Life and the drama it brings I think is finally settling down for me and I need some much needed me time.
Therefore I'd like to craft every too weeks .
I have a list of stuff I would like to accomplish but I'm not going to put pressure on myself.
I have a wonderful stash that I can draw from. Everything I could possibly want is there.
On Sunday my goal is to straighten up my craft space. It's not horrible , but I do need a day . Process all the new stuff and then I can craft my heart away the first of the week.
I will be doing a Christmas book this year. DH bought big gift tags this year and wrote a note on every present to me a memory or something. I'd like to keep them and I figure a little album will be perfect. Conveniently I just bought a lot of album dies.
Also my goal is to try to use a product on every project I have not used before that is in my stash. I have so many things never touched.
I hope everyone has a great holiday and that Santa brings you supplies

In 2021 my OLW is story. I picked it because I want to spend the year focusing on my stories and scrapbooking more. I don’t have a room of my own and it’s been tricky finding a time and space to scrapbook. I want to work on that. Specific things I want to accomplish are:
1. Get my photos in order (Stacy Julian’s Photo Freedom class) 2. Backup my photos (Miss Freddys backup bootcamp class) 3. OLW 2021 4. Finish PL 2020 (physical format) 5. PL 2021 (switch to digital) 6. 2 DITL days documented 7. WITL 2021 8. Finish my WITL from 2016 & 2017 9. One travel album 10. DD 2021 11. Scrap my monthly AE kit as it comes in 12. BONUS: Use up old AE kits
Considering: October Daily It’s a lot but I do a good portion of these already. I want to increase my productivity and efficiency this year.

In 2021 I’m hoping to:
keep current in my memory planner-looking forward to my new layout 🤞🏻That I like it. Keep current with my PL ( 12x12 ) Finish my unfinished Montreal album
I’m continuing my plan to spend approx 1/2 hour/day set aside for going to my desk and playing mostly for my planner but not always. I’ve done that 1/2 of this year and I’m pretty consistent doing it 5-6 day a week.
And I’m continuing to set aside 6-10 hours 1 weekend / month for crafting. I schedule the time on my calendar so it gets set aside.

Hoping to move in January and hoping I'll have my own space then.
1.set up my craft space 2.finish 2020 album 3. finish scanning and organising mum's photos 4. make at least 1 photo book from mum's photos (they range from about 1890(her grandparents) to her death in 2012) 5.make cards for the nursing home at least quarterly (thinking Easter, Summer, Halloween/Fall, and Christmas)

I have started sorting photos of long gone relatives my kids may or may not remember. Some were gone before my kids were born.
My goal is to have an album with a page for each person, with a photo or two, and tell their story as I know it. This way my kids are not stuck with a box of photos of people they don't know. I have some pretty amazing stories for many of the people.

Feb and March I'll be mostly away from home with work but as the year goes on I hope to do more card making - really need to build up my stash. Not sure about scrapping yet. I just finished scrapbooking some old travel photos but am not sure what to work on next. I might actually look into scanning some old pics and making a photo book for my brother instead - he's in the UK and I have pretty much all the old family photos and our Mum's scrapbooks. Might be fun to do something with those.

My 2021 family album will be pared down somewhat. My resolution for this year will be to avoid chasing down my 2 oldest DDs for photos. They're old enough to keep their own memories however they choose. Youngest DD will graduate high school in the spring, so she's old enough too.
2021, and done. No more new family albums after next year. I still have baby albums to complete! I'm still available for wedding or college albums upon request, of course.
I think I'm ready for a change of format and a change of focus. But that will come in 2022.

Dedicate at least 1 day per month to crafting. Write it in the calendar and let everyone know I’m unavailable!
Eliminate FOMO buying.

I have no plans, no goals, and no resolutions. I will not be sad nor disappointed. Each New Year is like a new book with 12 Chapters, and 365 pages. I intend to make some marks on each page ... and maybe a few on the covers.

My main goal is to do more scrapping and less scrolling, making a dent in some of my great stash.
My son will be a senior next year, so I want to do a school memories album for him and better get a good chunk done this year. I’m thinking one volume for elementary and one for high school.
Start and complete my December Daily 2020 album and at least one past DD.
Make some progress in my Disney scrapping.
Make some progress in my PL albums.
I’d like to make more LOs in 2021 than in 2020. We’ll see.
Continue virtual scrapping with friends (hopefully at least monthly) until we can safely do it in person again!

My goals are:
Do some scrapbooking. I am way behind. I need to put more effort into actually doing it, instead of sorting through my stuff looking at what I have.
I started a mixed media style journal about a month ago. I want to work on filling it with words, thoughts, feeling, etc...

Love these types of threads!
My goal in 2021 is to make better memories, and have better, more fun photos to scrap. 2020 was a heck of a rough year.
Of course, some of that will have to wait until it is safe to go to museums and day trips and such.
Scrappy-wise, i think I want to scraplift more. I want at least some of my layouts to look artistic. I've gotten into a routine of neat and clean layouts, with predictably placed embellishment clusters.
I think it's also time to pull all the tools out, and see what I have and what I really use. I think i forget to use things because they're not in front of my face.
This may also be the year to make a cutting station. I used my ZipeMate for the first time in months the other day, and I was all like, "Ooh, that's right! I like perfect circles!"
And of course, I want to dedicate more time to scrapping. Me time shouldn't always be the very last on the list of priorities. Oh good, toilet's scrubbed, laundy's done, baseboard's dusted, basement deep cleaned? Okay, now I can squeeze a page in, but only until a family member comes looking for me with their next calamity that needs my immediate attention. (Why is it that the second I sit to scrap, suddenly a toilet won't flush properly, a drain is slow, someone can't find an ingredient in the cabinet, the big whisk is missing, and have I seen their favorite hoodie?)

