Cardtober #31: You bought it, now use it!

Happy Halloween! I hope you've had a great month playing along with the Cardtober Challenges!

If you're anything like me, you have a whole lot of stamps (and other supplies) that you just HAD to have... and you still haven't touched them. So, this is a challenge to help you bring those supplies to life.
Simply make a card with a stamp set that has not yet seen ink. The stamps can be out of the original package, but the entire set should be unused. You can use one stamp from the set, or all-- whatever makes sense.
For the final twist: make your own twist! Devise your own extra challenge, tell us what it is, and use it to make your card! Need some suggestions? From my card, you could: use a colored card base (not white); create a card in under 60 minutes; create a card with an image that needs coloring; create a non-Halloween card using paper from a Halloween paper pack; use glitter on your project.
My card uses a Hero Arts stamp set, and the patterned paper is from My Favorite Things' Creepy Confections pad (retired, I think).
