Can we all agree we will alert each other when they are orderable? I signed up to be notified, but I don’t want to just rely on that. I'll definitely hop in here to confirm but sb.com's notification system is reliable. 😉

Does anyone shop with Scrapbook. com from the UK? Wondering if the postage rate will be good. The album alone will ship for either 11.99 or 18.99 for us internationals. You can several sets of page protectors to the 18.99 shipping rate and not bump up. I simulated with one of their 12x12 albums: 1 faux leather album + 2 packs of 10 pocket page protectors were good for 18.99. Next rate up is 23.99. Since 9x12 is smaller, it could be that you can squeeze in another pack of PPs for the 18.99 rate. 😊

If these are stocked as regularly and reliably as their 12x12 offerings, I might make plans to switch to 9x12 as life is slowing down with my kids getting a bit older. I know, I could have edited again, but I am so excited I could burst. Same here! My son is leaving next year for university so 9x12 will be perfect for just my husband and I.

Wow! This IS exciting news!! I bought my first 9x12 albums from the AE website earlier this year and I’ve been really unhappy with the quality but I am loving the size. I will gladly pay full price from SB.com for theirs. I always hear that their album quality is like the We R albums so I’m hopeful their 9x12 will be just as good! Yay!

Yay!!! I am dangerously close to running out of the 3 ring Seven Paper sleeves, and I have only 1 album left. I’m soooo happy to see the choices they are bringing in.

They now have 2 other options up for pre-order. Black and white polka dot, or white with gold dots.

If they have the colors I want I will probably get the albums and use them with 8.5x11 page protectors. I think that could work well for me. This is my plan too! I’m so excited and these are exactly the colors I use (minus the red). Can I ask why you wouldn't just use an 8 1/2 x 11 ring album? That's what I do so I am just wondering.

Well, I just ordered a couple of WRMK 12x12 albums from Amazon and 2 boxes of BH Design A pp’s from ACOT, so I am now stocked up for the next five years. But....it will be great to have an alternative readily (hopefully!) available.

For me it is because I can do pocket scrapping in them easily the 3x4 and 4x6 cards work in a 9x12 (and not easily in a 8.5x11). I also do regular layouts in 9x12 and I really like the size. 12x12 albums are so big and awkward, the 9x12 is a nice compromise. And I do use 8.5x11 for many of my other albums that don't use pockets.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Happy to hear we will have other choices. I like the faux leather vs cloth albums. The page protectors are cheaper too! Good news indeed!

I like the size because it’s a perfect size for pocket scrapping. The layouts look pretty on that size. I started using this size in 2016 and will never go back to 12x12. It has been always marketed as “fits easily on your shelf” size. The regular 8 1/2 x 11 1/2 is an awkward size to me and pocket cards won’t easily fit or look equal.

In Australia 8 1/2 x 11 isn't a standard size so it has always been tricky with printing. Also albums and protectors seem to be hard to find in that size here - although I'm unsure if that is the same in other countries. We tend to get things in A4 size which is slightly different.

I have been wanting to try 9x12 but knew that there were too many supply issues for me to chance it. I will be going for it now!

Nice! I’m totally over plastic pocket scrapping now, but I know 9x12 is a great option for a lot of people, and I would’ve been thrilled if they’d offered it a few years ago. I signed up for notifications just to express happiness for all of us who have asked for these. But did you guys read the long descriptions on the albums? I picked the navy one at random and the descriptions of what you can do with the albums made me laugh and scratch my head. And then they explained how to open a ring binder, put a page protector on the rings, and close the rings again without pinching your fingers. Ummm... isn’t that a skill one learns in elementary school? If they had the handy dandy thingy at the top or bottom that opens the rings equally for you I could understand the instructions, but it does not... “ Instructions: To add page protectors to your Scrapbook.com 9 x 12 Three Ring Album, first open your album and lay it flat on your work surface. Then, grasp each side of the center D-ring with the thumb and forefinger of one hand. Gently pull apart the sides of the ring until all rings have popped open. Align the page protectors’ holes with the rings and slide them onto one side of the open rings. Hint: it's easier to do this one page at a time! Once all the page protectors you wish to add or move are in place, grasp each side of the center ring again and push it closed. Be careful to keep all your fingers out of the path of the closing rings to avoid painful pinching!”

This is very exciting news! I had wanted to do my 2020 PL in the 9x12 size, but couldn’t swallow the SC pricing (not to mention they were OOS when I was considering it). 12x12 is working okay, but my kids are getting older and one will be in college next year (... or TBD I guess, thanks covid), and downsizing the album size feels like the right move. I haven’t been sold on 6x12, so was really perplexed at what to do. This is it! Little surprising bits of happy news like this is so good these days!

Thanks everyone for sharing why you like the 9x12 size. I use pocket pages in my 8 1/2 x 11 fine so I guess I will stick with it because having albums of different size would probably drive me insane. LOL! But it is nice to have the other size option for sure!

I really wish I'd found out about this later than I did because in spite of the ETA being June (and who knows, that could be pushed back with all that's going on in the world) I refresh the page on the PP I want several times a day...June feels like forever away. I'm curious if they maybe planned to release this stuff earlier in the year but had to push it back due to Covid interrupting so many production facilities. If they're using the same facility as WRMK and EP (Madison has confirmed their PP are made by the same US company) which it seems they may be since I've read reviews on their 12x12 saying they were the same quality, I'm going to be happy. I have so many 3 hole 7paper sleeves that aren't nearly as good of quality, but I'm going to force myself to mix them in with the 3 4x6 and 3 3x4 ones so they don't go to waste. I seriously can't wait and had to comment again because it made me sad to see this fall to the second page.

I likely won’t believe they exist until I have one in my hands.
