Does anyone have all the Ali Edwards inks to say how they compare? I’m curious as well. Most of those look very close to Ali’s.

My kit is waiting, I can’t wait to get home & open it. Not sure why I am so excited I know what I ordered. ( besides I doubt I’ll have time to do anything with it with the dog issue still )
But it’s delivered! Yay!

I got my inks. I stamp mostly with CTMH inks in the old style. Here’s my analysis. I only bought 4 PP inks. Guac looks similar to CtmH topiary. Blueberry looks close to CTMH Pacifica. Coast and tomato don’t look like anything I have.

I got my subscription but no stamps or inks or any of the other items I ordered. I am beyond livid right now. I know in the grand scheme of things this isn't a big deal but I spent $99 and no product to account for it. I'm about to go full "Karen" on poor Michelle in customer service because I'm so tired of my orders getting messed up all the damn time. Oh that sucks. I will be honest. The hit or miss shipping is why I havent ordered from Kelly in forever. Yes, they can ship whatever your missing asap...but in the meantime, you are out the money and no products. It just sucks.

Same. I'll say it again... I don't understand how other small companies as well as large companies can get it right but it seems like KP has been a shipping mess for quite a while.

I'm glad you had an easy month for once! Mine have been very hit or miss, I've noticed when I've done add-ons the orders get messed up but when I just do the subscription it gets shipped almost right away and there haven't been any problems. Customer service was very responsive and fast with getting hopefully the correct stuff shipped out. In the past when they've had to send stuff again or resend something, I either get the wrong thing again or something else is missing. I truly would like to know what they are doing for fulfillment because they need serious help because so many people have had problems. I keep repeating to myself "I'm supporting a small woman owned business so I will give her grace" but this chant is being said through clenched teeth.

That is beyond shitty and I'm so sorry. In some cases, it is necessary to raise a little hell. If that makes you a Karen, I'm full-on-Karen-behind-you.

I am unemployed due to the pandemic. I would be happy to help them pull orders and package stuff and she could pay me in product. I don’t have experience with shipping scrapbooking stuff, but I do have experience pulling orders and assembling them and I am pretty quick. They should totally hit me up. I would make damn sure pea orders were correct, if nothing else!

I subbed to the monthly kit from the beginning and it is only when I order add-on product (which is most months) that there is an issue with missing or incorrect items. This last month was the only time where the monthly kit combined with add-one was correct and within the shipping window. Hopefully your issue will be corrected swiftly, and fulfillment will be better in future (fingers crossed!) @skellinton — It would be awesome if you helped them with fulfillment. You could include a “packed by” card like Studio Calico used to do

I'm so sorry you're dealing with this...again!
I dropped my sub in December, but I've ordered things just as a member of the public twice. Those orders came so much quicker and were correct compared to the delay in shipping the sub I experienced. I don't get that at all. You'd think the members would be a priority to keep them happy.

Frustration sympathy & consolation to you, jediannie. It's such a shame that KP's fulfillment centre continues to have such issues. I hope her PP CS is more reactive than the old KP shop one. This shouldn't be happening. Does anyone know which centre she uses? I wonder if Kelly's orders are the only ones where they're dealing with monthly subscriptions + separate orders that need combined shipping. That is a very different business model from the regular one. It's hard to understand why they're still struggling years on and how much money it must cost them to rectify all the mistakes. I just hope all your stuff reaches you soon, jediannie. And a reimbursement of your extra shipping for all the troubles + delay.

I cracked wise earlier but forgot to say that I am sorry and I'd be angry too. You are handling it better than I would be, and there is really no excuse for consistent shipping errors (and for shipping subscribers after everyone). I hope you get a resolution soon.

That is a good question about who she is using, I just figured it was out of someone’s home office. It seems odd to think she would keep utilizing any sort of actual business since they clearly suck so much.

Christine Herrin from Everyday Explorers is one of the very few stamp/scrap indie operations that's DIY. Christine mentioned on the long IG live she had with KP last spring that she was looking into going down the outsourcing route like Kelly.

Adam J. Kurtz started working with a new fulfillment center towards the end of last year and the difference has been amazing. I ordered something and it was shipped out MAYBE two days later - he told me they strive to have a 24 hour turnaround but sometimes it gets "delayed." I don't know who he's working with now or how much he pays them, but I'm going to send that vibe towards other small business owners in hopes they can find each other, lol. Plus his distro is out of Newark which means it takes almost no time to get to me, I'm practically right over the river!

Well, good lord, she needs to ditch them and find someone else. I would assume whatever company she is using must eat the cost for fixing the mistakes on the financial end, but their constant mistakes are hurting her brand. I just assumed since there were so many errors it was someone working out of a home office that wasn’t very detailed oriented or organized. She should not be paying anyone for the amount of mistakes they make.

Skellinton If you and I were neighbors, we could knock it out for KP, easy peasy. We could toss in the proofreading for things, too. I know FYC was handling all her orders herself, but I'm not sure what her volume is compared to KP. Just musing on what nicolep mentioned about certain shops shipping quickly and being accurate. Clearly there will always be issues, but especially to happen to the same person over and over...

Yeah, whatever company KP is using for her fulfillment is not working well. I almost feel like she should just stop the subscribers get 2 days to add on because that seems to be the holdup for shipping subscriber orders. I've started an email asking about their order fulfillment and why there have been so many issues with subscriber orders being picked, packaged and mailed. Once I get a response I'll let you all know, or if those of us who continue to have issues all email to let them know it's not acceptable to continue to have these issues after however many months that might help too. I really, REALLY love her stuff and don't want to cancel my subscription but if this happens again I'm going to have evaluate if I want to go through this BS every single month.

Feeling better today so opened my PP package. My tomato soup ink case got cracked on the top and the side chipped in shipping. As the inkpad was wrapped in plastic and all of the other items were also in plastic and all of them were inside a plastic bag, even though there was ink all over the inside of the bag, nothing was wrecked.
The pad is still juicy, so I taped the case, inside and out, and I'm good to go! Figure its not worth complaining about & I'm glad that everything is packaged the way that is. But mostly I am feeling thankful (cross fingers) that we are all on the road to recovery from COVID.

The saga is over for this month. I got all my stuff and they sent me some extras and refunded my shipping. They do make it right (and I'm grateful they did this) but they really should just make it right from the get-go and they wouldn't be losing so much money on the refunding shipping and extras they send.
