I broke into my stamping ink pad supply the other day and discovered that they aren't invulnerable! Two that I grabbed to use - one of those kinds that had 5 slim pads with ink that coordinated, the other with 3 larger pads - also with coordinating ink -- well, some of the little pads had no ink available, one slim pad was solid, others had ink but the foam was .. friable (what a mess)! I figured that they were just too old and I would go ahead a replace them. I couldn't find ColorBox ink really well available ... pretty much anywhere -- Amazon, Scrpbook.com, A Cherry on Top -- a Google search wasn't all that forthcoming. It appears to be a brand issue -- there were very few "cats eye" stacks available as well.
Has ColorBox gone by the way side of scrap/stamping products? I really liked the smaller size pads, the colors and the "pigment chalk" aspect of them.

ColorBox Quit making those inks a year or so ago. I have not spent enough to keep them in business, but I did like their inks, especially the Cat's Eyes. They were juicy and colourful and seemed to stay fresh and usable for a long time. If you liked the shape, Tsukneko sells Dew Drop ink pads and they have some lovely colours.

Well -- thank you for the information - and the link! I loved the comment " Chestnut Roan" -- one of my all time favorites! I knew that some one here would have the info!

Imagine Crafts is the American supplier, and you can order from them as well. they carry dye based in Memento Dew Drop Ink Pads, Chalk based in VersaMagic, and squares of pigment based in Versa Color. They also carry re-inkers so if you have favorites you can also keep it nice and juicy! FYI I was on their DT for 2016 and 2017, and now GDT this year. Great people and products. Sometimes availbility is an issue only because they can't get it shipped from Japan, the Tsukineko the manufacturer. Imagine has also formulated their own products.
