They're a thing, right?
Why is it every government office has those clackety, clackety keyboards that make such an atrocious sound? I think they must be specially designed, so you know the person waiting on you is *really* *working* *hard* on your behalf.
Come to think of it, most medical providers have them too.
I have no particular reason for sharing my observation. Just figured you'd want to know.

Today's call to health provider administrative office, could not hear keyboard.
Just the other day there was a clickity clack... Can't remember who it was though...

I love the clickety clack. I turn on the sound so mine does that! Drives my kids nuts when I’m chatting on the phone while working.

They're probably the cheapest. Sound dampening materials are expensive.
