Having 3 4x6 photos to scrap is one of the hardest for me. It's too few for 2 pages. But a lot for 1 page. And in this case, I tried printing them at 3x4 but it was too small to see because they are action, not close up shots. This is one of the only designs I've ever been able to come up with for this situation - and it's never my favourite!!! The acetate piece in the bottom right is totally clear in real life, just photographed with reflection! layout cowabunga by kirstendrew, on Flickr

grammadee - are those skiing gnomes? how adorable! I love the pops of yellow that match his toque! kitbop - I struggle with 3 photos also - your layout is great though! I channelled Shimelle for this one and used way more 'stuff' than usual 28-4-28 day 25 using Photoplay Notting Hill book store SG sketch (modified) and a Paige Evans cutfile

I don't love this but it's 'good enough' and I'm moving on...I've been fiddling with it for a couple of days now. Background paper has been in my stash for a LONG time. DH suggested the title This one is for grammadee 's 1,2,3 challenge AND gramma 's Happy Pizza day challenge - pp are Paper studio and Echo Park, cut file is Kate's Cuttables And my final 28-4-28 challenge (#30) is complete with this layout - sketch is a splitcoast stampers, diecuts are Simple Stories, arrow is cut with Cricut

Linda, I love the companion pages for your Confirmation page. They are all as lovely as the green Confirmation page. You have such beautiful photos of that day including all the family members. It must have been a very special event.~ I love the soft colors you used on the page with Annabelle and her Aunt playing games together. Beautiful. ~ Precious photos on your READ page. Those photos with grandparents are priceless. I wish I had more of my children with grandparents.~ I love your cut file of the playground . What a fun touch with all those active photos.~ Bellecopter, simply perfect title! I love your little helicopters and the title going down the side. Adorable page.~ Great Pizza Day page. I loved your comment online yesterday, that you do it twice and it’s a tradition. So clever and so true! Love your design and the plaid.~That arrow on Simon and the cats page looks just like the cat’s tail. Perfect embellishment! Cute photos.~ Great job on the Fishy page. I love the little fish and the number paper at the top. Perfect for a child’s playground.~ Your butterfly page makes me want to go to that Natural History Museum. I love butterflies but don’t see as many around I we once did. Gorgeous photos. ~The Photo Op page is so sweet. Just wonderful photos of your children in candid shots. ~ grammadee, scrappyrabbit and kitbop, you have love in the gallery. MDscrapaholic, I love your HAPPY page. The journaling on the gingham looks so nice. That photo is delightful. I would love to know what year that was. Precious photo and beautiful page. I love your tiny floral print and the use of the butterflies.

scrappyrabbit - both are lovely wedding layouts - it definitely has been wedding season for you - you do a great job - I love how you tie in the wedding colours or location with your paper choices. Thank you! I had fun shopping for different collections that would differentiate each of the weddings. They all have their own feel and it wouldn’t feel right to use the same collection for each. One of my favorite parts of scrapping in general is picking supplies that match my photos!

You all are on a roll! nylene - love all the little animals on the baby pages, so cute! linda - great 8.5x11 sketch ideas, I am enjoying this size lately. Are you all doing Calvinball? I may try, even if I only get a few done. I have a half started layout waiting on my desk I am hoping to finish up this wknd. scrappyrabbit, grammadee, kitbop, @gina, everyone!, thanks for sharing!

If you're interested in 1-page sketches for (3) 4x6 horizontal photos, check out #3, #8, #29, #47, & #146 on the 4x6 Photo Sketch Blog. Also, consider replacing the bottom right photo on #66 (or the right side of #136) with title &/or journaling. HTH, & you find a favorite design...

This layout was mostly green with the blue and yellow in the background...until I got to the title and realized that the old fancy pants letter stickers fit perfectly for the word "DUO" and I went back and added the pops of orange all over! layout disparate duo by kirstendrew, on Flickr

I never see paint swaths that don’t include pink. These colors are so great together, and I love the pops of orange you added.
