It doesn't. "All lives matter" was always rightwing propaganda. Look how angry Trumpsters get when you dare to say Black Lives Matter. It's outrageous to them that a black person wants to emerge alive from a police encounter. As for the abortion issue, they don't even care about embryos, or they'd support universal prenatal care, let alone a proper system that protects and supports babies once they're born. If/when the truth comes out about what's been happening to the poor children in their detention centers, the details are going to be far worse than what we imagined.
