Yes, the glitter brush marker is missing.
I thought there was one more word in the description of the polymer clay jar description -- maybe "elements" or something -- that made me think they meant shaker elements.
Which do the experienced folks think is the next step: doling out cardstock and then cutting it or finding inks and coloring media that will match/sub/work for those called out? I feel like the former would be more fun but the latter probably makes more sense since if you wanted to shop to fill in a gap, you'd have more time.

I have to say you all are very smart to use the kit contents listed in the book to see if you had everything. I didn’t even think of that. I was waiting for the box contents list.🤦🏼♀️

Well, I didn't open every single thing, so I could potentially still be missing something flat like a die or stencil. But the things in the "other" bag were obvious.
I now have the paper pack in my bottom project tray, bags containing the classes on the four middle ones (one per day) and more mesh bags on the top. I also put a drawer organizer type of tray on each shelf to collect the bulky items like the glitter and shaker elements. I imagine inks and markers can go in some of those as well, once I start to pull them.

I just took a quick glance at the contents last night, but did look at the book! I hope to go through everything this weekend and get it all sorted out.
Some of the cards are so stinking cute! I think I like them all.

I'll find the inks and write the colors in the notes sections of the book, do the paper cutting, die cutting and stamping (like heat embossing) and put it all in a ziplock so it's ready. My goal would be not to touch a class packet twice if I don't have too.

Here is my own sneak peek Now that everything is sorted, I can go back to the book and scan the prep work. I think I will focus on those classes I am most interested in completing, and start any prep work on those classes. Mostly the cutting for those classes. I *might* get distracted inking rainbow cloud banked skies. Just sayin...

Sneak peek #9 - not a surprise if everyone here has their books! Does everyone have their boxes now? I think there may be 15 of us who are signed up for this!

I got my box yesterday and sorted it last night. I'm missing 4 things - the glitter brush marker from Scrapbook.com, the sheets of watercolour paper (I forget which class), and the polymer clay jar (the description also lists the little jar of shaker bits separately, so I don' think that's it unless it's a duplicate entry) and the stamp set from Stamps of Life.
I couldn't believe how jam-packed the box was! It was really fun to go through it all. I've decided to sort everything into zippered mesh bags by class - I love it, so neat and tidy.
I will do my homework class by class. In the past I've tried to do it in batches, like make all of the card bases for all of the classes, then do all of the die cutting, etc, and that just confused me so class-by-class it is.
I'm also really happy I have the We R Memory Keepers tray cart because I can use that to put all of my supplies on - all of the inks I'll need, tools, etc.
I'm getting excited!

So this is how my kits are organized now, into their own mesh envelopes. Now I’ve started going through them, one kit at a time to do prep work. I’ll reuse some of the many clear bags to keep bits and pieces together inside the larger envelope. After all that is completed I’ll go through one last time to be sure I haven’t missed anything and to make note of the colors I’d like to use. I will be switching those up from the examples. One thing I learned from my first event in the fall is that I do not have to use the colors that the instructors have chosen, especially if I don’t personally care to use them (I’m lookin’ at you pastels, mint greens, and pinks). And a fun question: which retailer discount do you see yourself taking advantage of the most? And if you care to share what’s in your shopping cart, feel free! Other than making a sizable purchase from PF during their event, I haven’t purchased card making supplies since 2022, so my CC is revved up and ready to go. Thus far it looks like Honey Bee might be the winner for me, though I haven’t hit the buy button on anything…yet. Stamps and dies, mainly sentiments. I never Can find the perfect sentiment, 😉 How about you?

MichyM , do you have the cardstock sheets in your envelopes too? I haven't opened the paper pack yet at all. It seems most protected where it is. Except I want to make sure it's all there as it should be. I was thinking of the next being to count out the cardstock for each day and put it in a plastic file folder. Then I can start cutting/folding/more precisely kitting. Maybe after seeing if I'm happy with my ink and marker options. Oh, and to answer your question: I know that I'm not perfectly happy with my ink selection. I have LOTS and LOTS of greens and blues, but no grays at all, few purples, and I'm not sure about my pinks and reds. I'm almost certainly lacking in peaches and mauves, all of which I like a lot. It looks to me like Concord and 9th and Taylored Expressions both have some beautiful options, so I may well buy a few minis. There's a chance that before the discounts for this event run out I'll get a better of whether i want to buy more of the featured products for the Stamp Along, so I might use this Hero Arts discount for that.

