I did well on Monday and Tuesday, about 20,000 steps between the two. I went for a looong walk today but I forgot to wear my Fitbit. Oops. Good thing there are no Exercise with Me police. *whew* I get irrationally angry at myself when I forget to start my workout on my watch because I feel like I don't get "credit." ššš I'm all about numbers so, yeah, I get that.

I've created a fitness schedule that incorporates both cardio and strength. Last year, I did my Peloton bike almost exclusively , but I was waving my hand the other day and felt the back of my arm waving too! It's time to incorporate strength into my routing as well! Im also started Lauren Gleisberg's pelvic floor and core program.
Monday I did a 30 min ride + a 10 minute upper body class Tuesday I did a 45 min ride + a core class. Wednesday I did a 30 min ride + a 20 minute legs and glutes class Today is a light day and am only doing the core class
I'm getting my first covid vaccine today, so hopefully I will feel well enough tomorrow to continue my streak.

Thanks for asking! It is getting better but still stiff. I set a walking challenge for the month and Iām already at 123 km per my Fitbit. But Iām stiff. WELCOME!!! This is a good challenge and wishing you well.

Thursday I walked about 3.5 miles. I'm on course today to be about the same. I also did some stretches yesterday. None yet today.

It's been yoga everyday for me and one spin class. Just taking a few days for my body to heal a bit. Lots of joint paint this week.

So I finished the week with 2 spin classes and 7 days of yoga. My ride tonight was great. A few days of rest for my knee really helped.
