That's exciting we can have a thread going for that one. Honeysuckle was the cute coffee cup with the flower. Sea glass...dream big sentiment in Caly's handwriting and some extra dot and trees. Clover- I love how that one matched the stamp set I don’t tend to use “thing” dies that much, or scenes, but the honeysuckle one is adorable! So clover and honeysuckle are faves and maybe Laura’s rainbow and Caly’s. I’m blanking on the fifth? More people may be involved in the October thread. I’ve never done one of their events. I got such a kick out of the camp silliness - sitting there laughing out loud. And finding out personal things about the counselors was fun and sometimes poignant. A gift. A chunk of my background was in training and development, and I was so impressed by Greg’s ability to think on his feet, read the room and change things up a bit as they went along. So many would not be able to go off script. He’s a great ad libber and wants feedback. Props to him. I found this post on IG http://instagram.com/p/CQmnZiOpB3Z Yes, I thought Greg did an excellent job and his goofiness and funny stories really made the event a warm experience. I am planning to make a birthday card for him and send it to him, it is the big 4 0...I remember when I turned 40 and it was fun, every little thing just made it more special

As much as I loved the flowers, I don't think I'll be doing many more after this week. It would sure be pretty on a kraft or black wrapped gift, though. Maybe someday. Once. LOL I thought this whole camp was so fun! The counselors were all pleasant and it was nice getting to know them better. The only one I was really familiar with was Cathy. I used to see her at CHA years ago. I'm still trying to figure out which cabin some didn't want to be in?? It as nice visiting with you gals during this, hopefully we'll all be in next years, as well! Have fun with your projects! I thought the same thing with the flowers , it would look pretty on gift boxes. I will try to make some cards with them and put it in a box and decorate the box with a bouquet. I really enjoyed hanging out with you and CardBoxer.

AZCRAFTY your projects turned out amazing! I had a lot of fun, but I realized even though I’m a fast crafter these events go way too fast to always keep up. I end up, like I will here, doing a lot of stuff through replay do I can pause as I’m going along. Especially when learning how to make the flowers as my wreath is kind of a hit mess snd she needed to zoom in so I could really see it. I also overslept for the turnabout class. I do wish they had a way to make the videos available sooner as I like to do them the same day or the next day if I have time.
I thought they did s great job giving us all those exclusive supplies and making it fun. I enjoyed what I learned but not I need a lot of water coloring practice. Plus it was still hard to prevent water going where I didn’t want it to go when water coloring. Overall very happy I did it.

Catastrophic Crafting While Watching is my motto. And Chaotic. Having to input info (into my brain) and export info (onto paper) while maintaining fine hand dexterity and doing All the Things? I don’t think so. And if they went slow enough for everyone to keep up? Instead of six classes there might be... two? I gave up after the first two watercolor projects. And had a ball. Just deciding whether or not to try the 3D projects, which aren’t in my wheelhouse though were wonderful. I’ve felt so overwhelmed by choices that I choose nothing, and just watch more videos - except for two cards I made in the last two weeks, one very specific to a situation. I’m thinking about honing in on just two different techniques that I love and can change up in many ways, and that are quite different from each other. And also practice watercolor again which I loved but skills have deteriorated with non-use. azcrafty thank you for the cabin die set reminder! And your work is lovely - and speedy! And everyone, don’t forget to email the answers to the quiz and post the mad libs. Someone here definitely should win something, right? I did the mad libs, would love to see everyone’s. I guess photos can’t be posted that live on our computers/devices.

Hey campers, did you get the email from C&9 about the extra gift dies bundle, paper and wood circle? Check spam if not. I’m getting the bundle. I’ve never used their paper before and like it - but already have too many companies’ cardstock which kind of messes up my roygbiv-ness.
I did not know that howdy was a contraction for how do you do. They say it in Oregon!? No.
“Use in different states. In the rural Southern United States, Howdy is a colloquial contraction of the formal greeting of How do you do?, and as such is considered a formal and acceptable greeting in the South, as well as Western states such as Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Arizona, and Texas.”

Thanks for the heads up. I ordered the dies and the paper package. I really hope their cardstock and mini inks are available in July, I'd like to order a full set of each. I liked them! I spend half the year in Texas and I never had a clue. I learned something new today, thanks to you! Just might need to start saying it. I accidently throw in a "y'all" every once in a while when I'm there.

scrappinheather thank you. I diecut all the pieces for the 3D cards and flowers. There is no way to diecut and make everything so fast. I used to belong to a craft club where we did a lot of crafting in 2 hrs, I guess I got use to the fast pace then, when I just follow directions, now if I have to come up with the card design that takes me time.

CardBoxer thank you for the heads up. I already ordered the dies, I thought the price was very reasonable now I just can't wait for them. Sent in the S.hunt and mad lib too. And sent them an email about the defective stamp too, I hope they will replace it.

I’m so bummed. I ended up in an all day work meeting on Friday and then my weekend got away from me with crap going on. I’m hoping I can go back to watch the videos and make the projects. If not, I’ll figure out what to do with all the goodies in the box.

So sorry you missed it - but the videos of the entire event - classes, games, every minute, actually - are up under Classes, plus an PDF instructions and more under Extras. Just use the link you were emailed to enter. The bonus cards that are shown on the site but weren’t demonstrated don’t have instructions, but Greg talked about working with the instructors to add them. And if you have questions, just yell.
