Plus WinRed got to keep the 3.8% transaction fee charged on every single recurring donation even after the “donation” part was refunded. That was a big WIN! for WinRed (a FOR-PROFIT donation site for the GOP as opposed to Act Blue, which is non-profit). - Twitter

Dominion may be filing another lawsuit very soon!!! Michigan Republican put on notice by Dominion for raising over $1 million with election fraud lies: report Tom Boggioni April 04, 2021 The report states that Patrick Colbeck has been accused by Dominion of making "false claims" during his PowerPoint presentation labeled "Case for MI Decertification." In a letter sent to the former lawmaker from the company that has already filed billion-dollar defamation lawsuits against former Donald Trump supporters Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Fox News and MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, Colbeck was informed by Dominion's attorneys, "You are knowingly sowing discord in our democracy, all the while soliciting exorbitant amounts of money — totaling over $1 million so far — from your audiences paid directly to your personal business." The letter went on to state, "Make no mistake — Dominion will hold you accountable for these lies."** The Detroit News noted that Colbeck ,"... has spoken at multiple rallies at the state Capitol in recent months, including a Jan. 6 event where he told the crowd that Democrat Joe Biden, who beat Trump by 154,000 votes in Michigan, wasn't the president-elect." "According to the new letter from Dominion, Colbeck has been giving presentations that feature information that's been 'repeatedly debunked by bipartisan election officials, actual election security experts, judges and numerous Trump administration officials and allies'," the report continues. "The letter says Colbeck is claiming that tabulators and computers used in Detroit's election were connected to the internet, which 'led to the systems being hacked by nefarious foreign actors from Iran, China and elsewhere.' Dominion says Colbeck has no evidence to back up the statement and the claim is false." ** www.rawstory.com/election-fraud-dominion/

And it continues............................
First lady Dr. Jill Biden came off of Air Force One wearing a black skirt and black tights that had a design on them where they were sheer in some parts and solid on the design. Conservatives decided that these were "fishnet stockings," which they weren't. Still, they lost their minds over the first lady wearing something they didn't like. Male conservatives were especially brutish in their attacks on first lady."

Interesting!! GOP Rocked As Report Shows Raising Taxes On Corporations Will NOT Slow RecoveryMON, APR 5TH, 2021 BY JASON EASLEY A new report from the Center For Budget and Policy Priorities shows that raising taxes on corporations will make the tax code fairer and not hurt the economic recovery. A key finding from the report: Specifically, with regard to the recovery from COVID-19 and its economic fall-out, another important consideration is the deep economic and racial disparities that this crisis both highlighted and exacerbated. While millions of lower-income families and individuals continue to face financial hardship due to COVID-19 and the economic fall-out, those at the top in large measure continued to prosper during these hard times — a dichotomy that has become known as the “K-shaped” recovery.[17] Raising taxes on those struggling during this crisis could create headwinds for the recovery, but a corporate tax hike would predominantly fall on those wealthier people who have already recovered from (or never experienced) the recession. A robust and equitable recovery requires that policymakers prioritize still-struggling households, and that’s precisely what raising corporate revenue to fund public investments will do. The entire report lays out the reasons why Biden’s infrastructure plan will help the country, and raising taxes on corporations will not hurt jobs, the recovery, and the broader economy. For instance, the economy will be helped more by the growth in jobs and economic activity resulting in infrastructure investment than it could be hurt by raising taxes on corporations. A tax increase on corporations would also add more fairness to the tax code. All of the Republican fearmongering about raising taxes to pay for infrastructure is not based on fact. Republicans are lying. The Biden infrastructure and jobs plan would be a boon to the economy. Republicans will not be swayed by reality, but the report is evidence that President Biden is right to push full speed ahead with his plan. ** www.politicususa.com/2021/04/05/raising-corporate-taxes-wont-slow-recovery.html

Giuliani asks court to throw out Dominion's $1.3 billion defamation suitBY HARPER NEIDIG - 04/07/21 12:25 PM EDT Rudy Giuliani is asking a federal court to throw out Dominion Voting Systems's $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit against him over his attacks on the company as part of an effort to undermine the credibility of the 2020 election. Giuliani's lawyers on Wednesday filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit. The 10-page motion did not specifically address the merits of Dominion's claims, but instead argued Dominion failed to satisfy procedural requirements for such cases. "Giuliani denies that he has defamed Plaintiffs or that he has engaged in any wrongful or malicious conduct toward Plaintiffs," the filing reads. "Should this matter reach legal or factual adjudication on the merits, Giuliani will provide a vigorous and complete response." Dominion did not immediately respond to a message seeking comment. The company filed its lawsuit in January, accusing Giuliani of intentionally spreading lies about its work in an effort to sow doubt about President Biden's victory over former President Trump and blaming him for helping to incite the mob that stormed the Capitol just two weeks earlier. "Although he was unwilling to make false election fraud claims about Dominion and its voting machines in a court of law because he knew those allegations are false, he and his allies manufactured and disseminated the 'Big Lie,' which foreseeably went viral and deceived millions of people into believing that Dominion had stolen their votes and fixed the election," Dominion said in its lawsuit. "Even after the United States Capitol had been stormed by rioters who had been deceived by Giuliani and his allies, Giuliani shirked responsibility for the consequences of his words and repeated the Big Lie again," the lawsuit added. ** thehill.com/regulation/court-battles/546920-giuliani-asks-court-to-throw-out-dominions-13-billion-defamation?rl=1..................... Rudy Giuliani argues he’s the real victim in lawsuit over his voter fraud lies: report Bob Brigham April 07, 2021 Donald Trump legal advisor Rudy Giuliani claimed he is the real victim after being sued over his role in pushing the "Big Lie" about election fraud that incited the fatal insurrection at the U.S. Capitol. On Wednesday, Giuliani filed a motion to dismiss a $1.3 billion lawsuit filed by Dominion Voting Systems Inc. "In his Wednesday filing, Giuliani portrayed himself as a victim, claiming that Dominion made 50 'false and defamatory statements' about him in its complaint. He also claimed the lawsuit improperly sought 'exorbitant' damages without actually identifying any financial harm it suffered as a result of the lawyer's claims about Dominion," Bloomberg News reported Wednesday. "The filing didn't attempt to back up any of Giuliani's wild claims about Dominion, but it suggested he may do so later if the case continues," Bloomberg noted. ** www.rawstory.com/rudy-giuliani-dominion-voting-systems/Another court case filed with no information! How do they get away with all these frivolous lawsuits?!?!?!?

