OMG...Catherine's tiara!!! I’m disappointed there are no traditional crowns but her floral headpiece is beautiful.

Is that Prince George on the back left holding the King's cape?

I hope Penny Mordaunt did a lot of arm exercises to keep carrying that sword in high heels.

I only got a brief look...I thought it was a tiara...is it flowers? it looks like some kind of floral headpiece but I couldn’t tell what it was made of. It looked a lot like what Sophie has which we did get a better look at. They’re really beautiful, and very fitting for the King.

I love the very plain robes worn by the Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland - so very sober compared to those of the Church of England! 😄

Finally found some photos, they are leaves, it says Charlotte's headpiece is "Jess Collett x Alexander McQueen Headpiece silver bullion, crystal and silver thread work, similar to the one worn by her mother" Gah! I wanted them to be diamonds dammit! Huge ones!

I’ve heard that he didn’t want anyone to shine but him and Camilla which is just dumb. He really should embrace their star power IMO. I couldn’t do it. So I just joined. I recorded and will go back to watch the procession!!!

I’m going to watch the actual ceremony tomorrow, but I just wanted to say that Major Johnny Thompson is scrumptious in a kilt.

My dh and I have been up since 4:00 east coast time. We're watching PBS on the TV, and also had the British Royal Family channel up on YouTube on my laptop. But then their feed froze so I switched to Sky News on YouTube. They show slightly different things, plus I like the close-up views on my laptop.
PBS had a QR code to scan that would get us the full program of the coronation. I like that touch because I could see what all the music was, and I enjoy following along.
Catherine looks lovely of course. And Charlotte is very fancy. I wonder how much she's going to need to supervise Louis. hahaha Is this his first official event? Also, I love that George is a page.

It is 5:30 am in the central time zone of the US and I have tuned in to the BBC America channel. (They don't talk over the action like some of the American broadcasts.)
I had wanted to get up earlier but didn't sleep well last night, so I am bummed I missed the beginning, but I am sure it will be replayed.
It must be such a great day to be a British subject. I love hearing about all of the celebrations across the country and in all of the small towns and villages.
I don't know if a lot of Americans really get that many of the items used in this ceremony today are older than our own country. To me, that is just so cool.

The Bible they just walked down the aisle is from the 6th century!

He is sitting behind Princess Anne and beside either Beatrice or Eugenie's husband Eugenie's Husband, Jack. I'm surprised Harry is still talking to them after both York sisters were at a private lunch with Piers Morgan a few days ago, and Beatrice was photographed giving him a big hug.
