Many of us have wonderful craft spaces! Some are small, others have an entire room! This is the spot to share your craft room tour OR organization methods that work for you! It is a resource thread intended to showcase completed organizational methods. If you have organization questions please check out the Organization challenge over on the Challenge board. That is the best place to get suggestions from organized (or those that try to be!) crafters.
The best way to keep the board below the allowed number of posted photos is to link to an Album in your Flickr Gallery OR link to your Youtube video.

I am blessed with an entire room for my hobbies but it's not all scrapbooking. I also sew, research genealogy, and hold the family archives. These pictures are of my scrapbooking space only (I'm happy to share the rest if anyone is interested) my actual workspace - my Cricut Expression on the left, the three Recollections cubes hold paper and cardstock sorted by colour (1st - black/grey, red, bluePP, blue CS, 2nd - brown CS, brown PP, orange/yellow, purple, 3rd white/black CS, pink, green PP, green CS). The envelopes on top are PP and cardstock scraps by colour. The drawers on the left hold 12x12 sticker sheets, Girl Scout paper/embellishments, and Christmas paper/embellishments. My alpha stickers are in the envelope on top. The drawers on the right hold navy, Travel, and military paper and embellishments and the drawer on top is my December documented supplies. The little pink container has enamel dots and the like. to the left are drawers. The bottom three have wooden stamps in the bottom, punches, mixed media, and a few random tools in the middle, and adhesive, small tools, and nuvo drops in the top. The smaller drawers have flowers/washi/random small embellishments in the bottom, eyelets and brads in the middle, and my cricut tools/cartridges in the top. My page protectors are on top of the drawers. Spare albums are tucked under the desk as is my Pages by designs binders and my file box of stickers etc... by theme. The other file box is genealogy papers and the photo box is actually buttons by colours. underneath I have iris drawers that currently hope photos, memorabilia etc...from various trips. My card stash is in the two boxes on top of the file box to the right (the box is my actual file cabinet) and my embossing folder binder is tucked next to it. to the right the pink crate has collection kits and paper pads that haven't been broken up yet and my gemini jr is next to it. The first shelf has stamps/dies, 6x6 paper pads (and my PL tpe cards are hiding behind that) and my QK dies and handtool. Lower shelf has card supplies, my Epic Six, a small box with inks, my tiny collection of alcohol markers and my folders of sketches etc...

Adding mine. I hesitated, because it is not perfectly finished, but at the same time, I do have obvious systems in place for all my stuff. Plus I added timestamps if you want to just see how I do one particular item, etc. youtu.be/3Lf15DNGnOw

But I figured - it's real. Thanks for sharing yours as well.

My room is macro organized--as in there is a place for everything. But not everything is in its place. So I won't be showing you photos of my messy room. Wondering if this is also the place to bring in on line tours to provide ideas and inspiration, angel97701, like This Craft Room Update one?

grammadee, that would be acceptable. What I think most 2peasrefugees would be interested in are crafters who DYI and repurpose. Not the professional ones that have $$$$ and pretty matching rooms that most of us can't afford! JMHO

My struggle is twofold.
1 - I moved back into a very small room last year to give my uncle a room in our house. So space is a premium and I've been purging, which really was needed. But I still struggle with storage that is accessible without having to move things to get to other things. This is a major mojo killer for me. A solution that worked so well was mounting magnetic sheets on the side of my Kallax (there was a recent thread about this). OMG, it is so convenient. I also discovered just how many dies I own. I mounted all the basic foundation shapes and all I have to do it turn to my left and they are within reach. No more searching through pouches and pouches trying to figure out what I might want to use on a project. I need to take a picture.
2 - Physical pictures. Half my life is pre-digital, plus DH's photos. I have boxes and boxes and boxes of photos that I don't have space to store. I really need to get a handle on this. I also have all the photos from my mother that she passed to me. I need to also go through those, sadly, I don't know who everyone is in this photos.

I don't have a ton of dies so mine all fit (with my clear stamps) in a shoe box. Like you - I don't want to have to move stuff to use it. physical photos - yeah - I've had a camera since 1977 and didn't really go digital until 2007 plus I inherited the family photos from my side AND dh's side. I'm scanning, scanning, scanning but in the mean time, I'm using those iris photo boxes (they hold 16 smaller boxes inside) to store them- the bigger or super-old are in archivial boxes because I'm saving those even post-scanning. I have found that sometimes one photo will be labelled and I can identify the person/people in it in other unlabelled photos - it's a project though

I am committing to getting my physical photos under control and plan on using them. They run specials around holidays (Valentines, Mothers Day,etc) and will order some throughout the year. legacybox.com

Here's a link to my scrapbook room (in 2013!! Holy crap!). Things are very similar now, but I have painted some things but you get the idea. I really thought I had updated photos of it, but can't find them so this will give you a general idea. www.melissapriest.com/2013/01/where-i-create-my-scrapbook-room-tour.htmlI am tossing around doing some kind of 'get your crap cleaned out' boot camp in the new year. Anyone interested? Maybe focusing on one area a week (or two weeks?) and cleaning out and organizing. If anyone is interested I will post on the regular SB board. If not and its just me, I will still do it and just keep it to myself. LOL

Great idea, mom. Can you chat with angel97701 before the 1st so she can maybe coordinate the monthly organizational challenge (and attached points) to meeting some of your targets?

I love the red in your room mom. Do you still have the red? I used to have red, but I got tired of that and now my main colors are white and touches of aqua. Still working on the aqua.

I just moved and am unpacking my craft room. I bought new furniture and my craft room is slightly larger here. (room was black before and now it's white) I will share photos as soon as it's somewhat put together but I'm so happy that i'm going to have some EMPTY drawers in this room! (at least for now LOL)
