An accused Capitol rioter may be headed back to jail after a judge found he violated his pre-trial release conditions against using the internet. *** Prosecutors allege that a pre-trial services officer caught Jensen breaking his release conditions just 30 days after being let out of jail. After being caught, Jensen offered "one excuse after another" and even tried to blame his daughter at one point.*** Jensen... admitted to his Pretrial Services Officer that in the previous week, he had spent two days watching Mike Lindell's Cyber Symposium regarding the recount of the presidential election," prosecutors allege. The private flying Texas realtor.
Jenna Ryan, the infamous Dallas-area realtor who took a private plane to Washington before participating in the Capitol insurrection, has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of parading, demonstrating or picketing.
During her plea hearing on Thursday, U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper asked Ryan if she was "under the effects of any substances that would alter her ability to proceed," according to a report from Jordan Fischer, an investigative reporter at Washington's NBC affiliate.
"I had a single glass of wine last night," Ryan reportedly responded.
"That doesn't count," Cooper replied before Ryan pleaded guilty.
During the hearing, the DOJ presented evidence including a tweet Ryan posted saying, "We just stormed the Capital. It was one of the best days of my life."
"Like other misdemeanor pleas, Jenna Ryan will agree to pay $500 in restitution and will agree to cooperate with the government in other related investigations. She has two co-defendants: Jason Lee Hyland and Katherine Schwab," Fischer reported.
Independent news outlet Empty Wheel added: "One thing DOJ is doing in all the statements of offense is implicating co-defendants, so they'll have less reason to hold out as well. That's true with Ryan."
The charge to which Ryan pleaded carries a maximum sentence of six months in jail.
Back in March, Ryan boasted that she was "Definitely not going to jail."
"Sorry I have blonde hair white skin a great job a great future and I'm not going to jail. Sorry to rain on your hater parade. I did nothing wrong," Ryan wrote on Twitter.
Sentencing is set for Nov. 4.

You shouldn't lie to the FBI. Probably won't get charged for that part...I'm sure she wasn't fired for her good Christian values. A first-grade teacher at a Christian school in Missouri reportedly expects to be fired after she was charged in the Capitol insurrection last week — six months after her husband. Kelsey Leigh Ann Wilson and her husband, Zachary Wilson, initially denied going inside the Capitol when they were interviewed by FBI agents in January in response to an anonymous tip, according to court records. Two days later, Zachary Wilson admitted entering the building, but denied that his wife had accompanied him. However, one of Kelsey Leigh Ann Wilson's co-workers later told agents that she accompanied the Wilsons to the Capitol, and waited outside while the couple went inside the building for 30 minutes. And surveillance video from the Capitol showed the Wilsons walking in a hallway where House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office is located, and around the Rotunda.www.rawstory.com/kelsey-leigh-ann-wilson/?cx_testId=15&cx_testVariant=cx_1&cx_artPos=2#cxrecs_s

Attorney John Pierce, who has represented Kenosha, Wisconsin, shooting suspect Kyle Rittenhouse as well as more than a dozen Capitol rioters, reportedly is on a ventilator after contracting COVID-19.Pierce's illness was first reported Wednesday after it prompted a hearing for accused Capitol rioter Shane Jenkins to be delayed, according to independent journalist Marcy Wheeler and Washington Post reporter Rachel Weiner. "Mr. Pierce is in the hospital, we believe, with COVID-19, on a ventilator, non-responsive," the attorney from his office reportedly told a judge. www.rawstory.com/lawyer-john-pierce/

