I'm curious and also looking to swipe some ideas because I'm bored. I've been doing greek yogurt mixed with vanilla protein powder and layered with strawberries and a bit of granola this week and I cook eggs every morning for the dogs but I secretly hate eggs. Worst habit I ever created, this house stanks! 😵

I usually have a light English muffin with 1T PB and a little jelly or eggs in some fashion. Over easy on the English muffin, scrambled with veggies in a low carb tortilla or plain. I also like turkey breakfast sausage and will often have one if I’m having eggs. I also have a protein shake almost days since I’m trying to increase protein.
I like yogurt parfaits and often have that for a snack. Not sure why I don’t think of it for breakfast.

Granary toast and butter. I stick to savoury breakfasts to keep my blood sugar in check.

This morning I had jammy eggs sliced and spread on whole grain toast (I love eggs). I often eat avocado toast, or else a Siggis yogurt with a sliced banana and a little granola.

At my daughter and son in laws recovering from broken wrist, surgery, and hospitalization.
This morning I paid for dunkin, and son in law paid for bojangles biscuits.

This morning I had porridge (oatmeal) and coffee. I don’t always eat breakfast. Often I just have the coffee, sometimes with a slice or two of toast with jam, peanut butter or Vegemite.

A bowl of Great Grains Crunchy Pecan cereal. I'm not a big breakfast eater so it's enough to get me started in the morning. On weekends I usually cook a bigger breakfast for DH and me.

This morning I had cottage cheese (4%) with granola, toasted pumpkin seeds, and a drizzle of local honey. I was out of blueberries or I might have added a few of those as well.
I generally do Greek yogurt or cottage cheese with similar toppings. Occasionally a toasted English muffin with peanut butter or avocado toast.
On the weekends, I do a big hearty breakfast at least one morning if not both. Especially if we have company.

I have eggs every single morning, usually two, sometimes three. Almost always scrambled with some veggies or leftovers mixed in. Also a slice of whole wheat toast with about 1/6 avocado, then some fresh fruit and coffee.
And I have started adding a scrambled egg to my 13 year old lab's dinner. I was worrying that she was starting not to eat (she's still big and fat) but I think she was just scamming us holding out for the people food-and it worked!

I am a cereal lover, and I use skim milk so I don't feel guilty eating it. I love Wheat Chex and Cinnamon Life cereal so I usually have a bowl of one of those in the morning. I am almost always starving in the morning LOL

I had a single serving sized frozen pizza this morning. It was chicken alfredo. Yes, I'm a weirdo. I eat supper foods for breakfast all the time. I LOVE eggs, but they hate me so I can't have them anymore. The other day, I made a homemade breakfast crunch wrap (Taco Bell) with just ONE scrambled egg. I was in pain for hours. It's just not worth it. Hearing about all the eggs here is me living vicariously through you.

I split a banana and a cream cheese danish with my son. Normally I have Greek yogurt with berries and honey and a slice of wheat toast.

Today I had a Better Bagel in Everything flavor (the only bagel that doesn't jack up my blood sugar) with plain cream cheese. A lot of times, I will make a veggie frittata (spinach, mushrooms, leeks, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese) and some berries to take to work for the week.
I try to keep it as low carb as possible.

today? a leftover creamy garlic pork chop
the last two days? old-fashioned oatmeal with brown sugar and raisins
other recent options include farina with some all-fruit preserves mixed in; weetabix with milk; and special K with milk (as an aside - did they change Special K's flakes? they were bigger and not as good as I remember)
I usually only have eggs for dinner or if someone else is cooking them for me.

Today? A piece of cheese. 😂😂😂 DS is off work today and I am WFH due to Covid, so we are doing lunch.
My usual breakfast is a rice cake with either peanut butter or laughing cow cheese and a fruit. On weekends, it is 2 eggs with a piece of toast or a hash brown patty.
Lunch is often an Orgain Choc Protein shake (the dairy one- the plant based is AWFUL).

I am also a Lite Vanilla Greek Yogurt over mixed berries and a sprinkling of granola - daily - kinda gal!
With the hormone blockers I am on (for breast cancer) it is important that I get at least one true serving of dairy every day - so yogurt it is!
Not a fan of eggs, sausage, pancakes etc so breakfast has never been top priority for me.

Not a fan of eggs, sausage, pancakes etc so breakfast has never been top priority for me. I'm on those too and I don't think I've been told about dairy. I have a milk intolerance but I can get away with a bit of sheep's cheese. They have got me on calcium supplements and Zoledronic acid infusions. Are you taking calcium too? To answer the OP, my usual breakfast is a banana and green tea.
