I'm skipping this one as well. I needed to take a break to actually use some of the product from previous events (outside of the cards made during the event). Hoping to join again in the fall. LOVE this sneak peek though!!

I also skipped this one. I prefer fall cards generally over spring themed cards and while there's no guarantee that the cards will be seasonally themed, I'm guessing that some will be. Also, I don't feel ready for another event but if I wasn't working I'd probably be totally into it!
I second the request to see all of the sneak peaks lol!

I had this event in my cart, but the price has increased and thus the tax and shipping has increased, and it was just very expensive (even though you totally get your $$ worth in product let alone the great content!). I can't wait to see more sneaks.

I just heard from SCT that my name came up on the waiting list! I have gc's to spend with them. Waiting for the invoice so I can pay.
I really loved the Fall 2021 and holiday crafting bundle, and had wanted to do the spring one to get completely different product/classes. But didn't register in November b/c I couldn't take the financial hit, then. But I asked my kids for SCT gc's for Christmas, which they came through with. So Merry Christmas to ME!

Thanks, MDscrapaholic . The "welcome" email suggested I check in with the fb groups (Featured posts, and GUIDE section) for event info. I am not on fb. Is there anything I NEED to buy to prepare? Or other info I should have in my hands right now? Last time I depended on the booklet that came with the event materials for scheduling, homework, and other info.
PS and now I am looking at the class list for the cardmaking event I am officially scared... That is a LOT in one weekend!

If you can, you should join Facebook for this. You can use an anonymous name if you want, and only use it for this. All the classes will be on Facebook first, I believe, and then will be on YouTube. People are posting in the group now, how excited they are, if they're team peek or team no peek. Sneaks will be on there, too. I believe there are a couple others here who only have Facebook for these events.
We will get a list of things we need in an email. They always say you can substitute what you already have.
If anyone else here doesn't have Facebook and does these events, can you give Dee some ideas on what she can do?

I would also suggest joining Facebook for this. That is where the links to all the classes will be. Albums for sharing creations and the post class instructor Q&As are on FB.
I'm planning on doing the event over multiple weekends. Since I'm West Coast, I already just catch everything on replay. I'll also be out of town on opening day, so can't start until the Saturday.

I created a fake account with a fake email address. It works well. And refuse to give your phone number grammadee. I'm not signed up this time, but would be nice to watch the classes. I have a fake FB accounts just for Crop and Create, too, although I did end up following some scrapbooking and card making companies on it, too. You really need FB for it, I don't see any other way. In addition to the links to the private YouTube classes, the live discussions after each class are hosted on Facebook. Plus, it has all of the links to all of the resources in one place.
I signed up for this event, too. I'm so excited, it's even more jam packed than previous events. I'm happy there are some companies involved that haven't been included before, too, like Altenew, can't wait to try new stuff.

I had one for awhile, but at some point they discovered its fakeness and started sending nasty-grams about violating their terms of service or some such. As far as I can recall, my mom's fake account is still acive. But every time I try to set one up again, it asks me for a photo to verify my identity, which creeps me right out. And if they really can verify identity through a photo, I would think it very difficult now to set up a fake one.

I only give them the email address, they did ask for more stuff ,but I ignored it. So far so good. |

I don't recall being asked for a photo but I did end up uploading an old one to use for my profile that's hard to tell it's me just so that people on the Crop and Create page can put a face to who they're interacting with. |
