I am also a Lite Vanilla Greek Yogurt over mixed berries and a sprinkling of granola - daily - kinda gal! With the hormone blockers I am on (for breast cancer) it is important that I get at least one true serving of dairy every day - so yogurt it is! Not a fan of eggs, sausage, pancakes etc so breakfast has never been top priority for me. I'm on those too and I don't think I've been told about dairy. I have a milk intolerance but I can get away with a bit of sheep's cheese. They have got me on calcium supplements and Zoledronic acid infusions. Are you taking calcium too? To answer the OP, my usual breakfast is a banana and green tea. Yes they do have me take a calcium supplement. I had my bone density scan the other day and they asked me again how many servings of dairy I get a day. They seemed fine with my one serving (sometimes two if I have cottage cheese for lunch) and the supplement.

Mmm. Your yogurt parfait looks so good.
I detest eggs. I wish I liked them because they seem so easy and cheap and can be prepared so any ways.
I had oatmeal. I make my own individual oatmeal packets for the week so I can grab and make at work. They include oats, hemp hearts, wheat germ, chia seeds, and a spoonful of brown sugar. Add water. Microwave. Add fresh blueberries. Love.

For the last 30ish years I have a bowl of Quaker apples and cinnamon instant oatmeal (must be this brand and flavor) most week days. I make it after I’ve settled in at work. Some days I boil the water a few times before I actually remember to go back and put it in the bowl. Today, I walked into the staff room just before noon and found my bowl still sitting beside the kettle…needless to say, it was a busy morning!
Weekends usually have at lest one morning of something a bit more substantial - pancakes or eggs or French toast…and bacon.

I had scrambled eggs with a little bit of crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar and broccoli mixed in; which I put in a low carb wrap and crisped up in the air fryer. I'm trying to eat more protein these days.

Girl Scout Cookies. Opps, not so healthy. I usually do try to eat a bit healthy for breakfast with a sasauge patty with cheese and veggie strips or berries. I do avocado toast once in awhile, but normally to avoid carbs, I will just slice the avocado and put something on it like pepper, ketchup, or red pepper flakes. I do scrambled eggs with veggies and diced ham as well.

I had a ham and cheese croissant from the scandi bakery down the street, but, usually, I have eggs or a smoothie. Sometimes I'll do yogurt with granola or oatmeal with some berries or maple syrup.

Today I had an English muffin with butter and raspberry jam, with a caffeine free (ugh, bc that's all we had) diet coke. I love breakfast food but I don't cook a big breakfast on weekdays. Most days I don't eat breakfast, or I will toast a quick bagel with whipped cream cheese.

Most days, just a cup of coffee. I can't eat as soon as I get up. That said, I'm trying to get into the habit of vanilla Greek yogurt and granola (I really like the Kind brand of granola, specifically the peanut butter cluster!) around 9 (when I start working) to have with my daily vitamins.
On the weekends, DH and I usually make something more (bacon and eggs, French toast with bacon, or occasionally sausage gravy and biscuits).

Most days I have 2 scrambled eggs and up to 1/2 cup of berries. Today I had a Better Bagel in Everything flavor (the only bagel that doesn't jack up my blood sugar) with plain cream cheese. A lot of times, I will make a veggie frittata (spinach, mushrooms, leeks, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese) and some berries to take to work for the week. I try to keep it as low carb as possible. I need to keep it low carb as well. Is Better Bagel a brand of bagel? I checked my HEB and they don’t carry that.

I switch it up between Oatmeal cooked with 1/2 banana and some berries plus a handful of nuts, 1/2 English muffin with peanut butter and blackberries, eggs scrambled with vegetables and blackberries, and a Chobani yogurt, hunk of cheese and blackberries (I love blackberries). For me I find it is critical to have some protein with my breakfast to keep from getting hungry.

Nothing. I don’t eat breakfast (I have a coffee, though). I don’t eat until 12:00 when I have lunch.

Well today was leftover homemade pizza - but that's not exactly normal. I actually prefer brunch instead of breakfast - usually don't eat until 10-11 and then have snack at 3-4 depending on when dinner will be. I make breakfast burritos in bulk and freeze - scrambled eggs, black beans, green chili and cheese - sometimes turkey sausage. It's my go to if I don't have a lot of time. I am also addicted to Noosa (has to be Noosa) yogurt with pecans and granola added in - it fills you up!

Organic coffee beans ground at home and brewed in my French press with raw sugar. That's it-just coffee. I can't eat breakfast. I'm never hungry in the morning. I've been that way since childhood.

I have a packet of maple sugar oatmeal at my desk at 7:15, then a piece of fruit between classes at about 10 (today it was an orange). I bring the oatmeal from home; the breakfast food available at school is mostly bread/bagels/pastries.
I do love yogurt parfaits, and I have one every day at lunch for "dessert".
We are VERY spoiled at our school. The food is unbelievably good, made fresh on-site.

Whole fat cottage cheese, two chicken sausage patties and a salad of English cucumber with sliced tomatoes tossed with apple cider vinegar and a drizzle of avocado oil.
I vary between that and eggs sauted with veggies and ham.
I don’t care for yogurt or any type of cereal (hot or cold).
I don’t eat until 10:00 or 11:00 though…so more like what I eat for brunch.

Don't eat dinner or breakfast but usually very hungry by about 10:30AM. I am at work so I have a Goldfish blend and raisins. Then have a decent lunch around 1:30 and that is pretty much it until the next day.

I have a couple of go to breakfasts
- steel cut oats with berries (I cook a batch snd just reheat daily) - egg whites with spinach, pepper and cheese I sometimes add leftover meat to it not a lot but just enough to add flavor, maybe a dash of seasoning - egg bites with a side of berries - scrambled egg, sourdough toast and berries
