this woman’s comment “seems kinda judgie” and “it breaks my heart.” LOL! All this person wrote was “But you are on vacation in Hawaii?” I am the one who wrote that and broke her heart. I am so tired of people thinking the world revolves around them and rules don't apply. My sister has seen her grandchild twice in over a year, because of people like her. Buuuuuuut she's an 'everybody is welcome kinda girl'. I wonder if she'd mind if we just roll on up to her house in Hawaii and stay for a bit? |

You mean...you don't feel sorry for her because she's only seen the baby TWICE?  I have friends who have never been able to hold their one year old grandbaby...and it's their first... I find it interesting that she frantically deleted negative comments, blocked anyone posting those comments on her IG & then turned off comments on her IG posts. Meanwhile, she left up the post on Facebook pointing out she’s in Hawaii this week. She even commented on that post TWICE. The first time no one replied to her comment. A day later she posted the second reply (probably posted again because she didn’t get the reaction & support she expected) & played the victim card. Now she’s getting the support she craves....you’re so wonderful, kind & giving. She’s very manipulative in her actions. |

So I had followed her for years and when that post first hit, I thought "oh no, this will not end well" and decided to unfollow at that point. I've now gotten caught up on this thread and I'm definitely sitting here with my popcorn and self-congratulating myself on seeing this storm coming.
Also...I continue to be comforted in the fact that you are my people. Keep on keepin' on.

What?! They can still have a virtual baby shower. My niece had a baby registry and family and friends had the gifts delivered to her home. We didn’t ask strangers to send her money to buy baby items. |

While I feel for her with the crappy healthcare we have in the US and I hope her babies are born healthy and get the care they need if they need it... she can easily have an online baby shower, no? Plenty of people have reconfigured their lives and done drive-ups/zoom/whatever. Shit, even just posting her registry to friends and family would get her something.
Where are her friends and family who would have been invited? Why are they not picking up things from the registry? Why is the grandmother begging strangers to foot the bill for legitimately everything "she will need all big ticket items"?

What?! They can still have a virtual baby shower. I JUST went to a Zoom baby shower! It was actually kind of fun, and it was just like a regular shower, only online! There was a drive by, but I didn't go to that, because it was a ways away, but that was cool too. Because people that were from out of town or across country got invited and could make it to the shower, I bet they got even more than they would regularly get because more people were invited. These ladies are unbelievable. (also, snark alert) Does she have "little to no pto saved" due to extensive Hawaii trips? |

Well, she has to mention right away another daughter who passed, recently or not, I don't know who these people are, to ramp up already the pity factor. And don't get me wrong, that's a shame and I'm sorry about that. But these people are masters of the game here. And unless there's an underlying issue here, a twin pregnancy is not all that super rare or complicated.

We lost our pastor to our church last Tuesday he was only 40 years old and left a 3 and 6 year old behind. So my money it is going there and not for knifes.

Based on her saying “super rare identical twins” my guess is this is a mono/mono twin pregnancy, which has a high rate of complications. Having said that, they have had at least 5-6 months of this pregnancy to make some basic plans. It’s consignment sale season where you can pick up all kinds of used baby equipment at great prices- sometimes even for the price of a Starbucks run 😉 |

This right here makes me want to vomit. WE (dh and I) have paid off over $200,000 in medical debt. OURSELVES. We sold stuff (like my Disney pin collection for $600), dh sold his truck and took my grandpa's car he could no longer drive. We put every extra amount of money to our debt. It is no one else's responsibility. No ones. Yes my parents helped a little and we are forever thankful for that. But WE buckled down and took care of OUR FREAKING RESPONSIBILITIES. HOLY FRUCKEN SH!T. |

So, decided to check out her account.
Funny how they can go to the zoo if money is a struggle and she is sooooooo high risk.
She stated that her girls are measuring the same and looking good. (It is a mono twin pregnancy. But no twin is bigger than the other).
26 weeks along.
Monitoring 2x a day as of 5 days ago.
