I really liked the look of the Mix and a Mingle line, the images are adorable, but I also knew I'd struggle to use them so it was one of those lines I admired but refrained from buying. Congrats on using up the pad, and I'm sure your friend will be delighted to receive these (I love that record player!).

Leftovers gifted, aren't they adorable? Those are cute but I can see how they might be hard to use I used some more paper, rub-ons, and stickers from an old Piggy Tales collection - Thumbelina - it's from 2010 I think. Barely made a dent though

Congrats on using up the pad, and I'm sure your friend will be delighted to receive these (I love that record player!). Good for you! Sometimes I get influenced… I saw this collection on a Jess Crafts video so I thought it would work. I actually set aside the record player and the armchair for my friend immediately after I started, they were too “her” to waste on cards Some of the designs were really realistic and detailed and some were stylized and bold. I really didn’t like the look of the realistic ones on the stylized presents paper, for example. And I only mixed the two styles of poinsettias under duress. Maybe the mix of styles would’ve been less noticeable on a 12x12 layout or in an album, but on a small canvas like a card it was jarring. I should know by now that they’re not really designing for my kind of cardmaking.

Today I spent the afternoon going through a 4x6 photo case that I had stashed all my half started Christmas things in, along with some experiments and failures and a pile of leftover sentiments. I trashed some junk, organized the die cuts, and finished 10 cards! I used some pretty random stuff that had been hanging out in there for several years. Very satisfying

I'm actually digging into someone else's stash - DH picked it up for me at Goodwill last year I think.

I finished up a package of adhesive gems and the very last of the Thomas the Tank Engine stickers
And I've been doing a better job at remembering to pull out my 4x6 boxes of random embellishments by colour and using some. That said - I tipped everything out of the neutrals box, used several things, and struggled to get the box closed again when I refilled it...so I need to keep using them

I used up 2 rolls of Christmas washi tape sealing Christmas card envelopes. I'm sure I'll finish at least one more.

I used up 15 card panels of specialty gold cardstock that I had cut a circle out of the center of for another project. I figured it was more efficient use of the cardstock to gut the panels but it did leave me with a pile to use up. Satisfying to finally turn it into cards! But in the process of making the cards I cut a circle out of the center of 15 panels of white cardstock so I guess I swapped one problem for another! I was able to cut sentiments from some of those pieces and white is a lot easier to use up than gold. The waste can also be shredded and composted unlike the plasticky metallic.

... I even managed to use most of the little sample print rectangle on the branding strips Very satisfying! I also use branding strips. It's surprising how often that ~7.5x0.5" strip of pattern is ideal for a layout (& without having to cut into a 12x12" sheet!).

I made 20 Christmas cards using scraps - and I've used enough of the scraps/stickers/cut-apart cards from two Echo Park Christmas collection kits to consider them used up - no full sheets left. Which is good because they were collections that I liked enough to buy but didn't end up finding especially usable for scrapbooking. I also used the last couple of sheets of embossed Christmas cardstock from a Michaels paper pad that I used for Dec Daily 2019

I used the last eyelets in TWO little baggies - purple and blue.
I also used the last of the diecuts from a 6x8 paper/die cut batch DH picked up for me at a yard sale a while back. I still have some of the papers but I'll pop them into my scraps. He picked up several of sets so I'll be working my way through them.

I think the only things I have EVER used up are bottles of spray mist and rolls of adhesive. But I actually threw away 4 bottles of very old Maya Mist this week -- does that count?

I cut up all of the Shimelle Main Character Energy paper I bought to make cards. I have a small stack of scraps to finish gluing down and not all of the cards have sentiments yet, but it was satisfying to see the paper on cards and see which papers I might want to buy a few more sheets of. I’m making simple notecards for Christmas gifts, nothing fancy, and I’ve been pretty happy with the papers I chose. I like the big florals to use on their own - easy to turn into a birthday, sympathy, or hello card depending on my need. I also cut up one Paige Evans paper that I’m going to be tempted to hoard. It’s beautiful fall leaves from a couple of years ago, not sure why it hadn’t sold out. I watched the stock dwindle at scrapbook dot com and finally bought 5 sheets when they only had a dozen left. I don’t usually buy multiples but I’m determined not to hoard them so long they lose their magic. Thankfully they looked great cut up, just like I imagined

bumping this back up...
I used almost all scraps (except for the 8x8 background) on my layouts for the Girl Scout album. Used up some old embellishments - especially proud of the single wolf sticker that I've been holding on to for these specific photos and have now used.
Used up another pack of photo squares
Used one of my embossing folders on cards yesterday - I don't pull them out nearly often enough. And I used up 2 sheets of old Basic Grey...I got the majority of a 25pk of this one specific print in a destash lot and it's really a bit busy and not my favourite colours but it worked well for the background of valentine cards. I still have probably 20-ish sheets left but progress.

I finished a roll of 1/4” tape - I prefer using 1/8”, so I’m glad to have this out of my stash!
I also used two red eyelets! Digging deep - woot!

I did a layout yesterday with a new Graphic 45 line. It needed embellishments so I dug through my stash and ended up using Basic Grey fibers(!) and Making Memories flowers, both paper and velvet. Anybody remember fibers? I was really excited to use them.

I didn't use up, but I actually used some of a book of scrapbook background papers to make valentines for the Pea exchange.
For some other valentines I was using some SB.C patterned paper and found the white background didn't seem to match any of my white cardstock. Then I found a pack of Spellbinders card bases that came in a kit that did match, so I did use them up! And then needed card stock for the sentiments and found a sheet of SB white from the kit, too.

I used up a stack of 8 1/2 x 11 patterned paper that looks Maggie Holmes-ish. I probably bought it at Michael’s 10+ years ago. It’s pretty, in pinks and turquoises, so I repurposed an empty photo album, covered the outside and then made a mini album of favorite photos. Really happy with how it turned out!

I finally used a stamp set that I bought more than a year ago, maybe more than 2 years ago, eek! It's a small one meant for decorating die cut letters with stripes or dots or hearts. I used it with a stencil that I don't have the matching stamp for (yet) so I feel extra accomplished that I made do with something I have already. Now that I've finally used the stamp I also see other ways I can use it, so I'll try to make a sample today so I don't forget about it again.
