PA won't be done till Friday correct? And I just saw a blurb that Nevada won't start counting again until Thursday. Any idea why? My news is reporting they won't report another update until 11am CT Thursday, not that they have stopped counting.

Just a friendly reminder -- those of us who were hoping for a Biden blowout that would repudiate the past four years will be disappointed no matter what. But Trump's lawyers are counting on Biden supporters becoming fatalist "I knew Trump would win" types and shifting their mindsets based on the disappointing results last night.
It's hard, but don't let that be your mindset. It makes things materially more difficult in states where the vote is -- largely because Republicans made it difficult or impossible to count beforehand -- being counted.

Not to be the voice of doom, but getting Trump out was only half the battle. If we don’t control the Senate, we’re stuck. The Senate is really bothering me, I’ll admit. The Senate shows us who we really are No gerrymandering of district lines. No electoral college bullshit. Just popular vote of the states. And who we really are, by majority, is a bunch of under-informed, gullible, fearful, superstitious, backwards-looking fools.

Stay calm. It's not over yet. If we get PA & MI, we'll be 274. PA is looking good. That’s why the ducking gargoyle has focused his attention and attacks there!

Well I went to bed because I couldn't take it anymore. Thank goodness I did. How will I even work today? I finally went to bed at 3:30. Feeling physically sick to my stomach. I got a call at 8:30 this morning to move my bone density scan up today, so I’m going to continue to be a mess for the rest of the day.

And we need to keep in mind those missing ballots, over 300,000 in about 15 states. With races being this close that is a huge deal. I’m trying to remember which states but I’m pretty sure Pennsylvania, Georgia and Michigan were among them. I’m anxious to hear what the judge has to say to do the USPS in court today.

If Biden wins whatever he will wish to do will be blocked, just like it was with Pres Obama. This is why it pisses me off when people complain that “Obama didn’t get anything done!” Well, DUH. When you have Moscow Mitch not bringing anything to the Senate floor, what do you expect? Yet none of them seem to have any problems with THAT. On that front, all I can hope for now is for God to take him down. That man is pure evil.

I had the clown winning all along. I hate to say it but I did. I think, once again, we picked the wrong person. And Biden was my original choice. At this point, it isn’t about the Democratic choice. They will say it is, but honestly that is a cop out. The real reason is that there are a lot of people Out there who are either really uninformed or really shitty. Any candidate should have been able to beat trump. But the lies and those who believe them have taken over. I’m sick of people blaming democrats for trump. This. 100% this. Blaming democrats for trump? No. Trumps vitriol and cancer on our country belongs squarely on his shoulders and his trumpuppets.

It’s about the fact the half the country looks at economic ruin, a quarter of a million of their fellow citizens dead, a narcissist authoritarian who hates women and BIPOC, a leader who ignores foreign bounties on our military - and seeing all that - wants to sign itself up for four more years of it. That is mind blowing. That above is the ugly Republican elephant in the room.

I’ve been flicking channels and reading, but have yet to find any legal expert opine as to whether Trump has any real chance of taking this successfully to court? Who would pay for such a move? I Feel sorry for the workers tirelessly still counting whilst he’s crying ‘fraud’.
I saw one Republican ‘expert’ interviewEx and she avoided the question and instead said it’s all the pollsters fault for ‘getting things wrong’, as so much money is raised on the back of those polls ( or poles as he who shall not be named calls them 😬)

Surely he's been in politics long enough to know what it means. Maybe it's time to put it on the school curriculum so that the next generation are not quite so dumb!

I Feel sorry for the workers tirelessly still counting whilst he’s crying ‘fraud’. I posted this elsewhere but legal podcast Opening Arguments did an episode on this last week. It breaks down Kavanaugh's written concurrence and how it's big kick in the door for Trump to take it to the SC that's leaning in his favour.

[ I just found a guy being interviewed- he said 3 Supreme Court justices who ruled on Bush/Gore have already stated that Pennsylvania May have misused the rules re which votes count, and that if you add the newly appointed Amy Coney Barrett to the mix, Trump could win on this. This is such a sickening spectacle .

The victory of Madison Cawthorn to Congress for NC is reaaaaally disturbing. This guy is a lunatic. It is. A bit of America’s history calendar.eji.org/racial-injustice/nov/04On November 4, 1890, Benjamin Ryan Tillman was elected governor of South Carolina. An outspoken white supremacist, Mr. Tillman created his identity as a politician based on white supremacy, a deep commitment to blocking any educational opportunity for Black people and advocating for violence against Black voters. Concerning the education of Black people, Mr. Tillman argued, “when you educate a Negro, you educate a candidate for the penitentiary or spoil a good field hand.” Mr. Tillman’s political career began after his involvement in the 1876 Hamburg Massacre, where white men rioted and killed nine people in a predominantly Black town in South Carolina. In his gubernatorial campaign, Mr. Tillman promised to keep the state’s Black population in a position of permanent inferiority. In his inaugural address and throughout his administration, he emphasized white supremacy and the necessity to revoke Black Americans’ rights. Mr. Tillman served two terms as governor and played a critical role in the 1895 South Carolina Constitutional Convention. In order to vote under the revised constitution, a man had to own property, pay a poll tax, pass a literacy test, and meet certain educational standards. The 1895 constitution disenfranchised Black voters in intent and effect, and served as a model for other Southern states. After serving as governor, Mr. Tillman was elected United States Senator from South Carolina in 1895, and served in this capacity for twenty-four years. Throughout his tenure, he staunchly opposed Black equality and women’s suffrage. Mr. Tillman’s philosophy helped shape the era of oppression and abuse of Black Americans throughout the South. A statue honoring Mr. Tillman still stands on the grounds of South Carolina’s State Capitol. When we finally tackle this racism issue once and for all imagine the possibilities 🤷🏾♀️ It all seems interconnected to me. The other thing that strikes me is if Christians believe we are all Gods children...how have you reconciled the treatment of Black people. Past and present? Who will answer for it?
