She didn’t say you can’t get both at the same time, she said you shouldn’t. And she’s right, if you care to know. Some people don’t care what shot made them feel crappy and they’d rather get it all done at once Not sure why the comment “if you care to know” was necessary. Thanks for the hand slap though. Oh that wasn’t directed at you at all!!! It was about the person getting the shot, RN was saying they should get them separately so they could tell which shot gave them the bad reaction, and I added in the IF they care to know. I suspect most people wouldn’t. Rereading it I can see how it’s worded poorly, just carrying over the “you” from the previous sentence.

She had no significant reaction to doses 1 or 2 of covid vaccine and has never had anything worse than a sore arm from her annual flu shot. Her ass was absolutely KICKED by getting both shots. She was down for the count for two days. I guess I am glad I didn't take the flu shot at the same time. I started feeling better this morning.

My booster is scheduled for this Saturday and now I’m relieved. I didn’t have any major reactions to the previous shots… but you never know.

I got the flu shot Monday and my booster today. I'm feeling a little tired but otherwise ok. The worst side effect from my two previous Covid shots was a sore arm.

Imma try to get mine the Friday after the World Series is over. Figure I’ll have the weekend to recover so I don’t miss school, but won’t run into Thanksgiving.

I got a Moderna booster yesterday and felt completely fine today. With my second dose I ran a low fever and was expecting that I might have the same this time. I'm glad to have this done. It has become a major goal for me to not get Covid during this pandemic. I'm getting there.

I got my moderna booster and it kicked my butt. I had a 101.7 fever all last night, red snd swollen arm, and swollen lymph node under my arm. Plus lots of achy muscles. Grateful to be vaccinated but this one was rough.

My husband and I had the J&J shot back in March. Thursday we had the Moderna booster. By late afternoon my husband was feverish and exhausted. I felt fine. Later that evening his fever broke and he was drenched in sweat. He still felt terrible. I was fine still but by the next morning I could hardly move.. headache, body aches, exhaustion, nausea, etc. Same for my husband. The next day was more of the same. Today we've both moved around a bit more, finally recovering, although both of us have really, really sore arms. Still.. grateful for the booster and we'd do it all over again if necessary.

I got my flu and Pfizer booster. Although my nodes were swollen and painful, it was less painful and for a shorter amount of time than my second shot, which was very painful.

I got a Pfizer booster around September 22nd. I think the FDA authorized them that day or the next day, but I went to the UK on September 30th and planned to attend a Genesis concert in an arena with 11,000 people so my doctor told me I could get the booster. I got my second Pfizer dose January 9th and technically have a qualifying condition so it seemed like a good idea. Then as it turned out, hardly ANYONE was masked and several members of the band and some of the crew tested positive for COVID just a few days later, so I’m glad I did it. We wore N95s (I usually wear those KN95s) and it made for less pleasant experience but none of us got COVID, so….

I received my Moderna booster Friday. My after effects were about half what they were after my 2nd shot. I felt a little achey but mostly just had a bad headache that went away with Tylenol.
Yay for science!