So this may sound odd but I want to have less pages. The past two years I’ve had way too many filling more than two albums each year. It’s way too much and I’ve realized the stories aren’t being told. So I want to scrap the stories and less pages. My goal is to complete a project life style book for 2021 To learn to journal the stories better- be intentional in including those vs just pictures. To use what I have- not necessarily feeding for 2021 as I’ll continue with my sub and a few add ins but use the huge supply I currently have as well as the tools. To be better about taking pictures showing the story the volume of pictures Have one artistic album to collect pictures over the years without a story yet I love and a more of a traditional 12x12 page.

I want to focus on OLW this year.
I want to use my SBTM to document this year.
I want to finally set up a crafting space by the end of the year.
Also, this is technically cross stitching, but I want to do one of those daily temperature projects. I figure it will be good for my first full year in a new place.

I am not going to try and look at my 2020 goals because I know they all went to crap. So I have 2 goals and I feel like they are a recurring theme every year.
First, to resume my organizational efforts. Ideally that would mean one year from now I would have a functional craft room and no more piles and boxes of stuff. Realistically, I would have the piles and boxes organized in some way that I at least know what's in them.
Second, I want to get to scrapping as much as I can. I know at least one of my monthly crops will still be going in 2021. I am going to be there scrapping my heart out each time they have one. I know if my organizing could make good progress I could get photos and product matched up to knock out layouts every chance I get.
Ultimately I would like to catch up on my photos from the past year. If I could make a 75% dent in that I would call myself happy.

For 2021, I hope to keep up with my PL album. I usually fall off around August & do random weeks the rest of the year. I also haven't even started my 2020 DD album, so that's on the list along with scrapping wedding photos from our December elopement. We hope to take a honeymoon later in 2021, so I'd like to do wedding and honeymoon pictures in one album.
My biggest goal though, is to get back into my morning routine of 30 minutes of creative time before work. I fell off that bandwagon with the pandemic and everything going on this year. I'm really hoping to get back to it in the new year.

I haven't really thought about goals or resolutions beyond my normal "use stuff". I'm considering doing a weekly version of PL again. I usually do it once ever four years because it takes me that long to get over the burnout, and I did it that way this year, but I think with all the global and pandemic stuff that's still happening, and with vaccines in Australia still being a few months away, I'm considering continuing my current album on.
And as always, I do want to focus on using more stuff. I need to continue reducing my stash of pocket cards, and would like to focus on both 12x12 paper and my blue/green embellishments which no longer fit into their storage containers.

I'm hoping now that my scrap space is a bit more organized and clean that I will actually print photos out to scrapbook. I'd also like to make a couple of cards a month, my stretch goal is to make one card a week.

1. To be more active here! (Been lurking for a few years) 2. Organize my photos on my computer and physical prints. I started a great system with Photo Freedom years ago and I'm taking the new class in 2021 to pick up where I left off. 3. Complete a 2021 OLW album using the 2018 class materials and kit I purchased but didn't use or participate in. 4. Complete at least one of the travel/trip albums I have started. 5. Continue to keep weekly memories/small photos in a memory planner.

A few of mine:
- finish my 2019 Canada Trip book (when quarantine happened I was so sad my upcoming trip was cancelled that I couldn't bear to look at it...I really want to finish though before i forget stuff lol) - work on a scrapbook/travelers journal about 2020. I haven't scrapbooked in YEARS and I think I'm going to like the smaller more casual format) - actually send cards instead of just making them. 🤦🏻♀️ - begin my altered memory book (I was inspired by my mom's junk journaling to do something creative with all the papers and little things in my memory box so they're easier to look at) - MAKE ART. Whatever form, just make things that make me happy.

I scrap digitally but have plans. I’m on several teams as a CT.
1) my OLW isn’t firmed up yet. Thinking resolve or resilience
2) at the Lilypad MOC 21 in January has awesome out of the box challenges at The Sweet Shop in February they have challenges for their birthday at Gingerscraps in the spring the have Survivor (I love scrapping to challenges and scrap my best that way)
3) printing some photo books or pages and organizing my digital pages
4) extract many digital kits
5) organize photos in the computer, dropbox, phone, iPad etc.

I am not a goals type person unless I am in crunch mode. I find less enjoyment when I pressure myself to get it done. (This might also explain why I still have 200-2008 to complete.)
BUT... I like to find things that will motivate me and one of the things I am going to do is make a list alphabetically of all of the things I COULD put on my layouts. I'll make a pick five list and try to change up some of my embellishment clusters.
When I was teaching, I could put students' names in a digital name generator and pick students that way so it was fair. I wonder if I could just use one of those and put embellishment types in instead of names. I could also make a giant spinner and do it that way. Hmmmm.

I have only one goal. I want to scrapbook all my 2020 photos so I can buy a new computer and do 2021 and going forward digitally. I did digital from 2011-2014. And I missed the paper. But now that I'm back to paper, I'm finding it too limiting again. I'm ready to go back to digital for my main scrapbooks and just use paper for one off projects.

Great minds!
