Ok, time to 'fess up! Who bought the last CP Skylight and Sage available on SB.com that I had sitting in my cart since last night? I just went to place my order and they're gone. Not me! Thought it might have been, but I got Midnight, not Skylight. I did get the last "Foundations" minis bundle...which is why I ended up paying shipping when had I (unknowingly) waited until today I could have had free shipping. I've heard so much about the CP inks that I decided to try them out.

I’d also like to see the blueberry stamped out.
If the cover color is true then I have nothing at all like it. But if it’s washed out or grayed out then it might might be too close to CP juniper mist.

peachiceteas I've found this photo of Catherine Pooler orange comparison swatches: ![](https://i.pinimg.com/564x/cf/81/8b/cf818b5538ea3d40021db7d1e39035b5.jpg) I totally forgot until you posted this that CP sent me a free gift of the full-sized Bellini ink pad a couple of months ago when I ordered some stamps and dies from her online shop. I put it away and haven’t tried it yet because I don’t usually use pastel colors. Now hoping the color will work well with the set of ink pads from Paper Person. Need to play with stamps and inks this weekend! ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MNrJDkDuSwqIMVw33MdD.jpg)

That blueberry does seem like a true navy .... I stamped it out and compared to my Hero Arts Navy. They are similar but Blueberry is a bit brighter and a touch warmer than the HA Navy. I'm sorry, I don't have a Flickr account so I can't post a pic without an attachment here. I also did a comparison of the swatches to the ink pad covers and they are pretty true as well. But I'll second/third/etc. about how juicy the inks are and how lovely and rich they stamp. I'm very happy with my purchase of the set. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MNrJDkDuSwqIMVw33MdD.jpg)

I'm glad I'm in good company. ![](http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r481/2peasrefugees/Smilies/grin.jpg.gif) I've gotten 2 different tracking numbers and none of them show any movement. I emailed and they gave me another different tracking number than the others I've received so I'm just giving up.

So, mine arrived today (held up by USPS). They were worth the wait. I hope you guys get yours soon. Opening this box brought me back to SC days when you actually got a big box and it was fun to open and I actually (GASP) wanted to lay it all out and take a photo. I don't know if it's the sunshine outside and new rainbow goodies or everything, but I'm so happy with this kit.

I received a 3rd USPS tracking number and none of them are showing movement so I have no idea what's going on anymore. jediannie I just got my package today, my subscriber kit plus the ink pad set and Ramadan mini kit that I ordered. I am looking forward to playing with the inks this weekend ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MNrJDkDuSwqIMVw33MdD.jpg) My tracking number never updated, so maybe your shipment is close, but USPS is just having tracking issues?

I compared the inks to the ones in my stash: Color Theory, ABM, and KP's Hero Arts mini cubes. The Orca is super, super similar to ABM Cement. If there's a difference, it's super slight.
I was hesitant to get Avocado because I have Limelight from CT, but PP is much more olive, whereas Limelight is brighter with a little more yellow. Could definitely combine these for a subtle change.
Forest vs KP's Hero Arts mini ink also showed a big difference. The PP is much darker and more Christmas-y, if that makes sense.
Blueberry was my must have. I have CT Deja Blue and was pleasantly surprised to find the PP version to be much more navy. I mean, it's not night and day, but when you are super picky and want a good navy? PP is the winner.
Nothing in my stash was like Coast, but it's so lovely & VERY KP. That's my takeaway. All the shades are very much KP.

I really don't understand why KP (and Inked Brands also for that matter) has such shipping issues when Elise with FYC, scrapbook.com and others get their orders out and done so smoothly?

My tracking number never updated, so maybe your shipment is close, but USPS is just having tracking issues? I'd be okay with this scenario, but I'm not sure why I have 3 different tracking numbers. ![](http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r481/2peasrefugees/Smilies/shrug.gif) I did email them again but they might not be checking messages now. We shall wait and see! Also, I'm trying so hard to be patient because she is just one person and I'm sure she doesn't have and/or can't afford a large team for fulfillment but this literally happens every month now and you'd think the kinks would be ironed out by now. Oh well.

I'd imagine that scrapbook.com has a much larger staff than Kelly does I’d imagine. I know it’s exactly like she says up front in her website. But that doesn’t mean she can’t shake up the order every so often so I’m not always last.

My order arrived today.
I really think the bundling option hurts subscribers, as we have two days to add stuff to our orders to include in the bundled shipping. Short of allowing subbers two extra days to order at the beginning of the monthly window or having a "done shopping, please ship now" button on the website, I don't know how to fix the issue.

I have Cement so it's good to know I could skip Orca when I order some colours. Coast is really, really calling out my name... Did you get a bit of a splotchy issue/less consistent print with it as others have reported? I'm hoping for a swift departure from the warehouse + delivery for the subscribers who are still waiting. It's been 12 days since release day so I do think your concerns and annoyance are valid at this stage. That's just long.

I have not done a full testing of them, partly because the note that comes with them specifies they are for big alphas. That had me concerned for my more detailed stamps, so I just used the new Butter to My Bread that came in my box. I'll also let them sit upside down, as directed, so I can give them a full test after they've recovered from shipping. I shall report back and compare them to my others. I'm sure there are videos somewhere, but I don't like videos and I could talk about scrapping stuff for days.

I'm sure there are videos somewhere, but I don't like videos and I could talk about scrapping stuff for days. I played with the ink pads and did some preliminary swatching. I will try to link two photos below. The first photo is of the inks after I got them fresh from the shipping box, and the second photo is swatching after the pads had been resting upside down overnight. Huge difference. I am no expert stamper/swatcher, but the inks performed so much better after storing them upside down. I used an acrylic block and Epson presentation paper, the smoothest paper I own right now. I really like the colors, especially the Blush and Mint Julep, which I was not expecting since I don't tend to like pastel shades. The only disappointment is the Tomato Soup, it is much more orange-y than I was expecting, but I can pick up a true cherry red from another line. Overall, really pleased with my purchase ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MNrJDkDuSwqIMVw33MdD.jpg) ![First Swatching Out of the Box](https://i.postimg.cc/VLq4y5hF/IMG-1126.jpg) ![Second Swatching After Pads Rested Upside Down Overnight](https://i.postimg.cc/Cxw7wSTp/IMG-1125.jpg)
