In the past when I looked to find a font like the one you linked, I didn’t find one. It is essentially a thicker line block font that should appear as double lines in the Silhouette software. However, you can still make a custom word or phrase like the one you linked. It’s not that difficult.
I had to essentially start with a simple, thin line block font. I typed the letters that I wanted, ungrouped them, and moved them so they were well spaced apart. Next I took each individual letter, did an internal offset then made it a compound shape. Once I had done that to each letter, I arranged the letters so they barely overlapped and welded them.
I hope that’s clear.

A pea (sorry I can't find the thread to give credit) posted THIS video. The instructions start at 7:45. I used the font PRIMETIME from dafont.com. The video and the font worked perfectly for me. FYI I tried to use Arial Black like she does in the video but I could not get it into Silhouette Studio. But I can use it fine in Word. I'm not sure why I can't, but PRIMETIME worked well.

Note burnbright posted the video in the Is there a Silhouette friendly font.... While it appears Arial Black is also the font used in Paige Evans' Let's Stay Home 2 & similar cut files, I fell down the rabbit hole at dafont.com & found a few other basic sans serif fonts to download! Thanks again.
