We also do the protein yogurt bowls here. Or bullet proof coffee (one of the cups I bend chocolate collagen protein into). I don't really eat breakfast.

I alternate between yogurt with blueberries, sliced banana, and granola sprinkled on top or cooked oatmeal with blueberries and sliced banana. Or strawberries if I have any. I tend to go with blueberries because Costco sells frozen organic blueberries and that makes it easier. I don’t bother to thaw the berries, I just eat them partially frozen.
My son was just telling me he adds oatmeal, fruit, and yogurt and makes a drinkable smoothie. I don’t have my Vitamix here yet, but when it comes, I’m going to try this.

My usual breakfast consists of a handful of dry cheerios and raisins early in the morning. And later on either a half a pb sandwich on whole wheat or oatmeal on days I work in the office. On days I work at home or on the weekends I have two poached eggs on whole wheat toast or occasionally, oatmeal.
Today I've had my dry cheerios and raisins and will have my poached eggs shortly.

Most days I have 2 scrambled eggs and up to 1/2 cup of berries. Today I had a Better Bagel in Everything flavor (the only bagel that doesn't jack up my blood sugar) with plain cream cheese. A lot of times, I will make a veggie frittata (spinach, mushrooms, leeks, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese) and some berries to take to work for the week. I try to keep it as low carb as possible. I need to keep it low carb as well. Is Better Bagel a brand of bagel? I checked my HEB and they don’t carry that. It is the brand. HEB doesn't carry it. I think Whole Foods might, but I just order them in the mail from eatbetter.com

I was never a breakfast person but now, if I don’t eat breakfast I get a headache. I have a bowl of cornflakes and a coffee .

A slice of Weight Watcher diet cheese pie. The recipe is more then 40 years old and is delicious. A great way to have cottage cheese and get lots of protein.

I like an english muffin with a slice of cheese, and a fried egg and maybe sausage. Oh, and somebody else to cook it. And I like to sit at a table under some Golden Arches.

This morning I made a huge batch of tiny scrumptious little biscuit’s to replenish the freezer. These taste just like Cracker Barrel biscuits. So that’s what we had along with eggs.

During the week I typically have overnight oats with fruit and nuts. I take to work and eat at my desk in between patients bc I don’t like to eat until later in the morning. I heat mine up, though; no cold oats for me lol.
Today, I toasted a large piece of sourdough. Topped it with butter, smashed avocado, 2 overheard eggs, and cholula hot sauce. Needed a big breakfast today, lunch was lighter.