I have the cut and scored card bases, and all the bit and bobs of paper ((in a smaller clear bag) in there too. The mesh envelopes are sturdy, and each one goes back into the box as soon as I'm finished with the prep work. I don't have any kids or curious dogs etc to get into it and mess things up, so I feel they are all safe in their envelope. Buying inks is fun and I totally hear you on the number of green, green-blue, and blue ink cubes!

Just a quick check in. Did anyone solve the mystery of the polymer clay jar? I scanned the class notes in the book but didn't see any reference to it.

I noted the same thing, grammadee, and also that it was supposed to be in the branded pack, not in the extra drawstring bag with the bulky items.

The little pack of half sheets of colored cardstock is making me a little crazy...how do you tell one from another? Hold them up to the book? I assume the loose half piece of light blue was the Hero Arts, since it was the only lesson that included exactly one small colored piece.

Shakti - the half sheets that are packaged together go with the Concord and 9th class. Have you been using the 2-page "Event Box Contents" document? It really helps to sort things out and make sure you have everything.

Grammadee - Is it possible that the Polymer Clay Jar thing refers to the sheet of sprinkle/jelly bean looking things? I don't see how, but that was the only thing that was left over when I checked everything else off using the Kit Supplies list in the book. I'm stumped too!
And just a note - if anyone is looking for their acetate sheet in this Stamps of Life class, mine was good and stuck to my foam sheet. Took me a while to find it!

I guess if all of those half sheets are for Concord and 9th, do we supply our own for Spellbinders?
I was looking at the overall box contents at one point -- not sure where I have it at the moment.
I have cardstock in four zipper envelopes by day. Not sure whether to start cutting/kitting (which would involve pausing to print labels) or matching inks and markers.
I had what is either a brilliant idea or an overthought complication -- i have small, removable color coding dots on their way from OfficeSupplies.com. I can assign a color to each day and add them to marker barrels and ink pads, so I know whether they can be set aside/put away or pushed forward to a tray for later in the weekend. We'll see how it goes.

The spellbinders papers were in the pouch with the other spellbinder products. They are very small scraps of cut up cardstock.

Don't you wish the unboxing event was sooner? It would answer a lot of questions and we could get started on the homework. I'm always (5th time) hesitant to do the hw in case there is a change.
I do understand that they wait until everyone receives their box, but maybe the unboxing could be a pre-recorded event (vs a "live") that you watch when you open.

I hadn't even thought about changes! I will for sure work on colors next.
It occurs to me that the spellbinders cardstock is probably in with the dies.

Yes, that's a good idea to record the unboxing and we can watch it whenever we want. Be really nice to watch as we're opening the box!
I went through my box with the "box contents" list and separated everything out. Looks like everything is there. They did say, in the last email, that the pink glitter brush did not arrive in time. And that about 152 boxes are missing the "specialty" item. They will ship them out as soon as they arrive. I believe that was the item in the white box. Don't email them if you didn't get it - they are tracking who has it and who doesn't.
I'm just chillin' out over here and hoping to enjoy the event as it happens. I really want to get some new ink pads but have no idea what to get, and if it'll match with what I already have. First world problem, I know.

It doesn't sound like we will get the pink glitter brush pen. From their most recent announcement:

I've got my OLO marker substitutions. I'm having trouble finding a color chart for the Tri-Blends. Or at least one that uses "muted brown," "magenta," and "aqua blue." They all use letter/numbers. And I can't find any sort of key from name to code.
But looking through the instructions, you never actually blend anything anyway, so it could just have easily been a brown marker, a hideously hot pink marker, and an aqua marker. I think I already don't like her or her project. Oops.
Does anybody know what the heckety-heck a "Stamps of Life Stampers Secret Weapon" is?!

I opened my box today.
It’s driving me batty that the classes in the book aren’t in the same order as the schedule? Am I mis- remembering or did they use to be in order?
I got about half of the homework done today. There are definitely a few classes that I will want to rework…colors and styles that just aren’t my favs. And luckily there are quite a few I’m excited about.
