I got my $4 refund as well and it looks like my order made it to SF so it’s probably hanging out with sleepingbooty ‘s order. 😂 I only live 50 miles from the main SF postal hub so maybe I’ll take a road trip and see what is going on up there. 😂

So I got the election kit and some RBG stickers. I love the designs and the quality is great. I do think it’s incredibly thin for the price, but I didn’t pay full price thankfully. I don’t quite understand why all the bingo cards are exactly the same. What am I going to do with 3 election night bingo cards that are the same?

I ended up getting the digital election kit as well because I want to print out more of the fill in the blank cards for my family members. I noticed that one of the 6x8 patterned designs that was in the physical kit isn’t it the digital kit. This annoys me. I think the digital kit should include all the stickers as well.

I paid $10 in shipping for a few extra kits and stamps. I got $4 for my shipping refund.

wow that is about $10 worth of shipping compared to my 4 sticker sets.

I wonder if all ad ons are automatically $10 shipping?
That would be a rip off in my case

I would definitely ask hop2 . My "queries" have always been handled more than fairly and I've always ended up more than happy with the outcome. It may take a while to get a response but its worth it.

Well shit. The reviews are definitely not positive. I'm really sorry so much is missing from your order. Looks like she stuck with her previous logistics + shipping service which caused so many issues. I would reach out for shipping refund if I were in your shoes, scrappypeanut. Go ask for your money back. This is not ok. 
PS: Which kit did you order?

My kit subscription and holiday orders are still listed as unfulfilled. I emailed this morning asking when they were going to ship and no response yet. Is anyone else still waiting on shipping? I subscribed the first day she opened up subscriptions and placed a larger holiday order and this is not leaving a good feeling with me.

I would have found that to be very acceptable ( 4 sticker sets not 2 2 alpha stickers holiday stickers & RBG stickers. ) but still $10 is outrageous

Sorry I misread the sticker sheet total. Two stamps sets have to weigh more than your stickers.

I would have thought with the new shop that customer service and order issues like these would have been polished up and rarin' to go.

I got my kit today. I agree with the others, the other company papers do to match. The striped paper 'almost' matches which looks worse that way. One other paper is baby paper which is pretty useless to me. The last sheet the patterns again 'almost' match. I'd rather something that coordinates without trying to match colors that they are never going to match. I'm disappointed by the kit. I really just don't need random papers. So now the extra shipping is bothering me even more.

If there isn't a huge improvement I'm out after my 3 months. Which is such a shame as i really like the cards, stickers & stamp of Kelly's. Perhaps digital is the way going forward for me.

I got my order today and pretty annoyed with everything. Mostly because my election kit is missing the Joe Biden sticker, I contacted customer service but I've never had luck with her customer service before and that was one of the pieces I was most excited for. Plus there are all sorts of duplicates I don't need.

The freebie card is a duplicate but printed on different paper and a different color.

I also got the subscription kit and I'm not a fan. I knew the cards weren't designed by her and I saw them at reveal but looking at them more closely I really don't like most of them. One of the papers has baby stuff on the A side and she clearly just picked it for the B side so that's weird.

I don't hate having to do the cut apart, I'm not thrilled, but it's fine. But I wish the designs in the main kit were all hers. I also wish the included alpha was one of her regular style sets, I thought it was going to be. The stickers have some designs recycled from her COVID release in the old shop. Overall not thrilled, but I signed up for the 3 month sub so we'll see how I feel after the 3 months.

ETA: I also saw a few people posting on instagram that they got a freebie sticker sheet with paperperson/crafting promo type stickers. I didn't get that. I don't get the idea of only sending freebies like this to some customers? It pisses me off. Plus, I subscribed, so it's not like it was just to subscribers.

Ha!! So glad I am not the only one about the washi in the stink stank stink kit. That washi tape went straight to the donate bag.

I sent an inquiry through the customer service form on the website. Have heard nothing.
Found an email with my order and sent a reply to that email today.

I love her stuff but I’m less than thrilled with the service so far.
