After running all day I don't feel very inspired to cook so I'm heating up leftover chicken pot pie for dinner tonight. What are you having?

I have a super lean steak thawed out in the fridge-so probably stir fry with rice and lots of veggies

We are having red beans, rice and chicken sausage. I made corn muffins to go with it (had a mix for that, but not cornbread... close enough, I guess)!

Dinner at Fenton's got canceled last night due to a delayed flight, so tonight we're going out for barbecue. I might think about cooking tomorrow. LOL

A version of hoppin' john...except I didn't have any black eyed peas, so I used field peas instead. I love love love black eyed peas, and I love love field peas, so it worked.  |
