Trump has continued to throw out more excuses for his theft of classified documents, recently suggesting his former chief of staff Mark Meadows is at fault for failing to organize a system to send documents to the National Archives and Records Administration and then suggesting that he had withheld the documents because he didn’t trust the “partisan Democrat appointees” who were “releasing thousands of his White House documents to the January 6 Committee in spite of his lawyers’ claims of executive privilege.”

A lot has been in the news lately about Hillary & her emails because of trump and company. And I kept reading her server was in her basement and I thought it was at a server farm. So I asked Google and yes it was in her basement.
I should have saved the article to share here. It explained why she used her own server. Hillary looks at technology as a necessity evil. According to the article she never used a laptop or desktop computer. Everything she did, she did on her Blackberry, Her BlackBerry was not compatible with the State Departments system. Hence using her own server that was compatible with her BlackBerry.
Otherwise she followed all other security protocols.
At the time of the investigation it was brought out and ignored that high ranking members of the Bush Administration also used outside servers for work related emails. They would go to the RNC offices for some emails I forget the details.
Why bring this up now you may ask.
ABC News did an article outlining the timeline of “Docugate” and in the article was this little nugget..
“In addition, the letter says that "NARA has identified certain social media records that were not captured and preserved by the Trump Administration."
Trump White House staff also "conducted official business using non-official electronic messaging accounts that were not copied or forwarded into their official electronic messaging accounts," according to the letter.”

So he’ll throw the peons at the company under the bus. But, if he pleads guilty there is some wiggle room to force him to testify as he’s no longer incriminating himself and exposing himself to further charges — unless he wants to claim that he’s done even more illegal things. |
