My label was created on October 22 and still has not been picked up according to tracking. All the posts about missing items is pretty disheartening. Meh.

I'm really sorry about the issues encountered by so many people in here: missing items, parcels not handed over to USPS, unfulfilled orders. We're big KP fans on the board but this reboot venture is a step back from her usual offering for now.
So far, so good for me. My parcel has just arrived at the airport in Paris and is waiting to be processed by customs now. Haven't had such swift and easy shipping from the US since... well, before the pandemic! Let's wait and see.

Mine was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but wasn’t. The tracking info now just says,”arriving late”, with no info about where it is. Hopefully it isn’t lost.

Mine got picked up and is on its way, expected delivery, this Thursday. In comparing my last AE order, if mine arrives as expected, that's 2 days quicker. Meanwhile my Bloomies Palais des Thés advent calendar has still not arrived. 1st they ran out, so had to either wait or cancel my order....now my package has shipped, but seems to have gone via the Arctic Ocean.....I saw an article yesterday that said if you want your Christmas presents on time, you need to order now. Eek. I have a few presents either bought or WIP, but other than that....have not even started on my list.

I got mine yesterday, everything was there that I ordered, but I didn’t get anything that appeared to be a freebie, wondering what everyone else got! I ordered the monthly kit, Stink Stank Stunk and the Halloween mini kit. I like them all, apparently I am too easy! I even like the washi with Stink Stank, I much prefer thin washi like that and the color is pretty. I like the stickers on all the kits, I much prefer them to her old shiny stickers.
I am sorry the shipping and fulfillment issues are so rampant, hopefully that gets under control, there is really no excuse for it. I get that a few mistakes are bound to happen, but there is just way too many just in this community alone.
Hopefully the late orders will arrive soon and be complete!

Booty, did you get a little sheet of stickers? That’s the freebie I was referring to.
The RBG sticker came packaged with a 3x4 card that I did not see in any product pics, too. It was to check your fave fictional civil servant. Choices were Leslie Knope, Dana Scully, Arthur Weasley, etc.

I feel like KP has done that in the past with freebies and she has to know that people will share photos online, so that just makes some customers feel forgotten. Bad customer service IMO. I already posted how my election kit was missing a sticker... I know this shop is new and KP is still working out the kinks with probably some behind the scenes differences with PP from the original KP. But, it seems like the obvious mistakes are forgetting to include an entire item I ordered in my package (such as if the RBG sticker were missing) and something that could happen with human error... I think that is easily understood. But this was an item within a kit, so that just shows that the people packing the kits themselves are just being sloppy because each kit is exactly the same there really shouldn't be this type of error. Just my two cents... I also have not heard back from customer service yet.

Has anyone heard back from customer service yet? I'll probably give them until tomorrow before I start getting miffed that they haven't gotten back to me yet.

Wasn't there some "selective" freebie recipient drama with KP last year? Or this year even? A Pea contacted CS and got a reply along the lines of random freebies, not intended for everyone. It left a bit of a bitter taste already back then. I saw an article yesterday that said if you want your Christmas presents on time, you need to order now. Eek. I have a few presents either bought or WIP, but other than that....have not even started on my list. Yep, you better get to it! I saw the first recommendations about ordering extra early for Christmas this year pop up during the summer, eep. I've got everything that needs to be mailed out for care packages already ordered.

Emailed yesterday morning about my unfulfilled orders and non-refund of extra shipping charge. No cs response, but labels have sense been printed, and are still waiting to get picked up and no notice that shipping was refunded.

I think the freebie that honeypea is referring to is shown in the video below at the 35 second mark:

Oh, I did mix you up! Disney blisters are the worst. I mean, I guess if I gave to have a blister, I’d rather be at Disney.... I’ve never made it through a WDW trip without multiples. Damn humidity.

Yeah, that definitely happened before. I can't remember how long ago, if it was this year or earlier. I do remember that I did receive the freebie that time, but I don't think it was an exclusive item like this one... I think it was just extra alphas? But maybe not, I don't remember... I think an exclusive item being selective is even worse than just random shop items as freebies. I agree it is not a good way to have customer service in the age of internet sharing.

Nothing here yet, and I live in Portland! I should go knock on her door. Just kidding. I'm not a creeper. I shall be patient. I got mine yesterday(? ) across the river. I thought it was the day before, but that isn’t possible, so it must have been yesterday. She must just grab a handful of boxes each day over the course of a week, there is absolutely no rhyme or reason to the order they are being received.

My freebie was the same as honeypea... the card (a duplicate from the election kit I ordered) in the envelope with RBG.

My tracking was updated for delivery on Friday. Two weeks from order to delivery seems like a long time to reach Missouri.

What I wouldn't give to be nursing a blister at Disneyland Paris right now... *heavy sigh* Me too! I went to WDW one September and had Keen shoes, after the second day my feet were so blistered I could barely walk. I even had blisters between my toes. I soaked them in the bath tub, but they were awful. One of the people with us said to me, “A normal person would stay at the hotel for a day to let their feet heal.” I got up the next morning, took the first bus to animal kingdom and tried to hobble towards the safari ride. Those of you that have been there know how long of a walk that is. I made it about 3/4 of the way and finally had to sit down on a bench to cry my feet hurt so bad. I had visions of my husband having to rent me a wheelchair and push me around knowing I would be getting dirty looks the entire time because people would thing I was scamming the system. As I was sitting their silently weeping from the pain and worried how I would be able to be at the park from open to close in my condition I saw a display of Croc shoes in the store across the way. I hobbled over, bought the hideous things and asked the clerk to throw the damned Keen shoes away. I put on the Crocs and the little spikes in the bottom pierced my foot like little needles with each step, but I kept on knowing that if I could just get to the safari ride at least I could sit for awhile. As I was leaving the safari ride I realized my feet were not causing me agonizing pain and pretty soon i was able to hustle from attraction to attraction. I think it must have been those spikes, they popped all the blisters and prevented new ones from forming. Now I wear a pair of miracle crocs each trip, no more blisters. I don’t look even remotely fashionable, but I would wear Kleenex boxes on my feet if it kept me at the parks from open to close! All that to say that today I miss Disney so much I would gladly wear those damnable Keen shoes if it meant I could be at any of the parks!

I would have totally had my husband push me around in a wheelchair. I'm glad the crocs worked out for you. Do your feet sweat in them? I love my birkenstocks - I can wear those things all day in NYC and my feet are dry and comfortable.....have to break them in first though, otherwise they can rub the top of your foot.

Wow. what a mess. I am sorry for those of you that are missing items and packages. I agree that PP does not get the "new" business pass because it really isn't new, it is just a different business. Slow because you have too much business all at one time is different than missing items because your people are being sloppy. That stinks.

@northrigg
I only wear them in WDW or DL and in WDW they do sweat when it is hot and humid, but there isn’t a part of me that doesn’t sweat in late September Florida weather, so not any worse then anything else.
I can’t wear Birkenstock’s because I hate toes and since I don’t want to see anyone else’s toes I would feel like a hypocrite wearing shoes that showed them myself. I have lots of friends who love them though.