CNN's article: "Seven US Capitol Police officers are suing former President Donald Trump, Stop the Steal rally organizers and members of far-right extremist groups, accusing them of spreading lies, using White supremacist sentiments to attempt to overthrow the 2020 election, and ultimately bearing responsibility for the riot that injured more than 140 officers on January 6. "Plaintiffs and their fellow law enforcement officers risked their lives to defend the Capitol from a violent, mass attack — an attack provoked, aided, and joined by Defendants in an unlawful effort to use force, intimidation, and threats to prevent Congress from certifying the results of the 2020 Presidential election," says the lawsuit, which was filed Thursday in US District Court for the District of Columbia. "Because of Defendants' unlawful actions, Plaintiffs were violently assaulted, spat on, tear-gassed, bear-sprayed, subjected to racial slurs and epithets, and put in fear for their lives," the lawsuit says. "Plaintiffs' injuries, which Defendants caused, persist to this day." The new lawsuit is the latest in a string of legal actions against the former President designed to hold him liable for the deadly US Capitol insurrection. And the one who used a crutch and metal pole to assault officers etc .. caught!!! On Thursday, the Justice Department announced the arrest of David Dempsey, a Southern California man who allegedly participated in the Capitol attack on January 6 — and assaulted law enforcement. "Dempsey is charged with use of a dangerous weapon, obstruction of an official proceeding, and civil disorder in addition to assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers," said the DOJ press release. "According to court documents, Dempsey was He was captured in numerous videos taken on the lower west terrace during the riots at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6. As depicted, Dempsey wore various outfits, but predominantly a black shirt, dark helmet, goggles and an American flag gaiter covering most of his face. In several still photos, he can be seen using various objects, including a crutch and a metal pole, as bludgeoning weapons or projectiles against the line of law enforcement officers protecting the tunnel in front of the west terrace entrance," continued the release. "A former Windermere police officer facing federal charges for his alleged participation in the U.S. Capitol riot is railing against his charges in a new YouTube video, calling for other conservatives to “rise up.” Kevin Tuck was arrested in July and resigned from the Windermere Police Department the same day. He told investigative reporter Karla Ray that he would like to speak with her on the record but was waiting on clearance from his attorney to do so. Tuck is facing a list of charges related to the insurrection after investigators said he entered the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6. “Pastor Kevin here, the patriot pastor, coming to you,” Tuck said in the YouTube video. In a stark contrast to his mostly silence while leaving federal court last month, the former chaplain and officer talked about that day in Washington for which he is now facing charges. “You look at Jan. 6, that was a day that patriots were fed up -- fed up,” he said. “Patriots are being arrested left and right for trespassing. You’ve got to be kidding me.” Tuck and his son, Nathaniel Tuck, a former Apopka police officer, are both facing similar charges. Storming and attacking the Capitol is not a good idea when you are on parole... Uliyahu Hayah, 45, was identified by his Fairfax County parole officer after the FBI was initially tipped off to his identify. After being contacted by the FBI, Hayah's parole officer "explained that, at the time of viewing the photographs, the officer had not seen Hayah in about a year due to COVID-19 but the officer was 75% certain" that the man in the photo was him. He also confirmed his contact information and texted him in the FBI's presence. But if the FBI needed more confirmation, there was this: "On a publicly available video from the Twitter account associated with Epoch Times reporter Joshua Philipp, Hayah documented his actions inside the US Capitol Building. Hayah recounted that '(we) pushed all the way through. They couldn't stop us.' Hayah further said 'some of those officers in there are decent officers. They did not want a physical confrontation but there are some officers in there that are evil {…} they shot a woman from another side of the glass--we didn't even breach that side yet. When asked for his name, Hayah said 'HAYAH. H-A-Y-A-H. When asked if he went inside the Capitol Building, Hayah responded, "Yes, maced and everything. They maced but I had a gas mask on." www.rawstory.com/ashli-babbitt-2654831295/

Lawyer for 17 supposedly on ventilator for Covid. There's more. .. A a motion filed Monday, the prosecutors said Pierce's absence from court proceedings has left his clients without effective counsel — especially since an associate who's been standing in for him, Ryan Marshall, is not licensed to practice law, in part because he reportedly faces felony charges in Pennsylvania.Sadly, Mr. Pierce is reportedly ill with COVID-19, on a ventilator, and unresponsive," prosecutors wrote in a "Notice Regarding Defense Counsel John Pierce," filed in the case of Casey Cusick, on Monday morning. "For roughly the past week, Ryan Marshall—an associate from Mr. Pierce's law firm who is not a licensed attorney—has been appearing in Mr. Pierce's place at court hearings and meetings with the government," they wrote. "Because Mr. Pierce is unavailable and Mr. Marshall cannot ethically or legally represent Mr. Pierce's clients, the government is making the Court aware of Mr. Pierce's reported illness so that it can take any steps it believes necessary to ensure the defendant's rights are adequately protected while Mr. Pierce remains hospitalized." Prosecutors went on to say they've had no contact with Pierce since Aug. 23, and have received conflicting reports about his condition. During one court appearance last week, Marshall stated that Pierce's absence was "due to a conflict." At another appearance, Marshall said Pierce had "been in an accident and was on his way to the hospital." Finally, the next day, Marshall stated that Pierce had COVID — which prompted several outlets including Raw Story to report his condition. www.rawstory.com/capitol-riot-defense-lawyer-john-pierce/

