I also went into Lululemon to get my kid’s girlfriend’s birthday present and nothing was on sale I think I read that they're only going to have markdowns, no sale, and a free belt bag for the first 50 people in the store on Friday? I wasn't expecting a % off sale from them... I don't think I've ever seen one. I know they usually have a big after Christmas sale, but as mentioned above, it is usually only markdowns on certain items, not a store-wide sale. But, they do have people lining up on the 26th to get into the store. |

It is interesting that the actual store is closed to the public, yet they still have curbside pickup on Thanksgiving day at the Macy's near me. |

Was just playing around on the Macy’s site and found this Pyrex glass storage set. We purchased these to replace all of our plastic storage and really love them. This is a great price. The only issue we’ve had is a few of the lids have cracked, out of probably 30 or so. I think it’s cause DH put them in the dishwasher. They do sell replacement lids. Anyone else having technical issues on the site? It’s driving me crazy. |

Sounds like you found new knives but wanted to recommend getting your knives sharpened next time they get dull. I found a guy who visits our JoAnns and does sharpening every few months (knives, scissors, other blades). It's like getting a brand new knife! |

Was just playing around on the Macy’s site and found this Pyrex glass storage set. We purchased these to replace all of our plastic storage and really love them. This is a great price. The only issue we’ve had is a few of the lids have cracked, out of probably 30 or so. I think it’s cause DH put them in the dishwasher. They do sell replacement lids. Anyone else having technical issues on the site? It’s driving me crazy. Well, I told myself that I was going to be good during the sales this year (Hanukkah gifts are already purchased and shipped), so I’ve been purchasing for myself. Macy’s has made a good chunk of change from me over the last 2 days. That Pyrex set was too good to pass up. I’m hoping it’ll all nestle up and fit into the same drawer as my plastic food storage. I’ve been wanting to get rid of them for a while. |

New knives have been on my “to buy” list for at least a year now. Since I hate kitchening (picked up that phrase from another pea who’s name escapes me right now), I’ve just not pulled the trigger. Anyhow, I got some lovely new knives on their way to me thanks to your power of suggestion My old knives are 30-ish years old and while they are good knives, I haven't really taken proper care of them. I’ll do better this time! |

The Michaels stores near me don't have any decorative boxes for Christmas (I'm guessing supply chain issues) and I really, really don't want to deal with crowds and maybes as I look for boxes in TJ Maxx as it gets closer to the day... Joann has a lot of holiday stuff for 60% off and today only (supposedly) there's also a coupon for free shipping, no minimum. So I'll have 3 boxes coming my way for $23. I like using them to put gifts in! I'm making a set of comforting things for my aunt, like a self-pamper kit - a scarf, a couple of small candles, a bottle of shower gel, a Burt's Bees "tips and toes" kit, and a small box of chocolates. The decorative storage is PERFECT for this sort of thing.

I was bad and just ordered these knives and a plaid table cloth to get free shipping LOL. I so didn't need either but these knives just looked like a lot of fun. I could have done pickup at the store but I so didn't want to bother with that so... I added the table cloth which I really like.
I also ordered some Rubbermaid containers at Sam's club last night - I have a lot of the glass containers which I like but they are so heavy and my hands don't always want to grab them so - I am switching back to some Rubbermaid - I will use the glass for things I may want to reheat but otherwise I think I will be using some plastics again.
Slightly tempted by the Cricut bundle at Costco but I don't use mine enough to justify it.

I feel like most of the deals I’ve been shopping are sales at stores that don’t normally do discounts.
So far:
- Mejuri: 20% off $150+ (I bought a diamond stacker ring)
- Tuckernuck: 20%+, depending on spend (I bought a dress I’ve wanted for 6 months)
- One Third: small biz, women owned 25% (seriously considering a jacket from there)
- J.Crew: 40% off (I just got some accessories)
- Primary: this is kids clothing (Got some stuff for my toddler)
Also purchasing a mattress and bed frame with BF sales for our new house.

I got several things at Macy’s for DD’s new apartment. Rachel Ray cookware (after the tip from jenjie on the stainless set) plus some Pyrex mixing bowls and a hand mixer. She’ll feel like a real adult getting all kitchenware for Christmas! 😂 all of that together was about $100. I purchased a couple of the Capri candles from Anthro, thanks to you pea enablers and several things for my new sewing room/office (previously occupied by the DD mentioned above) at Rifle Paper Co. I think they had most things 30% off. I got quite a few things at Ulta this morning, starting with the Aquis Lisse Hair Turban. I’m hoping it really is better than the cheapies I usually buy and helps with the frizzies I’m prone to. Also got some $10 mascaras, $10 Lime Crime lipsticks (my DD’s favorite) and a bunch of other stuff I probably didn’t need. |

I really like the Alexa Echo. Amazon has the smaller speakers (not the puck type) on sale for $30.00, The premium speakers on sale for $60.00 and the Echo car for $15.00. The Echo dot with the clock is on sale for $34.00.
I really want a hands free experience in my car and I think the Echo car will enable me to dictate reminders or additions to my shopping list, check traffic, or change my radio from Apple music to Pandora and allow me to make calls without fiddling with my phone.
