S/O of A little help has been RECEIVED!!!. I'm a theme-challenged scrapper. However, as mentioned in my second post on this thread, I've recently made a conscious effort to use my few themed consumables, stamps, etc. on layouts. I primarily organize supplies by manufacturer, so I created a simple Word document for each type (e.g. sticker sheets, stencils, stamps) that contains every product name & image in my inventory. Rather than having to rummage through every manufacturer's products or have a stack of all of the themed products cluttering my work surface, I quickly scan these computer files when looking for products to go with a particular theme. Unfortunately, I cannot mark through each item (e.g. a basketball on a sticker sheet from a EP school-themed collection) on the product images in the computer documents. Is there a better way to find various themed products lurking among my few sticker sheets, ephemera packs, etc.? TIA.

I sometimes cut out stickers or remove ephemera and move them to my theme stash. For example, in boy themed sticker sheets there are often sports images. I will cut those out and put them with my sports stash.
When the sheet is getting pretty used up, I cut all the elements out and stash them where it seems appropriate, by theme or color. I toss those tiny little stickers I know I will never use.

I sometimes cut out stickers or remove ephemera and move them to my theme stash. I totally do this, especially with things that are very themed. I find that most collections will include some random images and even words that don't seem like they belong with the collection. So I move them to a better spot that makes more sense to me. One collection that I was recently using, (I think it was maybe Echo park) had a globe. Did not belong. Cut it out and stuck it with my travel stuff.

I toss those tiny little stickers I know I will never use. I do this too. Anything that is multi-theme, gets separated, then put in it's specific category. Anything that doesn't have a specific category goes in 3 ring binder that has multiple sizes compartments holders (simliar to basebell card holders). I also, sub-categorize categories. For instance, the 13 x 13 "Food" envelope, has sheet protectors fill with "dessert", "BBQ", "food truck", etc... I love the tangible part of the process. Looking through, sorting through, etc.... my scrapbook product stash to figure out what I may want to use, is something I enjoy doing. I would not like using a paper or digital spread sheet. The wonderful thing about scrapbooking and organization, is there is no right or wrong way to do it. Do what you like and what makes you happy. To each, their own.

I also cut apart my sticker sheets/separate my die cut packs, and can then store those themed pieces in a spot that better suits they way I would look for them. I suspect this common answer won't help you with your current storage, so I hope someone else chimes in with some other ideas.
