I've officially finished 10 layouts towards my goal and so far there's been no real desire to shop. I find when I start these challenges I'm really motivated to dig into my stash and use things so I'm hoping this motivation lasts until there are some noticeable dents in my storage.

I’m off to a slow start with 3/50 completed. But, I’m digging into some really old stash - Elementary from Simple Stories “by Memory Works” (yeah, that’s how old it is back when they were branded with Memory Works and had instructions on the cover sheet for how to use cut apart pocket cards…c. 2009-2010) and Basics from Basic Grey (from 2009).
Now I’m digging into Oxford from Basic Grey - from 2010 or 2011. I’m so glad my collection is well curated!
I hope to get another completed tomorrow.
No shopping so far, and got my EP end of year sale order (finally) today.

I'm off to a slow start as well. Still working on my DD and not so patiently waiting for sb.com to get 6x8 page protectors back in stock. I'm so ready to get back to 12x12 pages.

Thanks everyone who commented on my post of 85 layouts done....it feels AWESOME! I spent amost 3 weeks planning them.....I also have completed 10 more page kits, and have decided that instead of working here and there at home, I am going to shoot for doing large amounts at the day crops and the 3 day crops I will be hoping to attend in 2022......I will do some here and there at home, but between family, work and life, I tend to do better at my crops. Today is a day of sorting and organizng and purging my scrap room more....baby steps.....although, I am going to allow myself to do some cardstock and paper shopping this week, if time allows... we got 4 inches of snow and ice here on Friday in Eastern NC, so I have been home and it's nice to get so many little neglected jobs done, lol.........

How long did it take to prep 100 LOs, and what did you have done and ready to go - supplies picked out, or also a sketch - I’m curious what all went into your prep to help set you up to accomplish so much!

I’m at 14 for the month. My pace will start slowing though because I hope to take some time and reorganize my paper and finally put together everything I need (including printing photos) for my 2019 Disney album.

This is HARD! The new Cocoa Vanilla line "No Limits" and P13 "You can do ANYTHING" are calling my name... Hope there is some of that pretty stuff left when I have reached 50 LO's.
Still working on my Christmas pages here. Thought I was almost done, but several more pages to put together. I always start a project in high gear and then end it dragging my butt, so this last part may be slow going.

I'm super glad I put the caveat in for Cocoa Vanilla's new line I've done 14 pages already, which honestly surprises me (in a good way). I hope you can get your page count up soon, they start shipping late Feb so you've still got a month to get some momentum going, or perhaps you could pre-order it if you have the willpower to put it aside until you've reached your goal?

WOW - this is a great challenge. I can't participate. I have a hard time sleeping so I shop online, on my phone, from my bed. I then wake up in the morning to see what I ordered. I'm currently waiting for 9 deliveries Good for you though...I would love to do this. If for only the reason to be productive and gets some stuff done. So many ideas. So many dreams....sign...here I sit.

You just need to do a layout a day to get there, and with 28-4-28 right around the corner you should have plenty of prompts to keep you motivated, but if you think you'll struggle perhaps you should cross your fingers for postal delays...?

I'm not going to lie, I really enjoyed having all the happy mail arriving at my house over the last few months, but digging into my stash has reminded me about all the wonderful things I already own that I'm still excited to play with.

I finished another layout towards my total tonight, but I'm most proud of pulling out some BG and Cosmo Cricket papers, and cutting some felt hearts with a die I haven't used in forever.

curiouscrafter - can you set yourself a goal to make one layout for each order you place? Using those scrappy goodies is half the fun! Chinagirl828 - great stash diving! I finally used the last of my black cardstock so I bought another pack as well as 2 albums to store my layouts in - both are on my 'needs' list and aren't counting as breaking my freeze

Completed 2 LO at the crop yesterday, so 10/50. Figured out that these pics were from 2013, so now I have to try and get them in an album somehow, lol. Back then I used postbound.
11/50, updated.

Two more LO's yesterday with the help of the virtual crop. Still need to post them and count them on my Ticker, but still 34 to go: quite a hill to climb before buying any more supplies.... And I need to remind myself that that hill is a pile of papers and supplies I already have in this room Don't feel too sorry for me. The Spellbinders Glimmer Foil system I had ordered just before my freeze, with Christmas cash, arrived Tuesday. Opened it up this morning and played with it a bit. Not perfect results on the first try, but good enough to use on my next LO, hopefully today.

kmage - adding more layouts to postbound is the number one reason I use 3-ring for almost everything (unfortunately 8x8 is hard to find not-postbound so I do have a few postbound still in use). Good job finishing the layouts up. grammadee - you CAN do it! And as well as you add product to your pages - you've got to be using up supplies faster than me... I am trying to keep in mind when I DO buy...that simple layouts just don't need THAT much product on hand.

So we're almost a month into this year, how is everyone going with their goals?
I've surprised myself with how productive Jan has been, I've finished 20 layouts towards my goal already. I know I won't always be this productive, but I'm loving the pages I'm making, and I'm making a conscious effort to dig into my stash and use things: patterned paper backgrounds instead of just white cardstock, adding an extra label or floral or sprinkly bit to my clusters, or adding an extra paper layer.

I'm almost at my goal and I think I'm going to increase it because I'm not dying to shop and I'm not seeing much of a dent.
I did use up all of my black cardstock - including scraps. But because it's an essential (to me) - I did buy a replacement pack of 50 sheets.
My enamel dot collection is shrinking. I used up one of two packs of black - and my coloured packs are almost used up also. I'm going to keep plugging away at that. I would like to mostly use nuvo drops going forward but will probably replace the black dots when they are gone because I don't have black nuvo drops (and have heard they aren't that good) and I use black the most.
I thought I would have killed my Sept 2019 EP club kit by now - I had already used quite a bit of it in 2019/2020 but...it's still hanging in there even though I've done a 2-page layout and 4 1-page layouts with it this month (and used embellishments on another layout). I still have one 12x12 paper, several scraps, and assorted embellishments left. I might need to hunt for photos specifically to use with that last 12x12...

I haven’t had any trouble with the black Nuvo drops - it’s probably my most-used one, along with red and white. I generally don’t put Nuvo drops directly on my projects. I save empty enamel dots backing sheets and make dots on those. Once they dry, I use a micro glue dot to adhere to my layout. This way, I don’t accidentally smudge wet drops on my layout and ruin it, and if there’s a bubble or the drop gets mussed, I can peel it off the backing and toss it.

Thanks cbscrapper - I'll look into the black nuvo dots then (post-freeze). Good idea on making the dots separate - I see a project in my future...

Nuvo drops... Actually getting to the end of some of my favourites. I will need to stock up on those when this freeze ends. At least those will probably be in stock when I am ready to buy. I have a huge FOMO on the CV. I am thinking that soon my Pinterest feed will be filled with pages and cards created with it. Do you think making a list will help me stick to my plan? Or will it be the straw that breaks it? I remember being at at TOPS meetings where we talked about all the foods we weren't going to eat anymore, and then stopping at DQ on the way home.

I'm still stuck at 6 layouts completed. The funny thing is, I absolutely love a couple of the new lines and Ali's new DITL album, but I am having no problem passing on them because of this challenge!

Since I’ve only completed 5 LOs this month, I may need to set a lower goal for myself as I’m a very slow scrapper. I can’t resist the new CV line (and it was always on my cheat list). My plan is to try to get 25 LOs done before the preorder gets here. That might be doable and still keeps me progressing.
