Way to go for you!! Idea: when your package arrives, Wear your cap/gown and have your DH Present you with your diploma. The family dressed up to observe his graduation. They had a candle lit on the table and tried to make it a special symbolic event. The sister and mother of the graduate made up the audience. My nephew did it for his son who graduated HS last spring.  |

I should graduate in May after taking classes 1 at a time since 1987. I hadn’t planned on attending a ceremony but now that it is virtual I may watch something on the computer.

Congrats! I think you should send a text to your close friends and family and say something like “I did it! Today is my virtual graduation!” I think they would want to know. Add a graduation bitmoji to it! Yes! You should do this - to give your family and friends a chance to congratulate you. |

Take a picture in your cap and gown and post it on FB or whatever social media you have. I am sure people just forgot. (I know I have missed important milestones with friends sometimes.) Give people a chance to congratulate you. You deserve it.

Now, and finally it’s art history. 4 community colleges. 4 state universities. 2 kids, and a husband. |