Lawyer for 17 supposedly on ventilator for Covid. There's more. .. Forbes picked it up.... "An attorney known for his legal representation of controversial right-wing figures, including Kyle Rittenhouse and multiple Trump supporters who stormed the U.S. Capitol, has mysteriously disappeared amid rumors he may be gravely ill with Covid-19, leaving 17 accused Jan. 6 rioters “effectively without legal counsel,” according to a Monday court filing. Defense Attorney John Pierce, right, speaks as Kyle Rittenhouse, left, listens during an extradition ... [+] ASSOCIATED PRESS Key Facts Acting U.S. Attorney Channing D. Phillips wrote in the document filed Monday morning that nearly 20 cases are at a standstill due to the disappearance of lawyer John Pierce. According to the filing, an associate from Pierce’s law firm has been appearing in his place at court hearings and meetings with the government for “roughly the past week,” but “cannot ethically or legally represent Mr. Pierce’s client” as he is not a licensed attorney. This associate, Ryan Marshall, told the court at a hearing on August 25 that he believed Pierce was hospitalized with Covid-19 “on a ventilator” and “unresponsive,” the filing says. However, the U.S. attorney’s office said it has since received “conflicting information about Mr. Pierce’s health and whereabouts” from sources close to the lawyer. The Attorney General’s Office said it has had “no contact” with Pierce “by phone, email or otherwise” since August 23 and noted that a Twitter account run by Pierce, which is usually very active, has not had a new post since August 20. Capitol PD officer.....needs serious discipline!!! Capitol cop who revealed lawmakers' location may have fallen into Trump 'cult': report John Wright September 15, 2021 A special agent in the U.S. Capitol Police department is accused of revealing the secure location to which lawmakers were evacuated on Jan. 6 — to a longtime friend who feared the officer had "fallen" into the "cult" led by former president Donald Trump. The unidentified special agent, who works in the department's Protective Services Bureau, is among six USCP officers who face possible discipline for their actions on Jan. 6. He is accused of improper dissemination of information, according to a report from McClatchy News, which obtained internal investigation documents. "The allegation stems from a conversation the officer had with a friend the week after the riot in which he allegedly revealed information about the secure location he helped evacuate lawmakers to during the riot," McClatchy reported. "The friend, who is referred to as 'ANONYMOUS' in the documents, called the FBI tip line to report the conversation and expressed concerns that the agent subscribed to Trump's election conspiracy theories." "I don't want to report a friend of forty years but he's says enough concerning statements that I feel like I need to do this... he's just fallen into this cult and these beliefs," the anonymous friend told Capitol police. The agent reportedly denied the "cult" allegation — saying he was not sympathetic to the cause of the rioters — but he acknowledged he may have inadvertently shared information about the secure location. "I can't say one hundred percent that I didn't do what you're telling me I did," the agent told investigators. www.rawstory.com/trump-cult-capitol-cop/

Oath Keeper pled guilty and will cooperate. According to NBC 4 Washington reporter Scott MacFarlane, Oath Keeper Jason Dolan, who goes by the nickname "Turmoil," pleaded guilty on Wednesday to charges of conspiracy and obstruction of an official congressional proceeding. A member of the Oath Keepers militia that took part in the January 6th Capitol riots has pleaded guilty to two charges and will now cooperate with federal prosecutors. *** The sentencing guideline for the charges is for between five and six years in prison, although MacFarlane notes that Dolan has also agreed to testify before a grand jury, presumably about the conspiracy that he has just pleaded guilty to being a part of. Due to his cooperation agreement, no date has yet been set for his sentencing, although prosecutors are due to give a status update on his case to the court before the end of the year. "Dolan is accused of being part of the military stack that breached the Capitol on Jan 6," writes MacFarlane. "Prosecutors allege Dolan 'maneuvered' his way to front of the mob and pulled on arm of Capitol Police officer who was part of a police line that was trying to hold the crowd at bay." www.rawstory.com/capitol-rioter-guilty-plea-2655037038/

