday breakfast. 👍🏻😋

My grandpa made scrambled eggs for me using vanilla milk. It was horrid. Hopefully this is better. I will wait until someone else tries it and posts the results. I'm not going to be the Guinea pig.

I’ll take a hard pass on that one, but I’m not a huge fan of eggs for breakfast to begin with. DH eats them almost every day. This morning the dog woke him up extra early and he must have been extra tired because he said he accidentally put cinnamon on his eggs instead of the black pepper that is in a similar size and shaped container right next to it in the spice cabinet, LOL. He ate it anyway and said it was weird.

I also like my mom’s enchilada sauce on them. And as soon as my miso arrives I am trying AussieMeg’s recipe!

Eggs ala francoise with zeste d'orange. the heavy cream makes it rick and silky. I loooove the orange zest. Makes it very bright. I did 5 eggs with 1/2 cup cream. A heavy pinch is sea salt. A tablespoon of zest in the eggs and garnished with a bit. NicL

Oh my, this is not something that appeals to me. When I was little I would spend the night at my best friend's house and her mother would make us jelly omelets with grape jelly. So gross but I was little scared (super shy) of her mom so I would just smile and eat it. yuck. But her mom would also let us eat pickles dipped in garlic salt. We were the smelliest (bad breathe) kids ever!

No, no, no. You don't mix anything into scrambled eggs. Cook them in lots of butter and just keep them moving until they're done.
If you want Orange flavor, put some marmalade on your toast
