Jim Jordan (R-OH) made about his contact with former President Donald Trump on January 6. "Give us the timeline," said anchor Jake Tapper. "When did this call take place? What does it tell us?" According to White House call records that have been obtained by the January 6th committee, and have been reviewed by two different sources that spoke to CNN, there was a phone call placed by the White House, by President Trump to Jim Jordan on the morning of January 6th," said Nobles. "That call lasted for ten minutes. This is significant information and it is the first time that it has been revealed, and it comes after Jim Jordan has been incredibly evasive as to the communication he's had with the former president on January 6th." "Almost every time he's been asked a question about his communication with Donald Trump, he's given a different answer, including today when he told CNN that he only remembers talking to the former president as he left the House floor on January 6th," continued Nobles. "That's something he's never said before. He also told the House Rules Committee at one point that he thought the only time he spoke to the former president was after the attack. That directly contradicts what we're learning, and also what he said today. When are the Republicans actually going to do the work and come up with a platform that will actually make people want to vote for them instead of doing stuff like this and gerrymandering and voter suppression?
And when will those who regularly vote Republican turn away until there is a viable Republican Party again instead of the lying cheating lazy party that is the current Republican Party?

From the beginning they knew he was tearing up documents after read them and no one on the right said a word. Apparently some of those documents were taped back together by staff and some were not.

So the Republicans are unhappy with a district map in NY so they are suing.
Here is Kevin McCarthy going on about how the Democrats can’t win on their policies so now they want to rig the system to be able to keep the power.
But yet Marc Elias’s law firm who represents various organizations that are suing the Republicans in red states that are actually doing what Kevin McCarthy is claiming the Democrats are doing in NY. Which makes me think McCarthy is confused and maybe the voters in his district should vote for someone else this year.

McCarthy - support Republican voter suppression but accuse Democrats of voter suppression
McCarthy - Republicans can’t win on policy (they have none) so they rig the system in their favor. Accuse Democrats of trying to rig the system to stay in power
McCarthy is also probably trying to deflect and distract from the Jan 6 commission and Trump/Pence feud over certifying electoral vote

It’s amazing how the Republicans twist things around. It’s been in the news for years about the Republican gerrymandering but yet those on the right ignore it and more then likely will get hysterical about this change in NY all the while going about doing exactly the same thing. But on a much larger scale.

Republicans were never going to do well in NY, it's a mostly solid blue state. It doesn't matter how you split it, Republicans will have significantly fewer seats. Give me a break. Democrats only gained a few seats. NY lost one seat in the census. Democrats will gain 3 seats, Republicans lose 4. Republicans didn't do well with the current numbers, 19 Democrats & 8 Republicans. The outrage over what is happening in NY is so fake when many more Republican states are doing more gerrymandering.

THIS is why we must win the Senate... They have threatened impeachment far too often!! Jordan is also in on this!! Republicans have already announced some of the things they intend to do if they win in 2022. One major thing is that they plan to launch a series of investigations into Biden, his administration and his previous work under President Barack Obama's administration. Other Republicans like Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) said that they intend to push for the impeachment of Biden. She's already filed her own articles of impeachment in the House. The crimes she says that Biden broke are leaving Afghanistan, allowing undocumented immigrants into the United States and "acting as a pseudo-dictator" by ignoring the Supreme Court.
