Sharing this 2-pager that doesn't fulfill any of the 28-4-28 challenges but I am happy with it! The pp is from a Joann paper pad called "Local Travel". The Bean by scrappy rabbit, on Flickr

scrappyrabbit - looks great - and you got some awesome Bean pics. I'll have to look for that paper pad I think you would like the paper. It has paper with all the different USA states on it, and various travel icons, including driving. It is super brightly colored though so it doesn’t work for every photo. I saw it in Joann for a while, but I picked it up on clearance. I hope you can find it at your store.

Thanks scrappyrabbit - it does sound up my alley. I got three layouts done while I chatted on the phone to my friend today. PP is DCWV I think; Alphas are Club Scrap PP and cut-aparts are Scrapbook Generations scraps except for the background - I added journalling after snapping the picture - enamel dots are Pinkfresh; camera cut-apart is Scrapbook Generation

grammadee, kitbop, scrappyrabbit and AussieMeg, you have love in the gallery. So many beautiful pages! Linda, your Dogwood layout is simply gorgeous. It could easily be hung on a wall. Everything, colors, design, photo are so perfect together. Love, love, love this.~ Puppy Dog Eyes made me laugh. So cute that she would imitate her sister. A bit of levity is always great in a family. ~ I love the semi-circle of painted stars at the bottom on Shrove Sunday. Did you paint/stencil them. Such a cool look. ~ Your rainbow strips perfectly match the bright colors of the photos. Is that a Mexican restaurant? I recognize Teotihuacan (I think) and maybe Quetzalcoatl in background. So bright and fun. ~ I love reading about your train trip. Sorry it didn’t go as smoothly as planned, but it sounds relaxing to not have to worry about traffic. Love the modern train you added with your journaling. I’m glad you have a photo of you on the train. I traveled from Idaho to Chicago on a train years ago and loved it. So nice to just relax.~ Your house paper on the photos of you arriving with the kids is perfect. I love the cut out houses and the way you popped them up. Great page. *and thank you again for the Legos. You are so sweet. teacherlisa, I always love your work. I love reading your affirmation statements. You are a brave, strong woman. Keep up the good work. I’m so glad you post it.

I love that scrappyrabbit - those papers DO work well for the page - and those are awesome pics! I'm switching gear to scrap the photos I got in the mail today - trying to keep current by ordering photos each week AND getting them scrapped before the next order comes in. So far it's been working. Sketch from 30 days of Sketches, alphas are SB.com, stars are punched.

I've done several single photo pages recently, so I decided to scrap a double-pager. I have a stack of "to scrap" photos on my desk and I always leave the multi-photo 2 pagers to the last because they are hardest. This came together surprisingly fast for me because the background totally took care of most of it! 49th and market background pp, 2 sheets of the 6x8 pad, and ephemera, except for some of the orange butterflies that I stamped/die cut to match the SINGLE orange butterfly that came in the embellie pack... I needed more, and think the "match" the original butterfly fairly well. Ancient thickers with "frankensteined" "E"s! layout escape the norm by kirstendrew, on Flickr

Time to go back and leave love for all the fantastically creative reveals here. Sorry this has taken me so long... Back to page TEN: Linda, I am amazed that you can scrap photos from so many different times and events simultaneously! Love the sweet pic's of your dd ten years ago (LOVE that reading page!!!) with this year's Super Bowl meal. And, as always, I love the special touches you add to each page. That quilted heart is perfect for Valentine's Day. And putting the Cricut to work is adding yet more cute little accents: love that garden/cat diecut. Now that Charlie has come home I am having an easier time looking at your adorable kitty pages. LOVE the pic of Paddington and Dusty napping! Great journaling, and I love the two arms/paws beside it: are those photos of your two cats' feet, or did you find a perfect paper for this page? The pic's of them with the TV are hilarious. Love that little retro TV you added: like I said perfect accents! And you keep adding to your repertoire of techniques! Love those stamped coloured images on your cards. Your Family Time pages are wonderful, the vibrant lush papers emphasizing the outdoor fun. Looks like great memories. Is that your Mum? The nail polish page is sweet and those pastel circles are the perfect border. Then you jump to the vibrant yellows of that PhotoPlay and Photo Studio lines! Perfect for displaying your awesome photo of the daffodil, and for documenting Biden's recent trip to Ukraine. Moving on to page ELEVEN: Linda, I love the dignity of your Confirmation pages. Those deep backgrounds with the vertical lines immediately bring church to mind. Love the pretty florals you chose for Shimelle's class. Sweet pic of Granny reading to your dd, and I love the book related papers and tag. That playground cutfile is perfect on that page! Smart to fill the spaces for the slide, but I love the open frame of it against that busy background. I don't know what you don't like about Helicopter! It looks perfect to me from the background paper up! Congrats on finishing 28-4-28 (although I knew you would be one to finish) Love that little pizza slice on your holiday page, and how you used the green & black on the page with the black cat on the green grass. Love those butterfly photos, and love that you include such wonderful closeups of wildlife you include in your albums. MDscrapaholic, I LOVE your page! The handwritten lyrics, the layering, the doodling, popping up the butterflies all show the care and attention you gave this one. This type of page is hard to create. There is love on Flickr, kitbop, scrappyrabbit, nylene

kitbop - that is gorgeous and I couldn't pick out which butterflies you made vs the original so I'd say you did a great job re-creating them. I like the softer background with the darker photos! grammadee - those cards came out great - I love how you used the positive and negative spaces from die cutting I love the two arms/paws beside it: are those photos of your two cats' feet, or did you find a perfect paper for this page that was the perfect paper - it's from Reminisce and I've been saving it for just the right photo of Paddington and Dusty. yes- that's my mum in those layouts Thank you for all the sweet comments! grammadee