Alleged MAGA rioter Pauline Bauer reportedly had a full-on public meltdown on Friday when a judge ordered that she be sent back to prison ahead of her trial. Don't let your boss see your photo inside the Capitol Jan 6th Police chief rats out MAGA rioter cop who is forced to plead guilty September 20, 2021 U.S. Department of Justice A former Texas police officer faces up to six months in prison after pleading guilty to charges in the U.S. Capitol riot. Tam Dinh Pham pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of parading, demonstrating or picketing inside the Capitol building on Jan. 6, when Donald Trump supporters stormed inside in an effort to overturn his election loss. The 49-year-old Pham was turned in by Houston police chief Art Acevado after seeing Facebook photos linking him to the riot, and the officer initially lied to FBI agents about going inside the Capitol but agreed to cooperate after agents found photos of him at the rotunda in the deleted photos section of his phone. Pham denied being a member of right-wing social media groups and claimed he attended the "Stop the Steal" gathering because he wanted to "see history," and he told investigators that he followed other Trump supporters into the Capitol following the former president's speech. Another one who talks too much, yes!! Michael Eckerman of Wichita was arrested Monday by the FBI for shoving a police officer down a stairway after being among the first to breach the Capitol during the January 6 insurrection. But the 37-year-old Eckerman's claim to fame, such that it is, will likely be that he was in the room when an officer shot Ashli Babbitt as she tried to climb through a broken window to gain access to the House chambers. The FBI report states that video evidence captures Eckerman "near the back entrance to the House Chamber, where Ashli Babbitt was shot by a law enforcement officer as she attempted to climb through one of the doors where glass was broken out to access the House Chamber. Just after the shooting, video captures Eckerman and his companions exiting the Capitol through the upper House doors at approximately 2:44." Afterward, Eckerman was not shy about what he saw in talking with an interviewing at a source identified as "FreedomNews.tv," according to the report."I don't know her (Babbitt's) name, all I know is we went there as patriots. She is dead because we're here. These mother fuckers are traitors, they are fucking traitors!" he shouted. The FBI also stated that companions of Eckerman can be seen pulling him away from the camera. One of two witnesses who reported Eckerman to the FBI said he was told by Eckerman that he was just several feet away from Babbitt when she was killed. Eckerman is accused by an officer of having "made his way to the front of the crowd and pushed (the officer) with aggressive force. The push caused Officer K.Y. to lose his balance and fall down a small set of stairs. After being knocked to the ground, Officer K.Y. was sprayed in the face with a fire extinguisher by an unknown individual." Eckerman also posed in front of a portrait of George Washington in the Capitol wearing a load bearing tactical vest and red Trump hat, the FBI stated. One of the witnesses who tipped off the bureau stated they were able to identify him after he shared that photo with friends. Eckerman was charged "assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers" along with a variety of illegal entry and disorderly conduct charges. Now what... September 23, 2021 - 06:00 AM EDT Prosecutors face legal challenges over obstruction charge in Capitol riot casesFederal judges are weighing legal challenges to one of the leading felony charges that government lawyers have brought in Capitol riot cases, potentially setting the stage for protracted legal battles over the Justice Department’s prosecutorial strategy in the wake of Jan. 6. In several cases, defendants have moved to throw out the obstruction of an official proceeding charge, which carries a maximum possible sentence of 20 years in prison, arguing that the statute is unconstitutionally vague and the Jan. 6 certification of the Electoral College results does not qualify under the law as an “official proceeding.” At least three judges in recent weeks have pressed prosecutors on whether the charge is appropriate in the context of the riot. If courts rule that the felony count cannot be applied to Jan. 6 defendants or that the law is unconstitutional, it would deal a blow to prosecutors’ efforts to crack down on those who overran the Capitol. Some federal judges overseeing the prosecutions have expressed concerns about the application of the law in the context of the Capitol riot and whether that could potentially prove problematic when applied to other circumstances. D.C. District Judge Amit Mehta said at a hearing earlier this month that he was concerned about how prosecutors might wield the charge if it’s not subject to limitations. “Essentially, what you said is ‘Trust us,’ ” said Mehta, who was appointed by former President Obama. “And that is a real problem when it comes to criminal statutes to suggest that, ‘We know it when we see it, and we’ll pick and choose when we think it’s an appropriate exercise of prosecutorial discretion.’ ” The U.S. attorney’s office in D.C. has charged more than 200 people with the obstruction count following the riot, making it the lead felony charge that prosecutors have wielded against those who they consider to be the more egregious offenders, including members of the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers who are facing major conspiracy cases. thehill.com/regulation/court-battles/573531-prosecutors-face-legal-challenges-over-obstruction-charge-in-capitolMuch more at link