Florida is dropping the no water no snacks from their new voter bill..... but............. The 51-page Florida House bill makes sweeping changes to the state’s elections laws, including placing new restrictions on ballot drop boxes; changing the process for verifying voter signatures; requiring voters to apply to vote by mail more frequently; and banning officials from receiving private funds aimed at funding election expenses. Some Democrats who opposed the bill still applauded Ingoglia for making some changes supported by voting-rights activists, even as they raised other concerns about the amended legislation. ** www.nbcnews.com/politics/elections/florida-strips-language-bill-effectively-banning-voters-being-given-food-n1263568

OH yes, I could go with this idea!! Congresswoman Veronica Escobar is Calling for Stephen Miller to be JailedTHU, APR 8TH, 2021 BY TODD NEIKIRK Stephen Miller, a key aide to Donald Trump, was the key architect of the 4th president’s disgraceful border policies. And it doesn’t seem like he’ll be going away anytime soon. Miller is one of the few aides that has continued to work for Trump. He also regularly appears on Fox News to blatantly lie about immigration policy. He recently referred to Biden’s actions on the border as cruel and inhumane. No one, however, has forgotten about Miller’s family separation policy. In fact, Texas Congresswoman Veroncia Escobar thinks he should be put in jail over it. During a recent episode of the Intercept’s Deconstructed podcast, Escobar said, “ I think Stephen Miller should be behind bars. I think he committed heinous human rights violations, and I think that those around him who helped plot this out should be held accountable as well.” The Texas Democrat does realize that what she’s asking for isn’t likely to happen. She continued, “That is going to be very difficult, but it kills me that these people could potentially walk away and even potentially rebuild their reputations. I find them to be just among the most reprehensible, abhorrent people that our generation could have ever produced.” One would hope that even Conservative networks would refrain from having Miller on their shows. But Joe Biden has had a successful start to his presidency and Fox hosts are eager to distract from that fact. Featuring people like Miller on their programs is a great way to do that. ** www.politicususa.com/2021/04/08/congresswoman-veronica-escobar-is-calling-for-stephen-miller-to-be-jailed.html

what a dick that guy was!!! She has the patience of a saint, to put up with their baiting questions. He was trying so very hard to get a 'gotcha' answer from her about SOMETHING. And separately, I don't remember which show Secretary Pete was on, but I agree with what he said... I think it was in relation to Fox asking him why only 5.6% of the proposal $$ was going to roads and bridges (apparently that's all they consider 'infrastructure' lol, which is a whole 'nother topic). Anyway, Secretary Pete said something to the effect of "this is not an 'infrastructure' plan. It's a JOBS plan. And one way of creating jobs, etc. is by addressing America's sad lack of investment in its infrastructure."

This is indeed a mystery, what does today’s Republicans stand for? Here you go... Only the best!! Pence this time! This is what the GOP is now!! BUSTED: Mike Pence quietly adds hate group leader to advisory board of his new organizationBob Brigham April 09, 2021 * In 2016, Alliance Defending Freedom was declared a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). "The SPLC lists ADF as a hate group because it has supported the idea that being LGBTQ+ should be a crime in the U.S. and abroad and believes that is OK to put LGBTQ+ people in prison for engaging in consensual sex," SPLC explained. "It has also supported laws that required the forced sterilization of transgender Europeans." ** Other Republicans who are serving with Farris on Pence's board include Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey, Ambassador Callista Gingrich, former Sen. Rick Santorum, Kellyanne Conway, Larry Kudlow, and actor Kirk Cameron. ** www.rawstory.com/mike-pence-advancing-american-freedom-hate-group/

Rand Paul .............. there are not enough words for him.... Not a very large crowd or not too enthusiastic. McCain passed away in 2018, but the other two GOP senators who joined with him are still in the Senate. Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) was re-elected in 2020 and will not face voters again until 2026. But Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) is up for re-election in 2022 and is facing a primary challenge. ** www.rawstory.com/rand-paul-gop-primaries/

What I don’t understand is why people elect these guys in the first place. The Republicans talk about having “better voters” as a reason for voter suppression. But it seems to me the real reason the Republicans are making it harder for voters to vote is because they only want the ignorant to vote.
