Tiredness I can plow through. But I have a ton of fatigue from my breast cancer and that is so hard to plow through.

My husband and I each have to get up at least three times a night to go to the bathroom! It's so annoying. That's why I have to take a benadryl every night because I can't get back to sleep.
The only saving grace of DH and I getting up at different times is our mattress. It's a gel foam and you can't feel any movement from the other position getting out of bed. I must be the only female that snores! haha! So I sleep in one of the kids rooms if they are at college or a mattress on the family room floor if they are home. So at least I don't have to worry about us waking up each other. When we go to the beach and sleep in the same room, my poor husband gets no sleep!

I cannot sleep through the night. Sometimes if I take a night time cold relief type pill I can sleep longer but still not through the night. Melatonin does nothing for extending my sleep.
I usually wake up around 1 to 2 am and can't get back to sleep until after 4. I usually read to try to get tired but it doesn't work very well. It's better than laying there.
I am almost 64 years old and had menopause almost 10 years ago. I still kick the covers off, then pull them back on, off and on. I don't know if hot/cold ever stops. I hope it does someday.

I haven't slept through for more than 3 hours at a time since I was pregnant with DS. And he's 30. I also have to get up for the bathroom at least once. I do fall back to sleep eventually and I usually can get around 6 or 7 hours on a weekend night. I'm good with that.

I don't even remember when I last slept thru the night. Man, I miss that. I'm tired of needing to use the bathroom multiple times a night. And it doesn't matter if it's only 3 am. That inner clock goes off and I'm up.

I would love to know the time it takes me to fall asleep. I swear it’s less than 60 seconds from my head on my pillow.
But staying asleep is a crap shoot. Sometimes I actually do and the world is a more beautiful place the next day. More often than not, I wake up several times. I was starting to panic a short time ago because I wasn’t falling back to sleep. That was such an awful feeling. Lately I’ve been able to fall back asleep each time. That an unbroken night’s sleep is so elusive is frustrating.

Only because I take a sleeping pill every night. I started one in August and I don't know why my Dr waited so long to suggest it. It's amazing.

Not since having kids or getting a dog. DS12 has autism and is a light sleeper and I wake anytime I hear him up. And if he doesn't wake me, the dog itching or licking does.
I did get her a silicone dog tag that is a lot quieter, s that has helped a lot.

I do. When I had a fitbit, it told me I got 100% sleep efficiency. Like I barely moved all night. Sleep is one thing I don't have trouble with. If anything, I wish I didn't need so much sleep.
