After the success of our Foolish Mortals Halloween Swap, we're going for round two with a Christmas swap.
If we get a lot of interest, we can go up to 14. 13 for each Yule Land and one extra for their marvelous cat.
13 Santas of Iceland Swap
Guidelines:
Make 13 of a paper creation. Possibly 14.
Max size is 5” X 7”. Any shape is fine.
Christmas theme of any kind. Just keep it secular, please.
Feel free to include a mini gift for each participant like a small bag of sequins or a die cut.
Please sign or label your creations, or the package if you're individually wrapping them. You're welcome to edition them (1/13, 2/12, etc.)
Mail me all 13 or 14 creations and make sure to include your address in the envelope. Include $8.50 cash for postage or Venmo or paypal me.
You must ship by Nov. 10 with tracking. I don't expect them to arrive Nov. 10 but they should be postmarked by then.
As soon as I get them I will sort and ship them out.
Everyone will get one full set of 13 (or 14) pieces, including one of their own.
I'll update this thread as we go.

I had so much fun with the Halloween swap that I would love to be included in this one too. I recently dug out some Christmas stamps and dies I had squirreled away, and I am itching to play with them for this project.

I can make anything at any size as long as its Christmas themed and under 5x7? Or does it need to be 5x7?

mom check out the Halloween swap thread and click some of the IG pics, pantsonfire and blemon for sure. They did photos of all the swap goodies we got. ETA: pretty much anything goes, under 5x7.

Thanks for answering the question, y'all! I did not see this until now. mom basically anything goes! People made tags, cards (both like for pockets and greeting cards), shaker pockets, you name it. Most people also stuck the stuff down very loosely so we could take it all apart and do what we want with it. That was really fun! We're all crafters here so we know that's what were going to do anyway. Ha! I posted some photos on my instagram @projectbethlemon as did others. The creations were all so different from very clean to more mixed media. |

Hi everyone!
I'll send out messages around Nov. 1 but while I'm thinking of it, if you have any of the large plastic bags that your scrapbook paper comes in, please send your swap in one. Also Ali Edwards sends stuff in plastic bags with a little drawstring. Those work well too. It's better to reuse than to use a new gallon bag. But if you have one of those, that's fine too.
Since anything can happen in shipping, I like to send the swaps back in plastic so they won't get damaged in the rain.
It would help if you could send one.
