I don't know if they stopped counting, but I read that military and overseas ballots have until Friday, 5PM to be received. If they arrive by then, they will be tallied. And they are tallying them as they come in, so it isn’t as though there will be another large block of votes outstanding waiting to be counted. 👍🏻 FoxNews is saying that THOUSANDS of overseas military ballots still need to be counted. I hope they are wrong because doesn’t the military tend to lean red? |

@zingermack , I was wondering about your post. I see now where you thought a tie is possible – it’s an error in some reporting. Trump is not at 213; he’s at 214 because he got 1 in ME district 2. So at 214, no tie possible.

What would happen if The Orange Menace truly does not concede and refuses to leave office and the White House? Will he be forcibly removed by the military? Will they throw his suits and orange make up all over the front lawn, like when a woman ejects her cheating, lying husband? Oh please. Please. Please let this happen. I almost hope he has to be refused forcibly. We know that there will be recounts in Georgia and PA and I bet more. This won’t be official for a while. I bet several lawsuits will draw stuff out. I think Biden will still win but it’s going to be drawn out and my hope is no violence. I don’t see Trump attending the inauguration. |

Dh and I were part of the large groups of National Security Leaders for Biden (over 700 signatures, many retired military leaders) and Military Families for Biden. Trump’s true disdain for the military and putting active duty troops in more danger by his policies with countries around the world have not gone unnoticed. I think my family are losing patience with me - they can’t understand why I’m so invested in this. On the other hand, I can’t understand anyone NOT being invested in this! To me, it’s the ultimate ‘Good over evil’! Books will be written about these days. Theatres will host plays reenacting these moments. Come on. This is historical. (Basically, your family is wrong.  ) And there will be a Broadway musical. It will have so many twists and turns and the finale will be these last 4 or so days. |
