Here’s the kit I made. It is a travel/train kit as I finish up some vacation pages from last summer.

kitbop I'm obsessed with milk chocolate cookies at the moment. I made a batch of cookie dough and froze it, so I can bake fresh hot cookies when the mood strikes. I have my cup of coffee and I'm ready to start my scrapping day! I'm halfway through a Friday challenge, so I will finish it up before diving into Saturday challenges. Happy iNSD peas!! peachiceteas do you freeze the dough already formed into cookies? I've been wanted to do this - can you recommend a good tried-and-true freezer cookie recipe?

Good morning and Happy International Scrapbook day to everyone! 😀 I am starting with the masculine card from yesterday’s challenges. But here is one more I finished last night. It was based on sketch 2.

Linda , more great Pooh pages. I love all the great shots you got of the scenery inside the ride. Totally cute and memorable. This was a fast page to do. I cut many of the die cuts when I did the companion page in March. I just needed to get one more photo printed to finish this. Putting it together is easy. It doesn't scan well, but is a white doily print with big white die cut hearts behind the photos. OMG what a doll baby! Such a cutie!!

I've been wanted to do this - can you recommend a good tried-and-true freezer cookie recipe? I roll the dough into individual balls and then freeze it. The recipe I used didn't actually say to freeze it but these cookies I've made have turned out the best I've ever made, and freezing them helps keep their shape in the oven. It's an English recipe so I apologise if it's not clear - I think the only thing to note is what we call 'plain flour' is your 'all purpose flour' but this is the dough recipe I use - I leave out the cocoa powder though as I like my cookies to be plain coloured. I also just use any chocolate I want, not necessarily chips.

lynnek, I love what you did with that blue circle background piece. It adds so much visual interest and leads the eye right to the photos. Your embellishments are arranged so well around the central photos. I love your scrapping style. justjac, that looks like a great kit. It will be fun to see what you make. I have loved your train layouts. There's love in the gallery for you and grammadee and AussieMeg. I am slowly working my way through the gallery. kitbop, we have just opened our last box of Girl Scout cookies. We usually buy a bunch from DGD, but they don't usually last this long! I have another page almost finished. I think my mojo has returned.

It’s 8am. I’m awake. My subconscious has been working on my album so hopefully that means it will be a breeze once I go to my desk to start! It’s a drab wet day so I better turn on the lights and get to work.
I chuckled at the ladies who couldn’t disconnect <3 (laughing with you, not at you!) I’m glad you’re having fun hanging out.
As for snacks, they are frequent, they get in the way of getting work done, but they could be worse. I edit my shopping list on line on Saturdays and we pick up the order Sunday mornings, then immediately start a new order to save our preferred pick up time for the following week. So I have many opportunities to be considered and careful in choosing good food. And sometimes I do... I’ve been craving savory foods but sweet are much easier to come by. Finnish black licorice is my snack of choice right now, or a “fresh stack” of Ritz crackers with cream cheese. I need to find some better (tastier) toppings. I finished off the disgusting “natural” Cheetos and won’t buy those again - so dry, messy, and unsatisfying!

Oh, and on the snack front, I am more than halfway through my stash of peppermint bark chocolate squares that I buy on sale after Christmas to last me until the following Christmas! I need to hide the darn things or they will be gone before the lockdown ends. OK, off to get ready to scrap. nylene what a cute little bug you get to scrap. And she still tolerates those giant bows?! I guess she’s probably running around by now. I love the page and bet the doily/hearts combo is even prettier in person.

I had other plans this morning for scrapbooking but did this instead. Based on sketch 2 on Friday's inspiration. dForumAddicted10000 by Lisa Davolt, on Flickr nylene , DH is cleaning and moving the fish tank while I take some time this morning, and we will be moving the furniture in this afternoon. I'll need to order a rug, and I have a few things to get tomorrow so DH can finish hanging the tract lighting back up and put the dimmer switches back on. I'll post a photo tomorrow.

