This is my LO for Sketchy Saturday January 2. I used the 'Warm Wishes' kit by Kim B Designs, stitched stars by Aziko Designs, paint brushes by Sahin Designs, metallic paint and epoxy styles by Mommyish, frame by Cathy K Designs, magic lights by NBK Designs, scallop by Lindsay Jane.

I was going to ask if you'd put this in the wrong place but now I see it's intentional! I love it.
I'm working on year-end blurb photobook pages which I don't usually share, although ideally I will be able to share a quick flip-through of the printed book before the end of the month. I'm averaging about 6 spreads per afternoon (14x7 canvases to spread over 2 7x7 pages). They're pretty quick to put together with not much more than photos and captions.
I have a photobook in progress for Journal Your Christmas too, mostly done if I keep it to 2020, halfway done if I add 2019 stories in there. I didn't make a JYC album last year.

That sounds like an ambitious project, joblackford, but if anyone can finish it, you can! Hoping to see at least a peek at it here...

I have almost all of the year end book drafted now. I found a way to work through a little faster this afternoon. Hopefully I'll have some time to make cards next week too. I have to count inventory for my business first though... wish I'd used up more of my stash so I didn't have to count it all... ugh.

This is a layout about what I've been watching lately. I just realised that I forgot to add a date to it - it's from December. I used the 'Binge Watcher' kit by Laura Passage.

AussieMeg and grammadee I love your takes on that sketch! I love sketches because they turn out so different with everyone's creative vision. Here's my take on the same sketch. That is my dad dressed as Santa and the kids call him Papa.

I was busy yesterday. I managed to scrap four layouts in total. This first one is my take on the latest sketchy Saturday sketch. The rest are just my own doing.

ok. Got two pages done. I am going to try to post them from Flickr. So do we also list which challenge points earned i.e. "sewing" or do we list the designated Letter and number "T5" or both?

Janet To post from Flickr, open the photo there, then hit the share arrow at bottom right. Choose a size. Make sure the Bbcode address has been selected. Then simply copy that address, then paste directly into your message. The photo will appear when you post.
Alot of people use the points spreadsheet that gramma will have ready for us after challenges close. Some people add up their points in their spot in the stickied Rules thread. I usually post first, then edit to list the challenge numbers, so T5 would work, and then include any extra points for each.

This is a layout about what I've been watching lately. I just realised that I forgot to add a date to it - it's from December. I used the 'Binge Watcher' kit by Laura Passage. I love that! Love all the TVs and the stack of fun papers. I can see how easy it would be to lift a design like you did into a TN spread too, with the stack of TVs down one page and the journaling on the other. (I'm all about narrower pages these days.)

Here are three more! Overall I had a pretty productive weekend. All of these layouts were based on older sketchy Saturday layouts. And all are in the gallery.

I love your layout KikiPea The picture is great to start. The little flair on the Christmas tree is awesome. And the stamping/ink on this layout is perfect.

I LOVE it, vexedangel! Love the photos of your crocheting both finished and in progress. Those papers are perfect for this, and I love how you totally went with the theme, adding buttons and diecut doilies and what looks like the top of a spool of thread or a bobbin.

Ignore me for awhile. Trying to figure out adding photos. janet I wish we could both be online at the same time. Maybe I could walk you through it. Did you say you are on Flickr? Maybe copy & paste the url of your photo in a post here and one of us can figure out what is happening.
