I will need to catch up on chat and comments tomorrow. I did finish PEA DAY2 sketch. I had planned to have hidden journaling, but it was too long to fit behind the photo and papers so it's only half-hidden. Warrior Ride

nylene - amazing layout - I always love red/white/blue and I love the snowflakes and the stars with word strips. Sounds like an awesome adventure! joyfulnana - I've had this paper for years - and I've always loved it but couldn't quite figure out a way to use it without covering up all the design. Your challenge inspired me to pull it out and get it in an album. Kept the layout super simple - just a Miss Kate's Cuttables cut file and a QK die cut heart. Photo from 2014 P = precious I just have one more prompt to do - Day 3 E= Extra special...

Looks like it has been an amazingly creative weekend! Thanks so much, Linda and joyfulnana for hosting, and to everyone who stopped in to chat &/or share your creations. FurryP, those cards are really cute. Love the elegance of the butterflies with the embossed background, and that cute toucan in the flower cluster. Your doggie bunny is cute, and I love the all the soft spring colours. MDscrapaholic, I am glad you got to play with all those EC planner dies. Great pages. And glad you had fun. And one of the things that makes this hobby so interesting is that you don't have to do the same thing next time even if it was fun to do it now. kitbop you are killin' those Shimelle class projects! Glad you found some time to play during a work weekend. Love in the Gallery. nylene, it is good to see you scrapping! Lots of love in the Gallery... Linda, you are a POWERHOUSE! So many great pages, so many interesting and different looks, each perfect for the stories you are telling. And congrats on meeting all the prompts!

Well, I got the journaling and finished two of the pages in my stack. I haven't scrapped really since March and struggled with putting together the page I started at last night's crop. BUT, the pumps been primed and it feels good. Which means the weekend was not a total bust for me lol. Here are the pages I did get finished - I'm not crazy about this one, but it's done. Come out by Joyfulnana, on Flickr And this one I decided didn't need journaling after all lol. Beethoven by Joyfulnana, on Flickr

grammadee - I hadn't YET finished all the prompts but this layout meets the last one for - joyfulnana 's extra special. Not visible but there are 608 words of hidden journalling behind the striped paper - the blue tabs with the hearts are the pulls for it. Tells the story of our ill-fated weekend - bank card was cancelled due to fraud, van wouldn't start, pouring rain, and DD22 (in the photos she was 11) getting sick and having to leave early). I do have one more of the day 3 sketches to tackle but I think the bonus just requires at least one from each day, right? hearts are punches - not sure on the striped PP joyfulnana -I'm sorry scrapping was hard - sometimes it's just like that isn't it? I LOVE the cat layout - Abby is so beautiful and that title is purrfect! I like the angles and the circles on Beethoven - and that cute little photo bomber!

I did one! This was an Ali Edwards scraplift. jeremysgirl, I absolutely love this layout!! The colors are perfect with the gorgeous spring photos, and I love the circle pie-chart design with the journaling around the edges. The white background with touches of pink at the edges really make the whole thing pop too! I'm glad you found some mojo and got to do some creating!

I didn't really get any scrapping time this weekend like I had planned. DS was home for most of the weekend and we also had guests for dinner Saturday so there was a lot going on. Busy, but "good busy" (well, except household chores on Sat AM, LOL). Had planned to get some crafting time today but DH & I spent a lot of time with DS on planning for his upcoming graduation and study abroad. All good and necessary things!
Anyway, May is always a very busy month here and I've been creating cards for lots of events and happenings this month. I've posted a few to the gallery & will post more later on.

joyfulnana - I'm so glad you feel like you've started to find your groove again. I know what you mean about lengthy hiatuses - scrapping feels so awkward and takes so much time to accomplish when you start back in. Your pages are great - gallery love. Linda - that's a really great arrangement of photos and I love the colours you chose with them, the story feels icky but hopefully it's a nightmare trip you can all laugh about as a shared experience now?

Thank you - yes - enough time has passed for it to become a shared family story but it wasn't a fun weekend at the time for the most part.

grammadee - as usual, I'm confused on points. Are there points for each prompt? if so, how many? if you do a prompt more than once, can you take the points again? Are the bonus points (one day, two days, three days) additive (bonus 1+bonus 2 + bonus 3) or you take the highest you qualify for?

Do the bonus points double for Pea Day, or just the regular pts.

To answer Linda and nylene and anyone else who is wondering about crop points. These points are available to be earned any time during Q2: FIVE points per prompt sketch taken on. ONE point per other prompt met. You can use one prompt or sketch multiple times. You can meet multiple prompts. on one project. Bonuses as laid out in my OP. For Friday, Saturday Sunday, DOUBLE EVERYTHING: crop points, crop bonuses if they were completed during the crop. This applies to all Q2 points apply as well. Double points for hours spent crafting, cropping, organizing; spending or staying frozen; any bonuses you earned during those days.

Very pretty sketch LO AussieMeg! grammadee I really like those first few LOs you posted. I think the happy people in the pictures make them even better. That first one looks like a family you would see in a commercial. kitbop really like you rainbow red LO. I have some of that LF lobster red ink. I am going have to try something like that soon. nylene, cute little girl! The LO came out beautiful. And to answer your question about my card. The background is a background die that I cut out of white and glued to a white card base. jeremysgirl, you AE scraplift is so colorful. Inspired by your LO I was going to try something similar, but I got tired of crafting. The Friends LO is so colorful. What a fun LO. MDscrapaholic wow, 34 pages. Turned out very nice. I can understand about it nothing being your way of documenting. The size is limiting sometimes. joyfulnana. LOVE your cat LO. I think I am going to use it as inspiration if you don't mind. The title is cute! linda I saved you for last. You are the QUEEN of scrapbooking! I am going to vote the black kitties LO my favorite because in the picture the black/white kitty looks so proud of him/herself for being on the desk. And congratulations for being done with 2020!

FurryP - thank you. That would be Little Friend - and yes - she sure was pleased with herself (and the all black is Midnight) - they are my most senior kitties. Little Friend is a bit of a diva and is 12.5 whilst Midnight is just the sweetest cuddliest of kitties and he's about 20.

Finally finished some pages using the sketches. This one is for the two page sketch from Day TWO. Good thing I waited this long to create and to post! Gave time for Linda's generous RAK of punched out LEGO pieces to arrive to add on to it! Thanks, Linda! Jacob@8 by Gramma Dee, on Flickr The next page will follow shortly...