Oh sure, he was helping... Not!!!! Capitol rioter is claiming, through his attorney, that he "accidentally" stole Officer Michael Fanone's radio and badge in a "press of bodies" during the insurrection.Thomas Sibick is accused of stealing Fanone's badge and radio while the Capitol officer was being brutally beaten and repeatedly tased by a mob of rioters after they pulled him from a police line. However, in a new motion seeking his release from jail, Sibick alleges he was merely trying to help a wounded Fanone by pulling him to safety when he ended up with the badge and radio. Fanone lost consciousness and was hospitalized after the attack, while Sibick would later bury the badge in his backyard. Sibick's attorney, Stephen F. Brennwald, claims a new video of the attack on Fanone — which has not been made public — "seriously undercuts" the prosecution's case against his client, according to a report from the Buffalo News. "What it demonstrates is that the contact between Mr. Sibick and the officer was very brief, and that because of the press of bodies and the movement of the officer's body, it would have taken an extraordinary feat of athleticism, for lack of a better word, for Mr. Sibick to have been able to see the police badge and radio on the officer's vest, and then to reach in and grab them intentionally," Brennwald said in the filing earlier this month. "The movement of the mass of people and the short duration of the event were such that it strains credulity to conclude that Mr. Sibick was able to do what he did intentionally, rather than accidentally. The recording makes it appear more likely than not that the radio and the badge – as Mr. Sibick has claimed throughout – came off in his hand as he was reaching toward the officer to pull him to safety." According to Brennwald, when he showed the new video to Sibick, "He choked up when he grasped its significance to his case, exclaiming that 'I've been detained all this time because no one ever saw this?'" Prosecutors responded to Brennwald's motion by saying Sibick's actions "were not those of a good Samaritan, but part of a pattern of unlawful behavior." "The video ... shows Sibick purposely moving toward (the officer) while the mob was attacking him," prosecutors wrote. "For a moment before Sibick reaches toward the officer, (the officer's) body is turned toward Sibick such that his upper torso would have visible to Sibick, including the officer's badge. ... That Sibick stripped the officer of his badge and radio over the course of approximately two seconds in the middle of a chaotic attack is not new information." www.rawstory.com/michael-fanone-riot/

More serious charges for these two Jan 6th participants,!! Two MAGA rioters hit with severe new charges amid evidence they plotted to bring guns into Capitol Ray Hartmann September 27, 2021 Two men arrested in connection with the January 6 Capitol riot are facing new conspiracy and assault charges while awaiting trial in federal custody, the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced today. Ronald Sandlin, 34, of Memphis and Nathan DeGrave, 32, of Clark County, Nevada had their charges increased in a superseding indictment unsealed last week, authorities say. Both men pleaded not guilty to all charges. "Sandlin and DeGrave planned to interfere with the peaceful transition of presidential power, beginning in December 2020," the DOJ stated. "On Dec. 23, 2020, Sandlin posted to Facebook asking who else was traveling to Washington. DeGrave replied that he was considering joining him and the two exchanged further messages about the activities in D.C." Sandlin and DeGrave were joined in the planning by a third man, Josiah Colt, but he pleaded guilty in July, the DOJ said. The three reportedly joined in a group chat in which "they discussed shipping guns and shared meeting information. Here's how the DOJ described their interactions: "On the day of the riots, Sandlin, DeGrave and Colt met in a hotel room in Maryland and recorded video discussions for a social media audience. In one video, the Colt mentioned a "debate we've been having for days now: should we carry our guns or not?'" DeGrave replied that "for the camera's sake, we're not going to carry." Later that day, the defendants created a video in which Sandlin called on 'fellow patriots' to watch his live stream on social media, the DOJ reported. In the video, he stated four times that 'freedom is paid for with blood.' He also stated that 'there is going to be violence.'" While inside the Capitol, Sandlin and DeGrave pushed several U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) officers guarding an exterior door to the Capitol rotunda. DeGrave shouted, "get the f*** through" and "kick [the door] the f*** open," and Sandlin attempted to rip the helmet off an officer. And there was this from the DOJ: "After forcing open the door, the defendants went together up a set of stairs in search of the Senate Chamber. As they walked, Colt stated numerous times to Sandlin and DeGrave, "let's get to the Senate," adding, "where they're meeting." The defendants eventually reached the Senate Gallery where they encountered several USCP officers who were attempting to lock the doors to prevent rioters from entering. Sandlin and DeGrave tried to wrestle past the officers and eventually managed to enter the Gallery – a balcony overlooking the Senate Chamber. Colt climbed into the Senate Chamber and sat in a chair reserved for the Vice President. While Colt was on the floor of the Chamber, DeGrave shouted at him and others to "take laptops, paperwork, take everything." "Before exiting the Capitol, Sandlin stopped to live stream himself smoking marijuana inside." Sandlin and DeGrave have both detained since last winter. Sandlin has received a bit more attention, first for proclaiming to his family that he was proud about what he had done -- right after contritely saying in court that it was "shameful" -- and also for boasting about the historic significance of smoking weed at the riot. www.rawstory.com/capitol-rioter-superseding-indictment/
