I know there is a thread about his displeasure at the work being done at Mar a Lago, but after reading this and the rumor that Melania & Barron did not have Thanksgiving Dinner with trump. Along with the slapping of trump’s hand when he wants to hold hers I’m wondering if she will divorce him once he is finally out of office. To me, anyway when the two are together half the time she looks like she doesn’t like the guy.
I’m thinking she will.
From CNN...
“His mood darkened as soon as he walked into his members-only club Mar-a-Lago, three days before Christmas, according to multiple sources. The changes to his private quarters, many of which were overseen by his wife, first lady Melania Trump, were not to President Donald Trump's liking, and he was mad about it, according to a source familiar with the President's response.
Several weeks in the works, the renovations, undertaken to make the approximately 3,000-square-foot space feel larger and updated in preparation for the Trumps post-White House life, didn't appeal to Trump's aesthetics, according to his reaction. Trump was also displeased with other renovations at the property, the source said, not just in the living space.”

I wouldn't be surprised if she does leave him. but why then would she be redecorating their private quarters?

Maybe she will send him away. Who knows... They deserve each other.

My guess is if she does dump him she’ll go back to NY.

I really know very little about her - my impression is though that she is as bad as he is and they will stick together.

I think she WANTS to, but I don't think she will. There are enough resources and excuses for them to maintain basically independent lives without anyone questioning too much. I think she will ride it out until he dies. Who knows what will be left, and what the fight between her and the adult children from his previous marriages will be like (well, maybe not Tiffany, I don't think they even count her!), but I don't think they will formally divorce.
I could be wrong though. Who the hell knows.

Divorce him? When she could get an annulment on the grounds of being tricked into marrying a man she thought was a sane human being.

I wouldn't be shocked, but I don't think she will. I don't think she ever really wanted him to be president, and she is probably secretly glad he lost. I think she likes/enjoys the lifestyle he gives her, so I don't think she will leave him.

My guess is that she's sticking around until Barron is 18. Maybe 16. He's what, 14?
I wonder what's the length of marriage required in FL to guarantee a certain percentage of money. Or maybe it's residency?
Honestly, I think she's hoping he drops dead so she can take everything and play the grieving widow.

My guess is that she and Barron move back to NYC. But frankly, I really, really do not care what happens to any of them. Her included. We all need to heal.

I think he’s broke, broke, BROKE.

I actually don’t think she will. She’s better off just waiting until he’s dead, and she knows this. Right now her life is comfortable and she doesn’t need to spend much time with him. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were apart at Christmas. I believe Trump was on the golf course with Lindsay Graham, and I think Rudy was at Mar-A-Lago, too.
She did renegotiate her prenup, which I believe guaranteed some financial protections for her son, in whom Trump has little interest or involvement.

Remember that video of her frowning at the inauguration? I would be so surprised if she didn’t leave him eventually. I think she is awful too, but nothing in her body language communicates any kind of affection for him.

Nah, she’s waiting for him to keel over. She would have to find another sugar daddy to support her, and as someone mentioned above, she is aging out of the demographic that appeals to rich old men.

I honestly don't know if she will or not. One thing I can say is that I hope if she does, that she rejects him in a public way like he did to Ivanna when he was having an affair with Marla Maples. Unfortunately, I think he is such a narcissist that he will try to destroy her in the public eye. He is a sick individual who will destroy anyone he deems to be an enemy. She would be lucky to be rid of him and go back to Slovenia or wherever. I don't remember where I read it but the article I read (and not some tabloid either) said they have separate bedrooms in the WH.

He will divorce her first if there is any hint that she is seriously considering leaving him. There is no way that his ego would allow her to file first.

Who knows? The way I see it, being married to him is like having a job you hate but you stay for the paycheck. The Christmas message they filmed together looked like they were giving the eulogy at a funeral. Frankly, I think they deserve each other. There’s not an ounce of humanity in either of them.

She’s as awful as he is (the tapes of the f#$&ing Christmas decorations) and will try to get the most $ possible by waiting it out. I think they will live separately. Part of me would like to see a big, messy scandalous divorce but a bigger part of me just wants all of them to go away.

I've always believed that on election night 2016 when he wanted to 'spend some time with his wife' before making his acceptance speech it was time spent negotiation a post-nup to ensure she stayed with him through his first term. I think she will be free after January 20 and will divorce him. Her book deal will be better as his ex-wife.

I think they probably deserve each other, two sides of a coin.
As such, they'll each do whatever they think is more advantageous to me, myself and I.

I think Trump would threaten to take Barron away from her, so she'll lay low until he is 18. But then again, who knows. I was surprised she stomached all of the Stormy Daniels talk when it was pretty darn clear when another woman can describe your man's penis... chances are that she has seen it. Ewww.

I think they will continue to lead essentially separate lives. He never had any interest in his other children/fought for custody, so I don't see that being an issue that would hold her back if she divorced him. As long as there is a financial upside, she will stay.

I don’t care. I think it is one unhappy family group. Poor Barron NEVER smiles. He looks so unhappy when he’s trotted out. Contrast to the Obama girls who laughed, smiled and even teased their dad on camera.
Sad! 😉
