I'm gonna start 1st quarter sharing thread. grammadee Can you pin this post for us? These are some of the cards from The Stamp Market Just Lovely class. I highly recommend the kit and class. The paper piecing cards were A LOT of work. There are a couple more cards I didn't make yet so I'm going to work on those soon.
Here are instructions on how to post an image: 2peasrefugees.boards.net/thread/131927/wanna-learn-post-pictures-come

Awesome cards pinklady. I ended up purchasing the kit after all...did you purchased the class too or just looked it pictures of the finished cards and figured out what they did?

Awesome cards pinklady . I ended up purchasing the kit after all...did you purchased the class too or just looked it pictures of the finished cards and figured out what they did? I caved and purchased the class too. You definitely do not need the class. You can totally do it by looking at the cards. For the colored card stock paper piecing cards, they are assembled face down with a boatload of foam tape on the backside to connect the inlayed pieces to the flower outline piece. Then carefully flip it over and adhere it to the card front. For the vellum paper piecing card, the outline flower is doubled up and and glued to the card front. The vellum pieces just pop into place and actually do stay with no adhesive behind them. Just make sure your double layer is lined up. If there’s any offset, the vellum inlay doesn’t fit and you’ll have to force it. 😁 I’ll come back and post the official class picture of all the cards and their descriptions. azcrafty Here are the cards: This is a bonus project of tags and an envelope using Stamp Market specific tag and envelope dies:

Thank you so much pinklady. I will go without the class first and see how I do. These pictures help a lot. Thanks again. Now I just can't wait to get the goodies...yep, I got some cute stuff from the clearance page...there is always February to start the new year resolutions 🤣

Love all the pretty cards, pinklady. The pink/teal colour combo is really pretty, but with the stamps and dies and knowhow, I can see you having fun later creating beautiful cards in any colours of the rainbow.

Spent some time today completing cards from bits and pieces from the summer.
The silver strips on the ones above were salvaged from an old Christmas card and the glossy red stripes and die cuts on the others from an old birthday card.
And yes, my commitment to enamel dots is DEEP!

IMPORTANT INFO: If you need help figuring out how to host your photos in order to share them here, please check out THIS THREAD for easy (I promise) instructions and a place to practice. pinklady , love the colors you selected for these cards and also that the BGs were only partially stenciled. I need to start using that technique, I don't think I have in the past. Which thread? Link isn't showing? Thank you.

One more card for me. This one is a wiper card with a fighter plane that swings up when the card is pulled open. For a Top Gun fan. Happy over the top birthday! by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Should have been easy enough with a PhotoPlay wiper card base, but I wanted the plane to come up left to right, so most of the time was figuring out how to reverse the action.

These are kit cards from SU, sets of 6 each. They’re supposed to be birthday cards, but I left the sentiments off so I can use them more flexibly.
These next 4 are a set from a Club Scrap kit.
And last, 3 sets of 3 from 2 other SU Paper Pumpkin kits. I also left the sentiments off for versatility.
Now I need to schedule a bulk sentiment-only crafting sesh!

Beautiful cards everyone. Love you wiper card grammadee. Did you use a die set to create it?

Beautiful cards everyone. Love you viper card grammadee . Did you use a die set to create it? Thanks! It is a PhotoPlay card kit. The wiper part has to be fussy cut and scored, but it is outlined and score lines marked, and the directions are right on the packaging.

Made a few cards over the weekend. Very inspired by Yana Smakula and incorporated a front cutout inspired by Jennifer McGuire. Totally CASE's another Yana card. I make and donate cards to a library in FL and am always on the hunt for beach themed card ideas.

MDscrapaholic - lovely cards. I particularly like the postage stamp looking ones, I've been eyeing that die. One last card for the month for me. Done to meet the color palette in the Q1 challenge list. Used up some scraps and a sentiment I had laying on my desk.