I love seeing what you are all creating! Work has gotten in the way of fun — still submitting paperwork, trying to get money for my business. Lots of sleepless nights!
My CD passport-size journal for April just has few finishing touches to add, started creating the cover for May, and I just need to journal some pages to finish 2019 pocket album. Hopefully I can work on a 12x12 layout this weekend.
DD decided to drive home from Oregon to shelter in place here in So Cal. Can’t wait to have her home!

nylene , your great granddaughter is so cute. They always have her so dressed up. Like a real life doll. I love the red and white on this adorable page. It really makes the page pop. justjac , great kit. The train items can be used for your DH's train scape that he's making. It's amazing. lynnek , that blue circle piece with the cut out is fantastic. It adds lots of interest and pulls your eye right in. Beautiful page.
peachiceteas, thanks. The frozen cookie dough is a good idea. Then we won't eat the whole batch at once.
oaksong, I'm glad your DD will be SIP with you for the rest of this.
To all, enjoy your day. I hope I can join back up later.

Good morning. Happy iNSD! I used AussieMeg's sketch for today to start this one. Of course the LO had a mind of its own, but I *think* I can still see the sketch in there... More of what makes you happy by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Didn't try joining a Hangouts session, as dh was in and out of the house all morning. He seems to think I care where the bison are in the pasture, so he gives me the sitrep periodically... Thinking I will round up some photos and supplies for a second LO and then try to sign in for the second round for a bit. This one will HAVE to resemble the sketch if I am going to grab up kitbop's Double Down challenge! I need to check out the other Saturday challenges now to see what other supplies I need to look for.

Ryann, tell me how you got that badge to work!!! Looks like lots of you are hard at play this morning. On the snacks' front, my digestive system has been very clear to me what I can and cannot eat, but it seems to be allowing one brand of ice cream bars and Peak Frean's digestive cookies, so needless to say whenever I go to the grocery store, I pick up a box or two of each if they are available--never know if they will be there NEXT time, right? Love your kit, justjac and the pages I have seen from it in the Gallery. Your travel pages are always full of interesting details and great journaling, and you and Dean have such interesting road trips. lynnek, that page is GORGEOUS! LOVE what you did with that circle. LisaDV, that on line friends page is so on topic. I will need to look at it more closely on Flickr. Going there to check out nylene's page as well.

LisaDV - I love that you documented your achievement here! Awesome idea! teacherlisa - Sorry about your shelf, but glad the damage wasn't too bad. grammadee - I love that layout! And I can definitely see the sketch in there! That woodgrain paper in the back with the green and the leaves is perfect!

teacherlisa, I'm sorry about your shelving. That was my big fear when we had the earthquake in March. I'm glad you got it back in place and things back in order. I had to chuckle at not joining the chat because you aren't showered and looking amazing. I hadn't thought of that aspect of the virtual chats. Maybe it's a good thing I don't know how to do it. LOL My room is a mess and so am I. LisaDV, I don't know why Swayzee leaves those bows on. My kids wouldn't have! Her grandma (DDIL) and grandpa (DS) keep her in outfits, toys, etc. She's the first grandchild and great-grandchild in her parents' families. We don't see her much, but we get lots of photos. grammadee, that's a great take on AussieMeg's sketch!

Ryann , tell me how you got that badge to work!!! grammadeeWhen I download Meg's file, it has all 4 badges together, so I cropped down to just the badge I wanted to use. I'm on a Mac, so I used Photos to do it quickly. I hosted the file on my website, then included the BBCode for it in my signature: [img src=" INSERT URL HERE" style="max-width:100%;"] I hope that helps

This is my granddaughter who is having a hard time social distancing. She often drives up to this spot (alone) in the evenings to watch the sunset. She misses being out and about in nature. This is her perch for enjoying Fall leaves too. Autumn Day

I finished my twelve pages of March 2020 pandemic layouts.
I stamped both the titles "My QuaranTEENS" & "My quaranTEAM."
I used image stamps and paper punches that I haven't used in a long while.
I've also been pulling out stamps and dies that I don't use, and putting them in a pass-along box to send out when SIP orders are relaxed.
I've also tossed a few cheapy clear stamps that became greasy, or some became sticky and then fell apart.

Linda awesome page design on the Winnie the Pooh layout. grammadee left you praise in the gallery. nylene left you praise in the gallery. LisaDV I left you praise in the gallery.

I finish for the day having done 3.5 project life spreads. This is an achievement for me! It must be that iNSD spirit in the air I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my day in my craft room. It’s coming up to 7:30pm here in the U.K. and our Saturday night plans are homemade pizza, tv and a couple of gins and beers. Enjoy the rest of your day scrapping ladies. I’ll be back to join you tomorrow.
