I convinced myself that this wouldn’t be more stuff because I would use this as a method for using up the paper products I already have, but even typing that makes it seem a little sketch. Also, I then signed back up for Ali’s SBTM kit, so yeah. Definitely more stuff.
Despite the original date of today, I saw the UPS truck drive right on by my house this afternoon so will hope to report back on what the products are like tomorrow.

So I just received my order about 20-30 minutes ago. I love that the albums come with page lifters (they help tame pages from curling in full albums and AC brands stopped including them). They don't say produced by American Crafts like their original stuff did...so it makes me wonder if they went straight to the old WRMK manufacturer given the extreme fragility of the WRMK albums since the AC buyout (they claimed they wouldn't change them, but you poke them with a corner of a piece of cardstock and they are permanently marred, the metallic silver and gold lost the finish just taking the stickers off, etc...they definitely failed to live up to even gentle use, let alone normal wear and tear for something designed to be handled). I will say that there is a tiny blemish inside the navy album but it's on the back of the album where it won't be seen all that much so I'll deal with it without complaint. The hardware is also brushed silver instead of shiny, which I definitely prefer and they feel as solid as the old WRMK albums did. We shall see once I begin my projects how solidly they hold up. I might splurge on some of the polka dot albums next time I order. I don't usually spend this kind of money on basics, but I want to make sure sb.com knows they are wanted so I'll suck it up!! The page protectors (what I was REALLY waiting for because I have a few 9x12 7paper 3 ring albums I could use) are nice and thick and exactly what you expect from WRMK (and Echo Park who uses the same production facility per Madison Parker). I am so thrilled! I'm going to remain well stocked on the 3 3x4 and 3 4x6 pocket style that I've been so desperate for that I was willing to spend insane amounts on international shipping from scrapdelight (Norwegian company, I think??) but they had production issues only on this pocket style so I might order more of those than the albums since my primary goal long term is to have these on hand for 12x12 PL inserts. As I use up my lower quality 7paper designs in all of the other pocket styles up, I'll be buying all of my 9x12 from sb.com once or twice a year. FWIW, my only other sb.com purchase was in April 2015, so I'm definitely not affiliated with them, haha.
ETA: Just put all of the pp into 2 of the albums because that's how I store them and the very last package is wrinkled quite badly so I WILL be emailing them for a replacement. The wrinkles are pretty substantial and definitely would be noticeable in use.

Glad to hear the quality is there! I generally have a good idea of how many albums I need,so I will be sure to buy several in one go so as to not pay too much shipping. I am so excited about these, I hope they do well for them and they stick around. How many PP do you think you will need for each album?

I'm still tracking for Tuesday delivery, so we'll see. 9x12 is my absolute favorite for vacation albums.. when we can take them again is a whole other issue.

Beggars can't be choosers, and I've made concessions to using BH pp when I have no other option. I used to buy out all the WRMK pp at Tuesday Morning when they were stocked. Unfortunately, we lost all of our TMs last year. I also liked the EP pp when I could find them. Not surprised they were both made by the same manufacturer. I'm glad to hear the quality is on par. Excited to get my order next week! 9x12 will be a new size for me. I haven't started my 2021 album yet so I think I might give it a go this year.

I had similar impressions as Scrapaddict702 did above. My black with white dot 9x12 album felt solid, the stitching was flawless, and I enjoyed that the inside was tiny dots. That was a fun surprise.
The page protectors were clear, thick, and seemed well constructed. I’m pleased with this order! I am hoping to start 9x12 monthly and just lost AE as the inspiration for that system. Hopefully I can find some other kindred spirits for monthly storytelling.

Thanks for the post! I got the white with gold dots. I’m not planning on creating new scrapbooks this year, focusing on art journaling, but I’m sure there will be future events I will want it for. I love 9x12, and since I was late to the PL game, it’s the only size I’ve used.

They are sending me a replacement. I already have tracking. Considering I emailed them after hours on Friday, I'm very happy with their customer service. Didn't ask for 900 photos of the damage and me standing on my head to prove it or anything even though I did offer to send photos once they replied as their website doesn't offer an area to add photos.

I left a few reviews on SB.com so I'm hoping people will use them instead of SC based on reviews.

I picked up 2 and a bunch of page protectors. Albums seem like a nice quality but I didn’t open page protectors yet
I’m just thrilled to have more than one option for 9x12 albums.

I received my replacements in the mail yesterday (it's 1:34am here, my nights and days are flipped AGAIN and I'm trying to get them back on track, lol) and decided I ought to leave a review, too. I haven't left them for the albums, yet, because I want to actually use them and see how they tolerate general handling before I assess that, but I did review the page protectors. I have a couple of SC kits out on my desk and pulled a 3x4 and 4x6 card and tested every pocket in a sleeve. The 4x6's are the standard wiggle room pockets and the 3x4 are snug but don't require force to slide just one card in. I don't see myself being able to add 2 back to back from SC and not needing to trim them and if I were to add bulky items like acrylic or something, they'd need to be trimmed even if they were thinner. I don't find that to be a deal breaker or even a big deal since cards from every company are going to be slightly different dimensions and I'd rather have them a hair too snug than the cards at the top falling out if I tip the album forward a bit when moving it somewhere in my craft space. I can't wait to use them, but I need to make headway on catching up on organizing and ordering photos before I set out to begin a new project even if I already have the photos printed.

Just updating to say that I’ve started using the album over the past few days for monthly PL and really love the size and quality of the SB.com products. I used a combination of old BH 6x8 with the 9x12 and the superior quality for the SB products was noticeable. So far really glad I made this leap into 9x12.

I haven't bought them yet because I don't need any page protectors or albums (I overbought at a Scrapbook Expo years ago) but when I need more it's good to know they're great quality.

I tripped over this video looking for something else. Looks like he got them free, and he is clearly not a scrapper. 6x8 and 9x12 album overview

For anyone who was thinking of dipping their toe into the SB.com 9x12 offerings - their exclusives sale is happening now. Plain 9x12 albums for $19.99 and a nice discount on page protectors too. I wish I needed more because it’s a great time to stock up!

Has anyone with a SC/AE 9x12 compared the ring size to the Scrapbook.com version?
All the album measurements focus on the spine width, but it's really the height of the flat side of the D ring that determines how many pages it can hold.

I only have a 9x12 7paper (3ring) album but can try and compare when I'm in my craft room if they're comparable.

They both measure the same exact which is a fraction below 1-3/4".

I measured the height of the straight part of the D and there appears to be no discernible difference between the 7paper handbook and the SB.com rings.
