I have absolutely no idea what "Qdoba" is, but I would pronounce it cue-DOE-buh
Off to google.....
ETA: Okay, it's a restaurant chain.
So now I'm curious as to how there is a debate? Google says it's been around for 15 years, so wouldn't people there have heard it pronounce on commercials?
How is the other person in the debate pronouncing it? I guess maybe kwa-DOE-buh?
ETA again: I've seen your post below about how they are pronouncing it.

Mmmmm.....I loved Qdoba, but ours closed down a couple of years ago. So much better than Chipotle, IMO.

Kew-doh-bah. Since it isn’t a Spanish name or word, the “que” rule doesn’t apply.

Would anyone classify them as well -known? We have several within range, but have other mini-chains we prefer. The things Peas make me think about...

ETA again: I've seen your post below about how they are pronouncing it. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a commercial for Qdoba. I was thinking that it was an east coast chain, but I guess not. They are in 45+ states. We always pronounced it kwa-doe-ba. I guess that was wrong! It’s similar to a Subway—you pick your meat and hard/soft/bowl tortilla or burrito and then choose the fillings. And now I want Mexican. I’ve seen one Mexican restaurant since we moved here. There’s plenty of falafel, Thai, Chinese, and frites places, but no Mexican.

I have never heard it pronounced any other way and I would look at somebody like they had 3 heads if they said it differently

All of a sudden they’ve become a big presence in my state. There are two within two miles of each other on the main road closest to my house. I’m surprised they have so many locations near me and don’t advertise. Maybe business is so good they feel they don’t have to.

I pronounce it correctly but the snark In me wants to say I pronounce as, “second rate chipotle.” In my circle you go to chipotle but if nothing else was around you want wander in. That’s how I’ve ended up eating there twice ever.

I've never heard of this place. Looked it up and there is only one in OC and 2 in LA County. On the other hand there are 3 Chipotles in my small city.

Not sure if it's right but, there you go! LOL

I eat them at least once a week, but usually more. My family is so sick of take out from there, and they make fun of me for eating the same thing all the time. We have both restaurants all over the place here. Within about 5 mins of me there are 3 Qdoba's and 2 Chipotles.

If you want to make some queso with no spice, melt some white american cheese with some heavy cream or half and half... 1T of liquid for each 1 ounce of cheese.
