Went with a scrappy friend to a second hand craft store. We spent a good few hours looking through all of the bins and seeing more Mrs. Grossman stickers than one should see in a lifetime. Out of the corner of my eye, I see a set of 7 plastic envelopes holding more current lines. They were all marked 3-6 bucks for the entire contents of each envelope. They had Prima, Echo Park, and Authentique lines with a collection of paper pads, clear stamps, bling, ephemera, journaling cards etc. I snapped those puppies up quickly. One of the envelopes had $100 worth of product in it for just $6. Someone also had taken the time (for most of the envelopes) to include matching Bazzill paper and 3 x 4 title cards. It was quite the score at a store that rarely has more current items in it. One of the pads of paper included has A4 papers. 8ish by 11ish papers. I assumed A4 was for cards, but now I am not so sure seeing the size. Anyone know?

A4 is the UK/Euro standard letter size (which is 8.5x11 in the USA). That is an amazing score, enjoy your new goodies!!!!

that is quite the score! A4 used to be a more common scrapping size, I have some paper in that size as well. I haven't thought about it much but I guess I don't really see too much product in that size these days but I'm sure someone is still making albums.

I don't know about the size, but that's an amazing deal! I have a soft spot for Mrs. Grossman stickers. I'd probably buy a few for decorating my planner.

I ended up going back yesterday because there was a Stampin Up punch that was cute that I passed on. I ended up buying all of their Stampin Up punches and found the one I wanted was on eBay for $50-$85 bucks. It was a rounded tab punch. The rest were on eBay for $12-$25. They were each $3.

Those are greats finds and great prices! I haven't been there for a while- last time I was there they didn't have much scrappy stuff, and what they did have was pretty pricy.

Incredible find! I'd have snatched it up quickly!
I have never heard of a second-hand crafts store. So interesting. Is this something that is common?

I think they're often called creative reuse stores and they're great for treasure hunting! Here is an international list I found, though I'm sure it's not up to date, especially due to the pandemic: trashn2tees.blogspot.com/2014/11/FindACreativeReuseCenterLocationNearYou.html?m=1

Collins about 2 hours up the highway from us. They have everything in the place from wedding dresses/lace to storage to flowers. So many weird items too. It is nice because a majority of this stuff would be in landfills. A few months ago I found a cookie jar in there of a sad basset dog. It didn't have any markings on it, but I thought it had some value. It was $10 and I found it on eBay for $45. I watch a YouTuber who resells lots of Goodwill finds and it has increased my love of the hunt. I don't resell, but I do enjoy a good find.

In theory, I go to peruse the scrapbooking items at ours (your find is amazing!), but it is the weird stuff I love the most. I once found some unused reflective parking stickers at ours, which the city uses for street parking signs and meters ("4 hour limit", etc). I plan to frame one and perhaps put it on the hallway bathroom door.

Our LSS will host garage sales a few times a year. I love looking at products from 10-20 years ago. I will buy my very favorite company and sometimes if it invokes a memory or a feeling from it. Great finds 950nancy, I would have scooped up the same prima goodies
