I live within walking distance of two Ikeas here in Tokyo. One is a seven floor ex Forever21 and the other is only two floors but also has an eat in restaurant. They sell cloth IKEA tote bags for $2 and cute keychains with a tiny version of a blue IKEA bag!!

Oh my gosh Iâm not the only one! I so can relate to this thread. I adore bags of all kinds.
I really need to figure out how to organize it all better though. Iâve got a cupboard of plastic bags previously the poop bag cupboard, about 13 coach bags in my closet, a ton of gift bags in a bag, some gorgeous aboriginal designed reusable bags (got during my sonâs last month long hospitalization) that are too pretty to use so they just hang in my closet, reusable grocery bags at the front door for grocery delivery and oh I could go on and on... âșïž đ
Oh we just cleaned out a ton of duffle bags, why did we have so many duffle bags. At least those are going into the donation bag and someone else can get use out of them.
Yah the house is overrun with bags and Iâm. It mad about it. đ

I love zippered bags too, use them all over the house. I may or may not have purchased (and used) five sets of these bags.I have a bunch of those too! I will neither confirm nor deny that there are 4-5 of those in my purse containing different assortments of things right now... And I can neither confirm or deny that I have one for beauty type items (couple of lip options, blotting papers, nail file, hair ties, sunblock) and one to keep misc small items together (stain stick, pens, mints, coconut oil, and a cloth for wiping glasses and electronics). Makes it super easy to switch between purses/bags.

I have so many Trader Joe bags from all over the country. I love each and everyone and will hunt you down if you borrow one and don't bring it back! My dad was a Trader Joeâs bag hoarder. Heâd steal everyone I had when he visited. I had to buy 2 every time I got a new one. When he passed away one of my nephews took them. Apparently it runs in the family.

Another bag collector. I have way too many bags and will never use them all. I donât collect purses. I used to but somehow I donât care about purses but bags yes. I gave a collection of cloth and plastic bags. I also have too many blankets anyone else with this problem as well? Yes!  Hence the need for the clear square Ikea zippered bags to hold them all.  My thing is mainly throw blankets.  Oh, and decorate pillows too.  My ex fiancĂ© used to make fun of me making the bed with all of the pillows and that they had to be in the right order.  He would name them to kid with me. We must be related. Although I now only buy pillow covers and change them out seasonally.

Oh, I just thought of another category of bags that I keep! The ones that curtain panels come in. You know the ones that are clear plastic and have an actual zipper on the top- or the bigger ones that hold a comforter or blanket and they zip and the top lifts up. Tell me someone else just can not throw those out! They have so many uses! Like these

Checked out your link. Would love to hear what sorts of things you use them for dewryce I have multiple sets of those, too. I keep 2 small zippered bags in my purse to hold things like hand lotion, mirror, lipgloss, etc. I use them in my tote bag to travel. I keep a letter size one for receipts and memorabilia like brochures and maps. I also use them to keep game pieces together.

Just because I'm in the mood to be a shit stirrer, let me enable you: linkA few years ago, I bought a bunch of these oilcloth bags from a seller at a local arts market to give as presents to some friends for our girls' weekend. I kept 3 for myself. They are SO darn useful and the oilcloth is washable so I can take leaky food to parties and stuff. And they're reversible! I am NOT thanking you or nothing.... seriously? Dang, they are NOT cute..... you shit stirrer you...

It bothered me that they werenât uniform sizes and didnât match but man did I use the heck out of those things. Yes, I have issues. I own that.

I will be making pillows to match my new living room decor, so this would kill two birds with one stone. Save me money on inserts and save me space in my holiday storage. Thanks!

Like these View AttachmentI keep the bigger zippered ones that bedding comes in at our cabin in case I ever need to bring home anything wet like swimsuits or laundry I want to wash at home. Usually I just do our laundry there so I can bring everything home clean, but sometimes I donât have time and thereâs stuff I donât want to leave there so itâs nice for that. The smaller ones would be nice to keep handy to give to guests to bring home their wet swimsuits and/or towels. We always tell people not to worry about bringing a towel because we have a ton of them, but people usually bring their own anyway. Theyâre also good for packing shoes for travel.

Checked out your link. Would love to hear what sorts of things you use them for dewryce I use them in my purse to keep things corralled (gift cards and loyalty cards in one, nail file / clipper / tweezers / band aids in another, lip balms / wet wipes / hair ties etc., another has ear buds / phone charger plug and cord), it makes changing purses quicker and easier. I have one for cords and chargers in a bag we use to take our portable electronics to the cabin and back. I have another one that holds camera accessories like the extra battery, charger plug thing, extra memory cards. I have one inside my go bag for anything small that I donât want to get lost in the bottom of my duffle bag, like OTC medications. I have them in various drawers holding various things all over my house.

The small curtain panel ones are great for storage of crafting beads and baubles. The large comforter ones are great too. I've had my Christmas linens in the same one for years! Table cloths, runners, stockings, tree skirt, etc... It works perfectly and since we store Christmas stuff in the garage, it keeps them all clean and no bugs can get in. They are sturdy. I love them.

I'm a bag lady, too. I have and love my bags of every sort, from the cheap plastic to the reversible cotton ones I've made and sold. It's hard to pick a favorite, or to get rid of many.

I hope there's room in this group for another! Purses and wallets have been an obsession going back to when I was a kid. I was constantly buying purses when I was in high school. I can still picture my favorite teal colored leather (probably fake) slouchy hobo bag. Rebecca Minkoff & Kate Spade are my weaknesses right now. I covet Burberry b/c I LOVE their plaid so much, but their bags are obscenely priced. Moving on to other bags, of course I can't part with any of the freebie makeup bags, canvas bags, duffel bags, etc. Reusable grocery bags, Ikea bags, and especially the cute printed bags from TJ Maxx, Home Goods & I think Marshall's has them too. I LOVE those. They're a great size. I was ridiculously thrilled when AussieMeg sent me one from one of her local stores. My biggest weakness seems to be bags from stores that are sturdy and have nice handles. Bags like Sephora, Victoria Secret, Kate Spade, etc...I fold them up and hide them. My husband will throw them away if he finds them. They are so handy when I have stuff to take to my friends house. I just can not throw away a good bag, or a paper bag with handles. I also keep plastic grocery bags to use in tiny trash cans.
